The Tomlin House-Historic 1904 2BR- Hike-Wine-Dine in North GA Mountains

As a single business traveler, safety is always a concern. Inever worry about safety when staying at the Tomlin House. Plus, I can walk to breakfast, lunch, dinner and an eco-park, so what's not to love?!

Found ourselves needing a place to stay during some home renovations so we decided to stay local for a few days. This place happened to show up first in our search at a decent price so we decided to give it a try and let me tell you, we ABSOLUTELY could not be more pleased. Check-in was easy. The cleanliness of the property was immaculate and every amenity needed was available (it even comes with fresh eggs and a breakfast casserole for your dining pleasure). The property was built circa 1904 and is faithfully restored and decorated true to the period. And the heart of pine wood floors are still gorgeous. Although we literally live less than 8 miles from the property, we will absolutely visit again because my wife says that her soaking bath in the clawfoot tub was worth the price of admission. Highly recommend this property if you are ever in the area.

Great host and great communications. The fresh eggs were a wonderful touch and the muffins were fantastic as well! Excellent stay!

The Tomlin House is just darling, warm and cozy. Everything was super clean and well stocked. Even supplied fresh eggs from her own chickens, fresh bagels and muffins. Gas firepit on the deck or a wood burning firepit outback. Thank you Carmen, we will definitely be back.
