The owner was amazing! He went over to the building at night to turn lights on for us so that we could play darts! Great location!

What’s not to like? This is a great property for some nature connection that I needed. The owner was very nice and helpful as I had never visited this area. The property is clean and well kept. I basically fished for several hours in the morning/early afternoon on the Hiwassee River and then sat on the front porch and watch deer and other wildlife on the property.
