Rigtig sjov og unik indretning, med bl.a riddere i indgangen ved hotellet. Personalet var også flinke og hjælpsomme. Dog var det en ret mangelfuld rengøring og housekeeping - der var store fedtfingre på fjernsynet, vi fik ikke rene kopper efter at have drukket the og ingen vand på værelser. Desuden bar vores værelse præg af manglende vedligeholdelse med afskallet maling på klædeskabet, og et gulvtæppe der trængte til rengøring

The staff was exceptional. We all know how the Japanese like to treat their customers. I'd like to say I asked for more and they delivered. Who knew when you booked different dates through Expedia that the system wouldn't automatically pick it up and keep you in the same room? Who knew they could arrange for you to send a package to someone in Japan through their front desk like they were a UPS store? Who knew they could take your bags and arrange for them to be sent forward to another location and have them waiting for you at your next hotel? Honestly, I knew the first one would be a problem and called into Expedia to get it ironed out....well, Expedia didn't get it done, so I had to explain it all to the manager and she was able to figure it out. What a champ she was. With her limited English and my very limited Japanese she got it all worked out for us. The other two things a hotel does??? Yeah, I knew that already, but you may not know. Their UPS is a company called Kuronekko. Try it out! This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and I will be back again next year. Thank you Hiroshima Grand Intelligent Hotel.!
