The property is located just a few blocks away from the CBD, but still part of the downtown area. It is within walking distance of Pikes Marketplace and the Kracken (hockey) arena. We also did the short walks to Ludi's and 5 Points Cafe for breakfast. The light rail line to/from the airport and University of Washington football stadium can be walked to, bus or Uber/Lyft. There were also good restaurants and bars along 2nd Avenue and within walking distance. The Property was clean and the service, communication with owners was good. We had no issues and would recommend this property.

Condo has everything you could need. Rooftop views of the sound is fantastic. Never drove the car, walked to everything. Owners kept us informed ahead of time and available during stay. Condo has a lot of rules and steps, so someone met us to walk us thru. Would definitely recommend

My family and I stayed here while waiting to embark on our Alaskan Cruise. The neighborhood had wonderful food and drink options. The condo was nice and the owners where easy to connect with and prompt in response.
