Quiet 4BR Split-Level Near LakePoint & Hospital

This property was not a good rental experience. 1. The property appeared to be poorly maintained. 2. There was frequent and disruptive noise coming from inside the walls, which seemed to be related to the plumbing. 3. The internet connection was extremely slow and unreliable, making it difficult to use. The issue was reported to the host, but there was no meaningful follow-up or resolution. Anyone considering this property should carefully review the condition, noise concerns, and internet reliability before booking. Overall, the property was inconvenient and did not meet reasonable expectations.

When we arrived the refrigerator was not working. Called and was told to unplug and plug back in. Did it and it started cooling. We had just purchase groceries upon arrival so stocked the fridge hoping it would cool down fast enough as not to spoil the food. Next morning water on the floor where the ice had melted and leaked from the freezer and was not working again, had to disregard the food which they ended up reimbursing us for, but ended up bringing a mini fridge with no shelves to use for the rest or our week long stay.
