Lovely home, plenty of space, comfortable beds, property matches description online. Hot tub well maintained. Great location. We couldn’t figure out how to get any outdoor lighting in the back yard, that is the only complaint. We will be back!

We stayed here for a week and found it a restful retreat after busy days of activity. Plenty of room, kitchen furnished with most of what we needed, beds and showers great. We even used the washer/dryer, hot tub and bbq. My mother stayed in the extra suite and she liked having her own area. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is centrally located to everything that you would want to do while visiting in the Denver area. The home was secure, clean, and located in a quite neighborhood. It has a wonderful fenced in backyard with a lovely patio in which to sit in the evenings. We loved the spacies living areas that were comfortable and inviting. The owner was in contact quickly if we needed anything and that was a huge plus. We couldn't have asked for anything more!!!

When we walked it, we were very shocked. Everything looked immaculate. There were a few things that we weren't expecting, (bed to soft, hot tub was off, a ceiling fan blade was missing)but the stay was wonderful and allowed us to see and celebrate our daughter's 25th birthday. Definitely will book again if in the area. The Heine family

Did not get a chance to use the hot tub. Everything was great. We had to explore a bit to find the washer /dryer and could not get it to run at checkout when we tried to wash towels. Otherwise, all was wonderful.

The house was great! No complaints! This house has a perfect location for our concert at Red Rocks and a day downtown Denver. We also went to the Coors factory! Close to everything. Lots of close restaurants and even a fun dive bar with pool tables, shuffle board and old skool video games was even near by! We had 6 people tons of room. We cooked several meals we had everything we needed. Great outside seating area.beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean with hot water with normal pressure. We even did laundry and the washer and dryer worked great. It was nice having toiletries in the bathrooms and basic necessities were already there. Great booking choice!

The property was very clean and served our needs beyond expectations. We had a variety of family coming in to celebrate a graduation. Plenty of parking, plenty of room, and plenty of fun! When we had questions or needs, the property management responded quickly. We would recommend this property to anyone.

We stayed for a concert at red rocks. House was exactly as listed, clean and comfortable. Walkable to downtown Arvada. Most enjoyed the Denver brewing company downtown and snooze! Would stay at this house again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This house is spotlessly clean. All the amenities we needed throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe. WE walked to a nearby park every morning with our grandchildren and made a couple of very easy trips to a nearby Walmart. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Property location was great for getting to Denver or getting to the local (echo) mountains for skiing without having to deal with Breckenridge type madness. House has a nice little "apartment" downstairs. This would be a great place for a family and a couple to share. The "apartment" has a kitchen of its own. We had a couple of issues that were addressed immediately by owner. The hot tube was fun, even in very cold weather. The cleaning crew could have done a little better before we arrived, other than that, everything was great. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen table was big enough for everyone. The neighborhood was quiet. We were in town for skiing, but if I were in town for an NFL or Baseball game, this would be a great location. The stadiums are a short drive. The airport is a short drive.

My family was in Denver together and really enjoyed our this property as part of our stay. The house was very clean, in great working order, and extremely well stocked. We'll definitely look to stay here again on future trips!

When our group arrived, we found that the house had not been cleaned AT ALL. We immediately contacted the host and they were apologetic. I sent them pictures and they offered a full refund. We had to find other arrangements for our stay. It was very disappointing since we came all the way from the Midwest. There should be a way for you to check your cleaning crew.

House was clean, described accurately, and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was fast and easy before and throughout our stay. The neighborhood was great and full of neat little areas to explore with something to do for all ages. Highly recommend, would stay here again!

Our family had a great time and the house was perfect for us, especially with the separate apartment downstairs. There are parks nearby and it is a quick drive to the sites in Denver. Our granddaughter especially liked seeing the bunnies who lived in the yard!

We were a group of 12 friends visiting from out-of-town for 2 days, and this worked well for us without being too cramped! We had no issues during the stay, and would recommend as great value for the price.

We had 6 women staying at the house. We found it comfortable and convenient. The upstairs kitchen was large, and we used the downstairs refrigerator for overflow. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Overall a great experience.

Cute, very clean house nicely updated with plenty of room for our family of 5. Communication with the owner was outstanding, kitchen was well stocked and all cabinets were labeled. We did not utilize the hot tub, but it is a good addition to the back yard. Neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. We stayed in Arvada for 2 nights to attend a concert at the Denver Bronco's stadium and another at Red Rock Amphitheater. It was about 15-20 minutes from each venue. We stayed during a heat wave in Denver, highs around 95-100 degrees. This is an older home that has an air conditioner that struggles to keep up with this kind of heat. By late afternoon evening it was 80 degrees in the house. Luckily, we were gone both evenings and the house cooled down to 70 degrees by the time we went to sleep. There are ceiling fans in all 3 upstairs bedrooms and 2 box fans which helped. If you are planning on hanging at the house in the evening during warmer months you may be uncomfortable FYI. I like to be informed before booking and read a lot of reviews prior to making my choice. This is a great house that I would recommend with the exception of the air conditioner during very hot times.

We stayed here with our adult daughter, teenage daughter, son and his wife and baby (9 months). The separate living spaces were perfect for our group. The location was a short walk to the cute town of Arvada with coffee shops, restaurants, candy/ice cream shop. Beds were comfy. Note: there is no pack-and-play/ portable crib at the house (we borrowed one from local friends); there is a baby gate though. We would definitely rent again.

This home is not only beautiful but in a grwat location. Close to bars and restaurants, as well as Rocky Mountain National Park. The house is well taken care of, in a quiet neighborhood. They went above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The few questions we had wete answered quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in Arvada for 2 nights to attend a concert at the Denver Bronco's stadium and another at Red Rock Amphitheater. It was about 15-20 minutes from each venue. We stayed during a heat wave in Denver, highs around 95-100 degrees. This is an older home that has an air conditioner that struggles to keep up with this kind of heat. By late afternoon evening it was 80 degrees in the house. Luckily, we were gone both evenings and the house cooled down to 70 degrees by the time we went to sleep. There are ceiling fans in all 3 upstairs bedrooms and 2 box fans which helped. If you are planning on hanging at the house in the evening during warmer months you may be uncomfortable FYI. I like to be informed before booking and read a lot of reviews prior to making my choice. This is a great house that I would recommend with the exception of the air conditioner during very hot times.

We did not utilize the hot tub, but it is a good addition to the back yard. Neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. When our group arrived, we found that the house had not been cleaned AT ALL. We immediately contacted the host and they were apologetic. I sent them pictures and they offered a full refund. We had to find other arrangements for our stay. It was very disappointing since we came all the way from the Midwest. There should be a way for you to check your cleaning crew.

The property was very clean and served our needs beyond expectations. We had a variety of family coming in to celebrate a graduation. Plenty of parking, plenty of room, and plenty of fun! When we had questions or needs, the property management responded quickly. We would recommend this property to anyone.

House was clean, described accurately, and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was fast and easy before and throughout our stay. The neighborhood was great and full of neat little areas to explore with something to do for all ages. Highly recommend, would stay here again!

We stayed for a concert at red rocks. House was exactly as listed, clean and comfortable. Walkable to downtown Arvada. Most enjoyed the Denver brewing company downtown and snooze! Would stay at this house again!

This home is not only beautiful but in a grwat location. Close to bars and restaurants, as well as Rocky Mountain National Park. The house is well taken care of, in a quiet neighborhood. They went above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The few questions we had wete answered quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is centrally located to everything that you would want to do while visiting in the Denver area. The home was secure, clean, and located in a quite neighborhood. It has a wonderful fenced in backyard with a lovely patio in which to sit in the evenings. We loved the spacies living areas that were comfortable and inviting. The owner was in contact quickly if we needed anything and that was a huge plus. We couldn't have asked for anything more!!!

We stayed here with our adult daughter, teenage daughter, son and his wife and baby (9 months). The separate living spaces were perfect for our group. The location was a short walk to the cute town of Arvada with coffee shops, restaurants, candy/ice cream shop. Beds were comfy. Note: there is no pack-and-play/ portable crib at the house (we borrowed one from local friends); there is a baby gate though. We would definitely rent again.

Property location was great for getting to Denver or getting to the local (echo) mountains for skiing without having to deal with Breckenridge type madness. House has a nice little "apartment" downstairs. This would be a great place for a family and a couple to share. The "apartment" has a kitchen of its own. We had a couple of issues that were addressed immediately by owner. The hot tube was fun, even in very cold weather. The cleaning crew could have done a little better before we arrived, other than that, everything was great. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen table was big enough for everyone. The neighborhood was quiet. We were in town for skiing, but if I were in town for an NFL or Baseball game, this would be a great location. The stadiums are a short drive. The airport is a short drive.

We stayed here for a week and found it a restful retreat after busy days of activity. Plenty of room, kitchen furnished with most of what we needed, beds and showers great. We even used the washer/dryer, hot tub and bbq. My mother stayed in the extra suite and she liked having her own area. We would definitely stay here again.

We had 6 women staying at the house. We found it comfortable and convenient. The upstairs kitchen was large, and we used the downstairs refrigerator for overflow. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Overall a great experience.

My family was in Denver together and really enjoyed our this property as part of our stay. The house was very clean, in great working order, and extremely well stocked. We'll definitely look to stay here again on future trips!

The house was great! No complaints! This house has a perfect location for our concert at Red Rocks and a day downtown Denver. We also went to the Coors factory! Close to everything. Lots of close restaurants and even a fun dive bar with pool tables, shuffle board and old skool video games was even near by! We had 6 people tons of room. We cooked several meals we had everything we needed. Great outside seating area.beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean with hot water with normal pressure. We even did laundry and the washer and dryer worked great. It was nice having toiletries in the bathrooms and basic necessities were already there. Great booking choice!

The house was great, clean and cute. It's a good option for 2 families if everyone wants their space as there are 2 living rooms and kitchens. There are a lot of stairs though-stairs down to one living area and stairs to the bedrooms in the other section. We enjoyed the hot tub too. The property is in a good (quiet) location if you're going to a concert at Red Rocks or visiting Golden or even taking a day trip to somewhere farther like Fort Collins. The grocery store is about 5 minutes away. We made dinner and breakfast several times and the kitchen was stocked pretty well with everything we needed to cook. I have mixed feelings on the communication. My questions were answered fine before arrival. But then I was asked to submit pictures after we arrived for any issues seen or risk being blamed if something was found after the fact. I found that a little stressful because I wasn't sure what would be considered "wear and tear" and what was more serious. After responding to the request, I received no acknowledgement. There are also no check out instructions at the property. Most places I've stayed have them written somewhere. The host did message them the day before checkout and they were simple and reasonable. I just prefer knowing sooner what's expected. Overall, the house was an excellent choice for our needs and I would recommend it for someone looking for a good homebase for exploring the areas around Denver.
