Sheraton Senggigi Beach Resort

Le Sheraton Senggigi Beach Resort nous a offert une parenthèse enchantée grâce à son cadre idyllique et son jardin luxuriant. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil chaleureux et le sourire sincère du personnel ont rendu notre séjour inoubliable. La piscine à débordement avec sa vue imprenable sur l’océan est un véritable coin de paradis pour se détendre. Côté confort, la chambre était impeccable et la literie d'une qualité exceptionnelle, garantissant un repos total. Nous avons également été séduits par la finesse de la gastronomie, particulièrement lors des petits-déjeuners face à la mer. Le spa de l'hôtel est une expérience sensorielle que je recommande vivement pour parfaire cette évasion. C’est sans l'ombre d'un doute une adresse incontournable à Lombok où nous reviendrons avec immense plaisir.

Lovely staff. Property is looking perhaps a little tired, but it is a good hotel and I’d stay here again.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und ständig bemüht, die Gäste zufriedenzustellen. Der Pool ist unglaublich gross und wunderschön. Die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber. Betten hervorragend. Gute Restaurants. Schöner Strand mit ausreichend bequemen Liegen. Das Meer (mit hauseigenem Riff) leider total vermüllt.

The Pros - staff was very friendly, helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to help. From our arrival to check out the staff were absolutely amazing espically one of the waiter ( Jian ). The pool and surrounding was well kept and clean. , it was very private and relaxing. The bedrooms were a bit dated but it serve the purpose . The Cons - Beach!!! Very disappointed.

The staff in all areas are polite, friendly and as helpful as they can be. They made our stay a real pleasure. The pool is a real highlight as is the location.
