Luxe King Suite - near beach

This is a historic hotel that is on the National Register of Historic Places. The rooms have been converted into a condo building and some of the rooms are short term rentals such as this one. The location is perfect for exploring Palm Beach, just check out a map. The common areas, hallways, etc are as you would expect from a very old building. This individual unit is well maintained, modern and exactly as pictured. We have stayed in Vrbos that were misrepresented. It even has a dehumidifier that makes it extra comfortable in the high humidity of Palm Beach. I would stay here again and not even look for another rental. If you’re reading this…. just stop scrolling and boom it.

Room was clean and had everything we needed for our visit but never saw a safe and the room is much smaller than it looks like in the photos. We didn't like that the windows had a film over them so you couldn't see out but you could open them. Hallways and main areas are very dated and could use a refresh and musty. Elevator was slow. Staff was nice. Free valet is nice feature. Bldg. is within a block to a large publix, nice little diner for breakfast at Greens Pharmacy and Amicis is great for specialty food like sandwiches/pizza and things to cook. Easy block and 1/2 walk to beach and owner provided 2 chairs, a cooler, beach umbrella and 2 towels. Two sets of towels were provided for our 3 night stay - perhaps we could have gotten more but would have been nice to had had a larger supply of towels. I don't recall being told that a deposit of 300 would be collected when we checked in but maybe it was so just be aware.

Everything was as it was online…only reason it was not 5 stars is the lobby, entrance and walk to the room was old and somewhat uninviting, but would stay there again and the room was nice, great location and my wife and I were able to go to dinner and hang in Palm Beach for the night

This was a nice stay for us for a long weekend. The location was what really drove us in and the price is great for the area, breakers might be ten times more. I expected it to be a small room but it was actually smaller than I thought from the pictures. It’s not a room for a view outside either the windows are actually frosted glass that you can’t see through and if you open it you just see a roof. We felt the owner could offer a few more towels so I would suggest bringing extra beach towels, beach chairs are a little heavy and awkward to carry but it’s nice to have if you couldn’t bring your own. But in the end you got easy access off to the west palm side and you’re away from any craziness of shopping areas. It’s a nice area I 100 percent recommend amici market for sandwiches and the front desk staff was super helpful and nice. Also pool is nice but we liked the beach more.

The condo itself was great and had a very thoughtful layout. It was clean and efficient. Although we loved the condo, the common space (hallways etc) weren’t great (super strong air freshener smell that was almost gagging). We were there for 4 days and could never find a window when the pool was in sunshine. The location though was great and there is no ace Palm Beach. I would go back!

We pulled up to free valet which was wonderful! We used valet everyday we were there. Some days it was a bit of a wait, but it’s easy to be patient at such a beautiful spot. Very easy check in and front desk people were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very modern and offered a great little kitchen area with everything we needed. Shower was nice and strong which I love, and very pretty! We walked just a block to the ocean. There are no life guards at this beach so everyday we drove just 8 minutes to the beach where the clock tower is located, beautiful. The Breakers is so close and the Flagler museum as well. The tree they have at the Flagler museum is a must see! We drove by Mar a Largo and saw the secret service everywhere. The drive there is short and so beautiful, all along the ocean. The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect! It’s so nice to come back from a beach day and relax in the very large veranda and people watch while having a delicious coffee at the French bakery next door. Publix is right across the street, not that you’d know because they make it look like another pretty building. So convenient. Restaurants are all within walking distance and we enjoyed them all! The pool area was very pretty but construction (new windows going up?)was going on everyday M-F 8-4:30. It was really loud and a bit uncomfortable sitting by the pool. We did enjoy it at night though, under the stars and the moon. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hoping to go back again!

Room is in a fantastic location - completely as described. Clean and very comfortable. Close to amazing beach and lovely places to dine. Valet parking a real bonus! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, just wish it had been longer.

Marilyn was so communicative, which always puts a renter at ease! The room was lovely - better in person than even the listing! I appreciated having the small kitchen and the concierge was very helpful with information and several options for parking. Will certianly rent again when I return to PB!

Little details were attended to like charging blocks on either side of the bed, electric window shades and a closet with big drawers and matching wooden hangers. This unit was very clean and nicely updated. It offered many convenient amenities. Kitchenette was very handy. Plenty of fresh bath towels, soap, shampoo, tissues, etc. The owner makes you feel like a guest in her own home. Great location with lots of nearby amenities. I was very happy and would most definitely stay in this unit again.

Unit was beautiful and everything was thought out to maximize the space. Spotless and the ac and dehumidifier keep the unit cool and dry. Hotel is in the perfect spot to walk to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Marilyn was quick to respond to all inquiries. Would stay here again!

Well located, reasonably priced accommodations in a very expensive location. Close to everything you need. Our room was modern and clean and the host was very communicative.

The most comfortable bed ever. Fantastic location and interior design. We’d return in a heartbeat.

My wife and I flew to Palm Beach to pick up a car she purchased. After picking up the car, we stayed at the Palm Beach Hotel Condos via Marilyn's condo. We had a fabulous stay and really enjoyed the unit. It was nicely furnished and had an extremely comfortable bed. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice place. We had an issue and were not able to stay the entire time. Communication with the owner was easy and she was very helpful and accommodating.

We really enjoyed our stay! The water pressure was excellent, and the bed and lighting gave off such great relaxing vibes. It was a bit of a walk to Worth Ave, but just right for us—and being so close to the beach was perfect. Check-in and check-out were completely effortless, and the place was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, from beach towels to a Keurig. We also loved having a great coffee shop just steps from the door and Publix directly across the street—such a bonus. If we return to Palm Beach, we’d absolutely stay here again!

Great spot walking distance to almost anything you want, including West Palm. Will definitely return.
