Property under construction. Water for showers, toilets, sinks unavailable for 8 hours a day. Drains clogged. Front of property was a work zone-unable to access safely with luggage. Non smoking room had strong smoke odor in curtains, carpet and walls.

Laundry set up was good but busy! Breakfast has a nice Asian and Western spread with lots of vegetable dishes. Though quite busy at times (with long line ups due to early tour excursion starts), the staff was very courteous and efficient! Thumbs up!

Really appreciated the service attitude of the staff who were very friendly, including Ms 刘玉侠 who gave me warm packs, brought a fan and was timely and great in the cleaning of the room every morning! Location was really good. 24/7 laundry machines at B1 were also really convenient. Breakfast was convenient but not too much selection. Lastly the doors do slam shut and they can be a bit loud, but it’s not a big issue.

Good hotel with convenient location. Great breakfast too. The best point is the hotel can do free laundry and free rental of wheelchairs. The staffs are very helpful too. Great stay!

Negativos: Sem acesso as redes sociais com wifi. Elevador demorava um pouco. Academia estava fechada durante o período que estive, sem receber nenhum aviso prévio. Café da manha razoável. Positivo: quarto grande, chuveiro com ótima pressão atendentes prestativos. Nota 7 de modo geral.

Good: - Rooms are clean, 4 free bottles of drinking water provided daily. - Location is near Wangfujing shopping area, turn left from hotel exit and walk a short distance. Its not immediate, have to walk about 5 to 10 mins. - Breakfast spread is pretty good. - Many eateries near hotel area, there is a 7-11 opp the hotel where you can get small bites and necessities. - There is a gym for fitness buffs, its simple but equipped with items to have a decent workout. There is a free laundry area (3 washers, 3 dryers) that are heavily used throughout the day. The not-so-goods: - Hotel is not exactly doorstep-close to metro based on reviews. May be ok for younger travellers but definitely not convenient for senior folks. The nearest is jinyu hutong which is about 8 to 10 mins away (for a young folk). Many sites show dengshikou to be the nearest but it is about 15 mins away. There are hotels that are closer to jinyu hutong metro. - Aircon temperature in room cannot be controlled. No doubt beijing was very cold when i travelled in Nov but room temp was set at 27 to 28 degrees daily which can be really hot and stuffy. If not because i was really tired, i don’t think i will be able to sleep every night. This factor itself will make me think twice about choosing this hotel again because a good rest is really important. - Staff service at reception area can be improved. They are not rude but lack warmth, particularly the male staffs. My overall rating will be 3.5/5.

Excelente hotel, limpio, habitación y cama cómoda, buenas atenciones, súper céntrico, cerca de tiendas, restaurantes, paradas del metro y bus, calle Wangfuyin, gimnasio bien equipado, área de lavado. Lo ame 🎀

My housekeeper was amazing. Breakfast was great. Buffet at night with unlimited beer was definitely a plus. Room spotless.

Love our stay. Hotel staff were friendly help us with our WiFi. Place is clean feels like 5 stars hotel. Perfect location. Great dining option. Will come back again with family.

Hotel was not most clean

Location is good. Staffs are friendly. Room was clean. The only concern was some customers smoked in their room and opened their door. When we walked on the hallway, we could smell the smoke. I have complaint. They fixed the problem.

Location of hotel is awesome, walking distance to forbidden city and surrounded with many eateries. Room was clean and good size. no complaints

There is a weird and very intense smell all over the hotel - lobby, corridor to the rooms as well as in the rooms (though it is a bit better there). My best guess would be it was a smoker’s hotel in the past and they are trying to get rid of the smell with more smell. Rooms are quite old (though everything I needed) and breakfast is not as expected from the pictures. Location is amazing though.

The location and hotel is nice. The beds are unfortunately hard as rock, and its very easy to hear people slamming doors and even toilet seats. Rooms are pretty, but the fridge is near non functioning.

Perhaps the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever experienced - glad I only paid for breakfast on one morning of my four night stay!! Room was adequate, poor WiFi, and no English channels on the TV for news etc

The room was clean and spacious — plenty of space for two people with both suitcases open. The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Dengshikou Metro Station and about 20 minutes to the Forbidden City. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Beijing.

The newly renovated wing or levels are much brighter and cleaner, hence it is better to go for family suite from level 8 onwards. Staff are friendly. However the family room i stayed in, the airconditioning did not seem to be able to adjust the temperature to cool air, hence the room was too warm.

Hotels ideally located in center of Beijing near many sites we wanted to see and lots of things are within walking distance and subway is close by.

Ac doesn't work

Great hotel for its price but the photos did not represent what we got… the room was very old and the furniture was beat up. Breakfast was amazing though I just wish they gave a nicer room to us :)

Good hotel and excellent location. Minus: our room had a very low ceiling and water pressure was not optimal. Loud guests could be heard at night in the room.

Convenient location, close to Subway station to allow easy access to tourist attractions. The hotel itself is nice, but as most reviews have said, tired looking and a little out dated. I had a large double bed, very comfortable and the room was cleaned daily.

Very nice room, perfectly located in center of Beijing. Very close to subway and main activities Hotel team was very kind and efficient, particulary Hero and Ben

Waited 40 minutes to check in. The worst hotel stay experience ever. Staff are super inefficient with zero service. Bathroom smells damp. Two stars go to the location and friendly housekeeping staff.

Highly recommend this hotel as the front desk staff were super helpful. As we did not get the local contact number, booking of places and dinner reservation were kind of difficult where the staff (did not managed to get the name) went thru the whole trouble to help us. It is also super near to 王府井 shopping street where the popular shopping (like Nike, Adidas as well as branded brand) can be seen and found there. It is also walking distance to 故宫 and 前门大街. Do take note when getting Didi as their sister hotel 天伦皇朝 is just next to it where driver will mistaken both hotel. This hotel Chinese name is 天伦松鹤大酒店.

Our stay was good but the front desk staff does not acknowledge their customers. There was several times I would go to the desk and there would be at least two to three staff and no one acknowledges me or ask how may I help. Breakfast options was good.

Staff very helpful. Location is close to all major attractions in the downtown. Close to subway.

The hotel is amazing I suggest it for you if you want to visit Beijing, site is wonderful , staff are very very very friendly and helpful to the maximum Annie , Angelia , hana , Wendy and a special appreciate to Clara the person who helped me so much , I really spent a weak in paradise and I really want to thank the hotel management and all staff members for this perfect hospitality and kind . If there is a thing more than excellency I will give it to them really.

Location is excellent, breakfast was good with many options available, however communication with staff was very difficult. Despite hotel advert stating that English speaking staff were available, it was very difficult to get help with directions or anything for that matter.

On the whole,the hotel services and convenience was more than I expected.Apart from a clean look appealing in the room,the location is just within walking distance to the metro lines and walking shopping street with plenty of food options.Special appreciation to the chamber lady of our room 823,where she notices that we were feeling unwell to offer extra bottles of water,change the bedsheets every second day that gives the sheer of comfort,the front manager Andy that helps with the transportation and using his personal app to assess.On the whole we have a wonderful experience in Beijing staying in this wonderful Sunworld hotel.

Close to subway station - about a 8 minute walk. Very close (2-3 minutes) to McDonalds, supermarket, 7-11, Wanfujing pedestrian street. 30 minutes walk to Qianmen Street and by there is the entrance to Tiananmen Square. Hotel clean and good breakfast. No English TV/movie channels. Felt very safe in the area and in hotel. Four bottles of water per double room provided a day which was nice and handy.

王府井大街が徒歩圏内。地下鉄は８号線、金魚胡同駅を利用するとホテルまで近いです。フロントスタッフの方は英語で案内してくれます。現金を使う場面は少ないとは思いますが、ロビーの端に両替機が設置してあります。近くにコンビニ、マクドナルド、飲食店が多数ありますので便利です。

Great location short walk to shopping street. Two metro stations a short walk away, 500m. Lots of food places, the local ones were good and cheap. Get a Beijing card as the metro and buses were easy to use.

Choix de petit-déjeuner très limité en ce qui concerne les mets occidentaux. Machine à café horrible, vraiment.

In a great location between subway lines 5 and 8 for easy access to all the tourist spots you'll most likely want to visit. For me it was a place to get my head down after full days out exploring Beijing. Room was a nice bug size with a little table/sofa area which is handy to use to work from. Fridge in the room and free water was regularly restocked. Nice shower. I've knocked off 1 star because the breakfast was, quite frankly, awful. This may just be because I had come from a different hotel where breakfast was incredible but after the first day I only went down to get a coffee and a small pastry - with it being so hot, I didn't feel like I needed much more to keep me going, I was mostly drinking water.

Geen viersterrenhotel, eerder driesterren. Kamer was proper. Eetzaal bomvol, veel te klein. Voor ontbijt niet bij de deur zitten waar ze naar buiten kunnen (koude tocht). Hotel voor groepen. Douche is met gordijn, ieuw.

Decent hotel well located close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was ok but really basic for both Chinese and western food.
