The whole house seemed like it needed a good cleaning both inside and out.1. Master bedroom carpet was stained and extremely dirty. It appeared like the carpet hasn't been cleaned in a long time 2. Outdoor patio furniture was stained and very dirty. 3. Door thresholds going to outside extremely dirty.4. All windows / door glass needed to be cleaned We would have liked to see some more supplies, ie; dish soap, all-purpose cleaner (409, etc.), aluminum foil, sandwich bags, laundry soap, dryer sheets and wine glasses!

The house was beautiful in photos. When we arrived, it seemed clean enough. However it seemed as if there had not been people there in a while as it was dusty, spider webs outside around the pool/grill/patio table. The few dishes that were provided were gross. People microwaved them, put them on the hot stove, or just put used dishes in the drawers/cabinets as plastic ware was melted/damaged and silverware still had food on it. We had to communicate with the “property manager” (owned by a company not private owner) multiple times about missing remotes, WiFi, and the TV’s access to apps. You will have to login to your own account or stream from your phone which is what we opted to do. It does not have cable or apps already to use. They would either need to check with a team to provide an answer, or apologized and stated they’d use this to be better for the next people who rented.Be sure to bring your own Saran Wrap, foil, ziplock bags, storage containers, maybe even paper plates/silverware so that it’s not dirty and you can ensure it’s clean. There was some seasonings, bring your own if you need anything specific as I’m unsure how old it was.This was a mini staycation after a death in the family and we were underwhelmed. Pool was nice and clean tho.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! Communication was spotty at best. When we arrived there was a STRONG odor of cat pee coming from one of the three bedrooms that ultimately was unusable during our stay, leaving one of our party to sleep on the couch. Baseboard were visibly stained with pee. When I contacted the hosts they said " It was cleaned before your arrival, and according to our cleaner, no foul smell was reported." They offered to send the cleaners out but there was nothing that could be done at that point other than to cover up the odor which we didnt want with two babies in the house. After finally settling in we got both infants down to sleep and at 7pm an unannounced man showed up in the back yard and started trimming trees. He finished by leaf blowing (all while the babies were trying to sleep) and left with the pool filled with tree debris leaving it unusable for us the first night of our stay. The pool vacuum is on a timer so we couldnt operate it and as other reviews have mentioned there was no pool net.They eventually sent the pool guy to address the debris which was appreciated but also expected given the inconveniences. The kitchen was barely stocked with enough dishes for 4 of us. No wine glasses, scratched pans that were unusable and minimal silverware & glassware.I travel often and have never left a poor review on a property because I always give the host the opportunity to make it right which I did in this case multiple times and they did not respond.

Great Cozy Beautiful, home Very Nice

The home was very clean and the host was very quick to respond to a couple random questions submitted via the Vrbo app. I would highly recommend this property for your Phonix stay.
