Nerva Boutique Hotel

We visited Rome to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday, and staying at Nerva Boutique Hotel made the whole trip feel even more special. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The private limo service arranged by the hotel was convenient, welcoming, and a great way to start our break. First impressions of the hotel were stunning. It’s beautifully designed, full of charm, and it was clear our arrival had been carefully planned for. Our welcome was warm and friendly, and check‑in was quick and effortless. The staff genuinely cared, and it showed in every interaction. We were given a short tour before being shown to our room, which was absolutely gorgeous. Thoughtful touches like welcome drinks, gifts, and little souvenirs made it feel personal and perfect for the occasion. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Every encounter felt sincere and meaningful. The location couldn’t have been better. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, yet the hotel still felt peaceful and tucked away. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to bring an extension lead, as plug sockets are a little limited. I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, but this one stands out above the rest. The service, the atmosphere, and the attention to detail were all five‑star. Rome has become one of my favourite places, and when we return, we’ll definitely stay at Nerva again.

The staff are some of the best you will find. It's like staying with a very friendly family. The rooms can be on the small side, and sound insulation isn't the best, but the excellent breakfast and lovely staff make for a wonderful stay.

We were more than happy to find this exclusive small hotel with the greatest location on our quick visit to Rome. Everything was just so smooth, beautiful and comfy. Five stars and more also when it comes to customer service. We are truly waiting for an opportunity to visit Nerva Boutique Hotel again!
