A beautiful well-appointed house and a gracious attentive host made for a memorable stay in Sedona. Located close to downtown with its famous shopping and dining. Also close to many hiking and off-road trails along Dry Creek Road. And after a long hard day of outdoor activities, a hot tub.

Overall great experience. Great location in Sedona (southern part of town) in the middle of a neighborhood, but we didnt see or hear anyone else from the property. Joel is very available via text for any issues. Hot tub and sauna both as advertised and very functional. Stayed with three kids under 11 and 4 adults and had plenty of room.

The house was exactly as listed. We really enjoyed the sauna in the morning and sitting on the deck with the sunrise and sunset. It was oerfect weather on Saturday and Easter Sunday.

Came for a short visit from WI. Great location and view from the property. While we were gone most of the day exploring, the hot tub and sauna was the perfect way to unwind! We had 7 family members total with age range of 10-70 and it provided the perfect amount of space for all of us.

We have stayed in Joel’s beautiful home several times and will definitely return. Very comfortable home with very nice recent updates. We love the sauna and hot tub. Location is perfect: close to everything yet quiet/peaceful. The host is a great communicator and very thoughtful to guests. This is our favorite place to stay in Sedona by far.

This property was exactly what we needed for our family trip to Sedona. The location is very convenient to trails, stores, and restaurants. The property was exactly as advertised. We used the sauna and hot tub every day. They really made the stay amazing. We even had a bobcat stroll up onto the back deck! The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we could possibly need. The house was very clean, plenty of clean towels. The living space was comfortable, with plenty of room for 7 people to hang out and talk. Overall, this was an excellent house. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Sedona!

This place is a GEM!!! I came with 5 girlfriends to sight see and hike and we all loved this lovely home. So comfortable (bedding, beds, and furniture), and very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. The views are spectacular!! Host was excellent to deal with! Highly recommend and we will be back.

Beautiful clean home with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths making it large enough for a big family. There are neighbors but you’d never know when sitting out on the large deck. It seems so secluded. Joel answered all my questions and when there was a problem with VRBO he went out of his way and fixed the issue. Had a great and successful week at this hideaway home.

This was a wonderful property. We enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for our group. Beautifully decorated with everything we needed. The bonus was watching the hot air balloons from the front porch with our morning coffee.

This property is nestled in the hills of Sedona. The views are spectacular -- the most scenic grilling that I have ever done! Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Our only suggestion would be a curtains/drapes of some sort for the glass wall in the master bath. Other than that, the house was perfect and as advertised. Our only regret is that our stay was too short! We could have spent many more enjoyable days/nights here.

I really liked the way this house was set up with two bedrooms on one side of the common area and two on the other. One bedroom is had twin beds which was great for teens who don't want to share a bed anymore. :). The neighborhood was very quiet and everyone was friendly when walking. The house is close to stores and food, which was great. We made use of the sauna, hot tub and grill.

We had the most incredible time in Sedona! This house is full of charm and close to everything, yet you still feel like you have plenty of privacy. Joel was very quick and attentive to answer any questions. We really enjoyed the shower amenities! We loved the hot tub and sauna as well! We completely fell in love with Sedona and hope to come back soon!!

The house was in a great area of Sedona for hiking and enjoying everything the area has to offer. Joel was great and answered any questions we had immediately. There were 4 of us on this trip and the house could have easily accommodated a party of 8. We highly recommend the property.

Our family was passing through Sedona and I was worried we wouldn't be able to find a VRBO for only a night. The host was wonderful to work with and house was exactly as described. Would recommend host and house and look forward to staying longer next time!

This is a gem of a property in West Sedona. We loved the amenities and proximity to our other planned activities. Joel is also very friendly and professional, and provided easy to follow instructions for accessing and maintaining the property. We would greatly enjoy staying here again.

Great place to relax and recharge, very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Excellent location near restaurants, grocery stores, Farmer's Market, Hiking Trails, and ATV Rentals. Beautiful views from the porch, and the patio with an abundance of bird watching, and stargazing.

The house was as advertised, roomy, clean, well stocked. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the deck, it was perfect. I only wish we could have booked 2 nights, but we didn’t have enough time. Beautiful house.

This home was perfect for our family trip. Had all the things to relax at the end of the day. Kitchen stocked nicely to stay in and prepare meals. Close to town and many trails. Was very quiet, comfortable and clean.

This property was exactly what we needed for our family trip to Sedona. The location is very convenient to trails, stores, and restaurants. The property was exactly as advertised. We used the sauna and hot tub every day. They really made the stay amazing. We even had a bobcat stroll up onto the back deck! The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we could possibly need. The house was very clean, plenty of clean towels. The living space was comfortable, with plenty of room for 7 people to hang out and talk. Overall, this was an excellent house. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Sedona!

I really liked the way this house was set up with two bedrooms on one side of the common area and two on the other. One bedroom is had twin beds which was great for teens who don't want to share a bed anymore. :). The neighborhood was very quiet and everyone was friendly when walking. The house is close to stores and food, which was great. We made use of the sauna, hot tub and grill.

This place is a GEM!!! I came with 5 girlfriends to sight see and hike and we all loved this lovely home. So comfortable (bedding, beds, and furniture), and very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. The views are spectacular!! Host was excellent to deal with! Highly recommend and we will be back.

Me and 3 other friends "guys trip" stayed here for our trip. We golfed at Seven Canyons Golf Club, it was 12 minutes up.the road. (Must belong to the Invited Club network). One of the Most beautiful golf courses I have ever played. We took our Jeeps and did the Schnelby Hill rd. Just miles of rocky road with beautiful views. We also did Broken Arrow Trail. More challenging and a lot more fun. Lastly we went swimming at Slide rock State Park. The water is freezing and you don't get use to it but the slide.a d small cliff jump was fun. After each of our adventures we retreated back to the house and spend our time relaxing in the hot tub, watching movies and playing games. The rooms and property were really quiet. The whole house was very clean without any odors. Comfortable couch. The light pollution was low enough we saw many satellites with the naked eye. The house was in a location that we felt was secure. We left our doors and roof tops from our Jeeps in the driveway the entire trip. The food close to the house was fantastic. Famous pizza and beer was good. Kinda a New York style large greasy floppy slices. We also had Tortas de Fuego. The Fuego quesadilla was the best quesadilla I have ever had. Senor Bobs had fantastic burgers and fries. I would absolutely stay here again.
