7 Bedroom Villa Catalina Salt Water-Pool BKT Court

ROACHES!!! For such a high price of one night here, there shouldnt be any issue such as roaches. In the night they just started coming out. They were mainly coming from under the dishwasher in the kitchen but there were some in the living room as well. We killed about 4. I contacted the host and they implied we left a door or window open but lets be real here. They are infested. They had roach spray under the sink so they knew 100%. And the house overall is not very well kept. Needs renovation. Very cheap on the maintenance and oversight of such a nice structural property. The price needs to be way cheaper here for what you get. I would not stay here again or at any of the hosts other properties.

I loved how the pool was fully enclosed, ensuring complete privacy. The house itself was big, clean, new, and spacious. I especially enjoyed the numerous activities available on the property. There was an abundance of everything. I will definitely be back!

This home is beautiful! We loved our stay here! It has everything you need: comfy beds, pool table, pool, playground, etc. It was perfect, and I highly recommend staying here!

Overall we had a nice stay. Check in was a little difficult but we worked through it. The home was clean and all the outside areas were enjoyed by all. A few suggestions for the owner. The toilet paper was very cheap like gas station or worse, spend a little money on the small things as everyone complained about it. WiFi and cell is terrible at the home, the thermostat could not even connect so we had hot rooms and cold rooms but couldn’t adjust. Because of the WiFi it was impossible to work and the televisions couldn’t connect so we had to stay outside most of the time to entertain everyone. Finally, we would have liked to see higher quality linens and more of them provided in each bathroom. It was nice to have enough room for everyone, the bed count worked well for us and there is plenty of parking. Be prepared to pay extra for this house if you intend to fill every bed, VRBO adjusts above 8, or they did when I was pricing it. We would stay again if in the area and had these items addressed.
