Gated Parking-Private Fenced Yard with Firepit

Comfortable beds, private parking behind fence, location, bathrooms awesome, roomy, grandkids loved the kid's room. Kelly was great to work with during a small hiccup with getting into the house at first. She also kept us abreast of a power outage that occurred one day we were in town but were not at the house.

Lots of room for family to stay together.

Overall the property was as listed, and i would recommend staying here. A few improvements would be to turn the thermostat up on the water heater, a few nights the showers were luke warm and other nights they were hot. One set of sheets were unclean, but all of the rest were. The overall cleanliness of the property was good. The neighborhood looks older and somewhat run down but we had no issues. House is close to everything you need and very convenient.

We stayed here for a conference in Memphis. Very clean and close to everything!
