Had a great time at the property. The house was spacious with large rooms and plenty of space to spread out. Gracious parking under the house with room for several cars/trucks/trailers. Enjoyed the house pool and snorkeling the dock area. Saw several nurse sharks swimming in the shallows along with tarpon, crabs and Perot fish under the dock. We used underwater lights off our boat to illuminate under the dock at night and attracted lots of marine life at night. The dock was equipped with power and water. One suggestion would be to add a few extra cleats on the dock to easily secure boats. We were very happy with the property so much we contacted the host to inquire about purchasing but were told it was not for sale. Can not say I blame them.

We had an amazing time at this house! It is in a great area. The neighborhood is quiet and great for bike rides. The house had everything we needed and more! We had so much fun fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, and paddle boarding. There is so much wildlife to see. There was a manatee that would visit with us in the afternoon. We also saw iguanas, turtles, sting rays, and all kinds of fish. The pool was so nice to have as well. Sunsets on the dock were unbelievable. It truly felt like our own little private paradise! Easy check in and check out. The host was great and easy to work with. Be sure to bring bug spray for the no see ums! Overall A+++ thank you for sharing your home with us!

The pool was AMAZING, one of the best heated pools we’ve experienced in many years of travel. Dock life was beautiful and entertaining for fishing and sea life. Host was responsive and easy to communicate with.

The home is in a wonderful location on a private street. The view of the gulf is amazing. The outside area is private and a nice size. The home is clean and well maintained - very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, outside grill in good condition and screened in porch was nice to have as bugs can definitely be a issue in the Keys. We enjoyed walking out on the pier - seen turtle and stingray. The sunsets are beautiful. The pool is a nice size and there are many floats available. There is also kayaks and paddleboard on site. Alida is a very responsive host. We would love to stay at the home again.

Beautiful home tucked away on a very quiet street!! We felt like we were in paradise all by ourselves!! The home had everything we needed inside and out. The kitchen was fully stocked - we cooked every meal there and had everything we needed to do so. Beautiful gas grill to cookout on. The bedrooms were very large with comfortable beds. Plenty of closet space and drawers to put your belongings away. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. Plenty of bath and beach towels. We had everything we needed! There was plenty to do outside, too! We saw a manatee, nurse sharks, parrot fish, puffer fish, iguanas, sting ray, a variety of birds…we went fishing from the dock and caught a tarpon, 2 baby sharks, and all kinds of fish. There were enough kayaks, paddle boards and inflatable tubes for us to use as well as masks and snorkels to get out on the water. The pool was beautiful and refreshing! Plenty of chairs and loungers along with a hammock to get in or out of the sun. We LOVED the LARGE screened in porch to get out of the sun! We drank our morning coffee out there and ate dinner out there every night. This house is incredible!!! It has it all!

I have experience with vacation renting a property and know first hand that this place was exceptional. First off the owner was completely accessible and responsive to my many questions. The property had absolutely everything you could ever need. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and there was a mixer and baking pans, which is not always available in vacation rental properties. The was a little problem with the Keurig coffee machine that was resolved in less than 24 hours with a new machine. The beds were comfortable. The place was immaculate, the linens were a high quality, we didn't need to bring beach towels, there were kayaks and pool toys...I could go on and on. The screened in porch was massive and allowed us to be outside but shaded from the sun. The dock was so long and wonderful. We enjoyed hours and hours of family time in the heated pool. My family has memories that will last a lifetime. I will recommend this property to anyone wanting to spend some time in the Florida Keys. Thank you Alida for sharing your wonderful home with my family.

Can't wait to come back to this lovely vacation home. Everything was as listed and more. Location was fantastic, neighborhood quiet and the views were awesome!The owner is very on top of things. Check in was so easy, the pool was clean and warm. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back.

We brought our family to the property to celebrate our 40 anniversary. 6 adults and a teenager. The property was well maintained and as advertised. It was very comfortable for a group of 7 and all agreed it was the favorite home we had ever vacationed at to date. There are already calls from the family to return to the property next year. During two days of our stay we had outer bands of Hurricane Helene and felt completely secure in the home. Contact with Alida was easy as was the entire rental process.

We had a great time Thanksgiving week! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The dock was definitely a main attraction for us. We saw numerous types of sea life including sea turtles and a manatee that was feeding right under the dock. We will definitely be back to the Marathon area again!

The property was exactly as shown on the listing. Very clean and well maintained. We were pleasantly surprised over and over again how well supplied it was, truly everything you could think of was in the home. On a quiet private street. We did some fishing from the dock, so much fun. Highly recommend this property

We enjoyed our stay in the Sunset house. The views were beautiful! The house was clean and spacious. The pool was relaxing and a good size. Very quiet neighborhood!

The house was spacious and clean. The pool and pier were perfect to spend our time at while not out exploring the keys. Location was close to everything in Marathon and centrally located for day trips to Key West and Islamorada. We would definitely stay here again.

I'm not really sure where to start here. The location was awesome. Quiet neighborhood, comfy beds, but close enough to EVERYTHING with a short drive. The house is very nice, with everything you need to get settled in right away. But the main draw here is what you may experience in your backyard while there. Yes, you have sunsets, but you have great fishing, and an abundance of wildlife to encounter. We caught tarpon right off the dock, snapper, gruntfish, and even a grouper! We saw several different nurse sharks, and the sea turtles were abundant. We snorkled, and saw dolphin right off the dock. We saw countless anoles, and even had several large iguana come and hang out with us during our stay. Unfortunately we didnt get to see the Manatee, so I guess we will have to come back. Truly folks, this is a great place, and we spent our trip home talking about how quickly we can get back. Alida was awesome to deal with, and I just cant give you many negatives here. We loved it, and hope to get back soon.

We have stayed at Sunset Catch multiple times. It is in a great location and the long dock is a great addition. The house is comfortable and has everything you could need. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Was just as advertised. Bedrooms were spacious and the home had everything that was needed. Grilling out was great, had visits with wildlife from racoon, lizzards, and sea turtles. Evenings were peaceful. Sunsets were beautiful. Will definately recommend to friends and will be back.

We all found this luxurious house to be designed for comfort and privacy. When the water was too ruff for boating, we spent a lot of time on the large screened porch. The warmed pool water was a real comfort after bouncing over the waves or sitting on the porch trying to win a strategic board game. Late night gamming in the living room still left us areas for conversation, reading or sleeping. We enjoyed various local restaurants, cooking our catch and our one-time takeout pizzas. We found an abundance of kitchen essentials and numerous appliances to facilitate cooking or creating your favorite beverage. The bath towels and beach towels were plentiful. The master bedroom was so amazing that it had to be shared for the experience. One couple enjoyed the master bedroom for the first week and a different couple enjoyed the last week of the special luxury. During the daytime, we enjoyed the master bedroom’s very long wall view of the pool, back yard, dock and gulf. At the end of the day, we appreciated the truly darkening drapes that afforded us a wonderful night’s sleep. The master's access to the screened porch helped us to keep an eye on the sleeping baby. We all liked the master bathroom’s well-lit double sink vanity and we LOVED the perfect walk-in glass block shower.

The home is in a wonderful location on a private street. The view of the gulf is amazing. The outside area is private and a nice size. The home is clean and well maintained - very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, outside grill in good condition and screened in porch was nice to have as bugs can definitely be a issue in the Keys. We enjoyed walking out on the pier - seen turtle and stingray. The sunsets are beautiful. The pool is a nice size and there are many floats available. There is also kayaks and paddleboard on site. Alida is a very responsive host. We would love to stay at the home again.

Beautiful home tucked away on a very quiet street!! We felt like we were in paradise all by ourselves!! The home had everything we needed inside and out. The kitchen was fully stocked - we cooked every meal there and had everything we needed to do so. Beautiful gas grill to cookout on. The bedrooms were very large with comfortable beds. Plenty of closet space and drawers to put your belongings away. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. Plenty of bath and beach towels. We had everything we needed! There was plenty to do outside, too! We saw a manatee, nurse sharks, parrot fish, puffer fish, iguanas, sting ray, a variety of birds…we went fishing from the dock and caught a tarpon, 2 baby sharks, and all kinds of fish. There were enough kayaks, paddle boards and inflatable tubes for us to use as well as masks and snorkels to get out on the water. The pool was beautiful and refreshing! Plenty of chairs and loungers along with a hammock to get in or out of the sun. We LOVED the LARGE screened in porch to get out of the sun! We drank our morning coffee out there and ate dinner out there every night. This house is incredible!!! It has it all!

The house was spacious and clean. The pool and pier were perfect to spend our time at while not out exploring the keys. Location was close to everything in Marathon and centrally located for day trips to Key West and Islamorada. We would definitely stay here again.

I'm not really sure where to start here. The location was awesome. Quiet neighborhood, comfy beds, but close enough to EVERYTHING with a short drive. The house is very nice, with everything you need to get settled in right away. But the main draw here is what you may experience in your backyard while there. Yes, you have sunsets, but you have great fishing, and an abundance of wildlife to encounter. We caught tarpon right off the dock, snapper, gruntfish, and even a grouper! We saw several different nurse sharks, and the sea turtles were abundant. We snorkled, and saw dolphin right off the dock. We saw countless anoles, and even had several large iguana come and hang out with us during our stay. Unfortunately we didnt get to see the Manatee, so I guess we will have to come back. Truly folks, this is a great place, and we spent our trip home talking about how quickly we can get back. Alida was awesome to deal with, and I just cant give you many negatives here. We loved it, and hope to get back soon.

The pool was AMAZING, one of the best heated pools we’ve experienced in many years of travel. Dock life was beautiful and entertaining for fishing and sea life. Host was responsive and easy to communicate with.

We brought our family to the property to celebrate our 40 anniversary. 6 adults and a teenager. The property was well maintained and as advertised. It was very comfortable for a group of 7 and all agreed it was the favorite home we had ever vacationed at to date. There are already calls from the family to return to the property next year. During two days of our stay we had outer bands of Hurricane Helene and felt completely secure in the home. Contact with Alida was easy as was the entire rental process.

I have experience with vacation renting a property and know first hand that this place was exceptional. First off the owner was completely accessible and responsive to my many questions. The property had absolutely everything you could ever need. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and there was a mixer and baking pans, which is not always available in vacation rental properties. The was a little problem with the Keurig coffee machine that was resolved in less than 24 hours with a new machine. The beds were comfortable. The place was immaculate, the linens were a high quality, we didn't need to bring beach towels, there were kayaks and pool toys...I could go on and on. The screened in porch was massive and allowed us to be outside but shaded from the sun. The dock was so long and wonderful. We enjoyed hours and hours of family time in the heated pool. My family has memories that will last a lifetime. I will recommend this property to anyone wanting to spend some time in the Florida Keys. Thank you Alida for sharing your wonderful home with my family.

We loved the beautiful Gulf views and fishing and swimming and all this property has to offer. Great location too. The screened in porch overlooking the gulf was my favorite spot. We would definitely rent again.

We have stayed at Sunset Catch multiple times. It is in a great location and the long dock is a great addition. The house is comfortable and has everything you could need. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had an amazing time at this house! It is in a great area. The neighborhood is quiet and great for bike rides. The house had everything we needed and more! We had so much fun fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, and paddle boarding. There is so much wildlife to see. There was a manatee that would visit with us in the afternoon. We also saw iguanas, turtles, sting rays, and all kinds of fish. The pool was so nice to have as well. Sunsets on the dock were unbelievable. It truly felt like our own little private paradise! Easy check in and check out. The host was great and easy to work with. Be sure to bring bug spray for the no see ums! Overall A+++ thank you for sharing your home with us!

This property exceeded every expectation we had. The pictures truly do not do it justice! The house was incredibly spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The kitchen was fully stocked, and the hosts provided plenty of shower essentials, towels, beach towels, extra fans, cots, and even baby cribs. The master bedroom was fantastic, and the additional twin trundle bed was an unexpected bonus that worked perfectly for our family.The outdoor space was absolutely incredible. The pool was amazing, and the view overlooking the Gulf was breathtaking. We spent hours fishing from the dock and loved snorkeling right off the property, where we saw colorful fish, lobster, and even a sea turtle. This property was everything we had hoped for. Spacious social areas, heated pool, and wonderful pier that my family fished from every day catching many mangrove snapper. I am sure we will be returning next Spring. I highly recommend this property. The icing on our vacation was seeing sea turtles and a manatee from the pier.

We selected this property for its location and amenities like the pool and the dock. We were not disappointed. We spent every day in the heated pool, which was very clean and well maintained. The dock is amazing. We didn’t see as many fish and sea creatures as others did but we didn’t spend a ton of time out there. The sunsets are amazing.We cooked most of our meals in the house. The kitchen had the basics we needed otherwise we made due with what was available. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean and up to my high standards. We absolutely loved the wrap around screened in porch and spent a lot of time out there eating, playing cards, listening to music, reading and just relaxing. Only downsides are the smell at the water which was tolerable but annoying. Sand fleas were also bad and we came home with so many bites. Alida was a great host and everything was explained thoroughly. We had no issues while there. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful and relaxing place to stay, this is it. I would return in a heartbeat.
