Perfectly located and charming Upper Slaughter cottage within walking distance to Lords of the Manor, Lower Slaughter and Bourton-on-the-Water. Clean, modern bathrooms and kitchen and a lovely garden out back for al fresco dining. We had three adults and one teen and there were plenty beds - twin beds are best for children. Appreciated the nespresso machine and pods, too.

All as great as the ad showed - a bit smaller than the photos make you believe…. But it really is cute and authentic! We really enjoyed our stay with the outdoor and indoor spaces being really welcoming. Quiet area in a beautiful village. What a memory for our family! Thank you.

We stayed two weeks in this delightful cottage in Upper Slaughter. The location is very good for exploring the area and is close to a first class range of restaurants and pubs. Our host was very attentive and the accommodation most comfortable. We recommend a stay here

We had a lovely stay at the property. Upper Slaugher is a relatively quiet little village, with easy access to everything you want to see in the Cotswolds (and we have been many times). The house is lovely, has a really nice kitchen and dining area, and a comfortable living room where we enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace. A small point but worth mentioning: communication from the owners/managers was particularly good. Only things to note is that there are a lot of uneven stairs, so it may be a bit harder for older guests or very small children. Access to two of the bedrooms requires caution to avoid bonking your heads (the rooms themselves are lovely). Also, a bit unusual: toiletries are not provided other than hand soap, so bring your own. Overall, a nice bolthole and a great jumping off point to enjoy the area.
