Pictures are accurate, host was very responsive and helpful. Location was great. The cleaners like bleach (strong smell when we entered) and windows won't open, so that took time to dissipate. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Maintenance was understanding (wanted to repair a broken disposal while we were staying there but quickly offered to come after we checked out, which was nice). I wish there was hair conditioner in the showers and that more basic amenities - like salt/pepper etc were available. The coffee machine doesn't turn off automatically - which thankfully we discovered BEFORE leaving for the whole day, seems an easy thing to upgrade. Blinds don't close, so if you like to sleep in a dark room you are out of luck and the noise from the train starts around 6am. None of this is on the owner, just noting. Overall I give it 4.5 stars.

Clean apartment. Kitchen was well stocked. The host was very responsive. The area was very safe. It is a very convenient property for access to the train system, the lake, Millennial Park, the Art Institute and the River Walk.

This was a great property for our family as we gathered to celebrate a graduation. The location was great, the property was immaculate and well-maintained. The corner unit allowed for wonderful natural light. The owners/managers were responsive and helpful. The building itself had some distracting elements-elevators were limited and a bit noisy, but they worked. And the entrance had a continuous alarm sounding with open panels to monitors during our entire stay (3 nights). It seemed incongruous to the quality of the actual unit. Hopefully, the building owners/management will address the first-impression elements. Thanks to Staywell for their great work!

Upsides: beautiful apartment with full kitchen and great views. The location was close to everything. The decor was modern. Downsides: there was no AC so sleeping was very uncomfortable. They have a blower fan in each BD and it did not help much. Owner said we should crack a window. We did and the noise level went from very loud to crazy loud. The ear plugs didn't help. I got 2 hours sleep my 3rd night. I read renters reviews and the AC is not working a lot.

Great place to stay in the heart of the City. Very clean reception area and a safe entry. There seem to always be some spaces open for loading and unloading if you have a car. And there is parking close or in our case we rented a car from Enterprise and returned it a half block away. The place was clean and very well set up, and quiet from the neighbors for sure. The train did make noise but as they said they were ear plugs and I just wore ear canceling headphones if I couldn't sleep. But there's less and less trains in the evenings and night. It's a city so you do here sirens and horns honking and construction, but again that's part of knowing that the world's alive around you. I would most definitely stay again. I would have to say that the open rooftop pool area was not well maintained but that's because possibly we're in April and it was not open for summer? We were there while the other rooftop was being renovated so we did not see that.
