Wir hatten vom 16-18 Mai 2024 ein Standard- Doppelzimmer für insgesamt 328 € gebucht und erhielten Zimmer 106. Das Zimmer war recht klein und eine Toilette und Dusche waren wie Telefonzellen im Zimmer aufgebaut; kein Abzug und die Türen ließen sich nur schlecht schließen. Das Handwaschbecken war im Zimmer separat eingerichtet. Des Weiteren war im Teppich ein kleiner Wasserschaden bedingt durch die Duschkabine. Als wir Wellness/Spa benutzen wollten wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass alles wegen Renovierungsarbeiten geschlossen ist. Im Internet bei der Buchung kein Hinweis darauf. Das Spa war mit ein Hauptgrund für die Buchung und ich habe einen Preis für eine Leistung bezahlt, die ich nicht erhalten habe. Insgesamt bin ich vom Hotel sehr enttäuscht; wir werden das Hotel nicht wieder buchen; es gibt bessere Unterkünfte ein Istanbul für weniger Geld. Ausnehmen möchte ich das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal.

The only thing going for this hotel is the central location (which is on a pedestrian street meaning taxis can’t always drop off outside). In other countries this would be a 3 Star hotel… it is old fashioned; doesn’t offer basic services like 24 hour room service. The roof top restaurant is great, but it is separate from the hotel. I ordered a bottle of wine to take back to my room, but was told I’d have to get two wine glasses from reception. The rooms are small with shower and toilet facilities that are more like a portacabin. Likewise, the so called ‘Spa’ is a separate business and costs in addition to the room price. The therapist was not at work the weekday I was there, meaning the spa was closed. Overall, the hotel is very dated; the service male dominated. This is not a hotel to stay in if you are looking for something a bit special and to experience the magic of Istanbul.

Hotellet hade bra läge nära till allt ,restauranger, även stort plus att de fanns resturang på hotellet både nere samt rooftop där man hade fin utsikt över Istanbul. Samt god mat, trevlig och hjälpsam personal . Mycket rent.Rekommenderar starkt, vi lär komma tillbaka hit igen nästa gång vi besöker Istanbul.

Located in the center of old city on top of a hill. Everything is closed by within walking distance: Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, etc,. It's the more quiet and nice area within the vibrant old town. My room is just off the corner facing a lovely pedestrian avoiding the noise of tram on the main street. My room is small, not enough for two regular check in luggage. Beds, air conditioning, lights are good. However, the shower partition cannot stop water going out and flood the bathroom floor every time after shower. Front desk staff, bellman, house keeping staff are excellent and helpful. I ate at the roof top restaurant which it has a 360 panoramic of the entire Istanbul. The food is good and the manager Metin was nice.

Ottimo hotel vicino a tutto nel quartiere storico di Sultanhamet. Camere spaziose, buona colazione, vista mozzafiato dal ristorante sulla terrazza. Efficienti e gentili alla reception. Gradevole la SPA con eccellenti massaggi. Consigliatissimo.

J’ai payé 200 euros de supp pour avoir une chambre superieure située au 5eme étage . Malheureusement au 6 eme vous avez le roof top restaurant et du bruit jusqu’à 2 h du matin et reprise pour le nettoyage à 6h30 . De plus le balcon était inutilisable pour refaire le sol. Le spa était fermé . Personnel très agréable et compétent mais tout cela est gâché par le bruit : dommage .

The room was beautiful and cozy. The breakfast had a large variety. And not to mention, amazing location and service! Only downside is one small elevator which gets packed easily but didn't cause a huge issue. Very pleased with my stay and will definitely be back - thank you!

The hotel is nice: great location, clean rooms, good breakfast, lovely roof lounge with amazing view. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. But the bathroom needs repairs, bed is small for two people, rooms are not enough soundproofed. Anyway, good value for money.

Vi är super nöjda med vistelsen på hotellet allt från deras renlighet och väldigt bra adress att bo på, du har nära till allt. Deras service är en av dom bästa vi är super nöjda med dom två killarna i resorptionen som jobbar där vi hade inte kunnat få bättre service super gulliga och hjälpsamma. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka igen.

La estancia ha sido buena , la ubicación es excelente pero tiene cosas muy mejorables - el desayuno tiene muchísimo margen de mejora empezando por la limpieza de las mesas que es muy deficitario , la calidad de la comida o la vajilla , por poner un ejemplo no tenían vasos de cristal para el zumo (vasos de cartón en un 4 estrellas???) - el hotel solo tiene un ascensor pequeño lo que hace que te toque esperar bastante y más por la tarde que hay mucha afluencia de personas a la azotea - las habitaciones tienen fallos importantes: calefacción que no funciona , agua que se filtra por la ducha (nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación) , falta de enchufes ….

A beautifully maintained hotel with really warm staff who are very attentive and friendly . The location is great with easy access to all tourist destinations . It has an excellent on site restaurant and also hundreds of other restaurants and cafes within within distance . The tram is also a few minutes walk from the hotel, very easy to get to shopping areas . The breakfast has a good choice to start the day with hot ans cold items . The room we had was superior which was an upgrade with a lovely balcony with fantastic views of Istanbul . It was spotless with a luxurious bathroom with separate marble rain shower and a jet spa tub . Lots of toiletries in the room , loofahs, dental kits etc The maintenance team in particular Nibehat were always checking if we needed anything like water , towels . The reception staff were also always pleasant always smiling and welcoming. I have been to Istanbul many times and I would definitely recommend this hotel .

Great staff however the weirdest room configuration; the toilet is literally divided from the test of the room with a pane of glass and the door doesn't fully close, it's a shower room seal so a bit gross.

We decided on this property due the reputation it holds but we’re very disappointed that the AC was not working during our stay. No fans were provided when requested and were told there was an electricity issue. During our whole stay we had sleepless nights due to the heat and nothing was done to rectify this despite numerous requests. No apology from the manager either. Compared to other places with AC this hotel sets their AC at a high temperature and it is fixed, you will not be able to lower it. We did not look forward to coming back to our rooms to sleep knowing that we will be very uncomfortable. It was cooler in McDonald’s!! I would pay half the rate they charge here. Not worth the high money paid.

Very nice hotel with great views from the restaurant on the top floor. Helpful, friendly staff. Only let down by the lack of sound proofing between rooms (I could hear every word of a loud female resident in the neighboring room). Also, can the management fix the doors - you have to slam them to engage the locking system - which makes everyone jump throughout the day and night!

Hotel was convenient to access by tram. Location facing the tram way and close to Camberlitas tram station. Walkable to Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. Check in was good. Kudos to Kader who attended to us. She was very friendly and nice. Room was small but bed & pillows were comfortable. Good spread for breakfast. Only problem I had is the shower and toilet cubicle which has a glass wall and not locks at the door. So the door was slightly ajar. You can see the silhouette of the person showering from the glass wall although it is frosted

Don't select this hotel just looking at the pictures. Most of the pictures are fake. Rooms are tiny , toilet and shower is literally next to your bed. This is the first time, I have seen a toilet setup like this. Also toilet and shower doors doesn't close properly. Pillows are like hard rock. I would never stay on this hotel again.

You clearly pay for the location here. This is not a 4 staff hotel by international standards. Everything is much smaller than on the pictures, the breakfast has a big variety but cheap quality. The rooms are tiny. On a positive note, the staff is very friendly and attentive and the rooms are clean. Next time I'd rather go to an international hotel chain where you know what you get for your money.

Located in the center of old city on top of a hill. Everything is closed by within walking distance: Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, etc,. It's the more quiet and nice area within the vibrant old town. My room is just off the corner facing a lovely pedestrian avoiding the noise of tram on the main street. My room is small, not enough for two regular check in luggage. Beds, air conditioning, lights are good. However, the shower partition cannot stop water going out and flood the bathroom floor every time after shower. Front desk staff, bellman, house keeping staff are excellent and helpful. I ate at the roof top restaurant which it has a 360 panoramic of the entire Istanbul. The food is good and the manager Metin was nice.

Excellent stay in this gorgeous Hotel, my husband and I were returning to Istanbul for our 20th wedding anniversary we had our honeymoon in Istanbul and have been there many times before as we used to live in Northern Cyprus. I chose the hotel mainly for its location and rooftop restaurant, we always stay in this location as we think it is the best oldest part of the city. If it is your first time everything is within walking distance : ). The staff were amazing and a special mention for Tolga on reception who was just so helpful and really made our stay a pleasure all of the staff were amazing and very friendly if we return to Istanbul which is likely as we love it there we will definately return to the Lottie Cok Guzel

A beautifully maintained hotel with really warm staff who are very attentive and friendly . The location is great with easy access to all tourist destinations . It has an excellent on site restaurant and also hundreds of other restaurants and cafes within within distance . The tram is also a few minutes walk from the hotel, very easy to get to shopping areas . The breakfast has a good choice to start the day with hot ans cold items . The room we had was superior which was an upgrade with a lovely balcony with fantastic views of Istanbul . It was spotless with a luxurious bathroom with separate marble rain shower and a jet spa tub . Lots of toiletries in the room , loofahs, dental kits etc The maintenance team in particular Nibehat were always checking if we needed anything like water , towels . The reception staff were also always pleasant always smiling and welcoming. I have been to Istanbul many times and I would definitely recommend this hotel .

It's a modern hotel and has everything you need and the location is extremely convenient as it's literally 5 min walk to Blue Mosque/Hagia Sofia, and about 7 mins or so towards the Grand Bazaar. The hotel comes off the main road where the tram is used so you can just hop on a tram if you want to visit other places such as Taksim square/istiklal in Beyoglu. Would highly recommend this place.

The only thing going for this hotel is the central location (which is on a pedestrian street meaning taxis can’t always drop off outside). In other countries this would be a 3 Star hotel… it is old fashioned; doesn’t offer basic services like 24 hour room service. The roof top restaurant is great, but it is separate from the hotel. I ordered a bottle of wine to take back to my room, but was told I’d have to get two wine glasses from reception. The rooms are small with shower and toilet facilities that are more like a portacabin. Likewise, the so called ‘Spa’ is a separate business and costs in addition to the room price. The therapist was not at work the weekday I was there, meaning the spa was closed. Overall, the hotel is very dated; the service male dominated. This is not a hotel to stay in if you are looking for something a bit special and to experience the magic of Istanbul.

We stayed overnight did too x connecting flight. The staff is outstanding and responsive to my requests even before we arrived. The location couldn’t bd better. Hagia Sofia, the Blue mosque are about 13 minutes. Numerous shops and restaurants are at the doorsteps. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop restaurant. A second restaurant are ground floor. In the limited hours we had, we were able to shop, dine snd offer prayers at Hogia Sofia. Metro station is few minutes away. The hotel provided airport shuttle for $50 which was a very good deal and safe. On our way back from Finland, we have made a reservation to stay at this hotel again for 2 nights

Hotel is very centrally located and the Manager Mr Tolga Akay is very helpful and friendly in fact best manager, he know his job very well ,breakfast is also good but bathrooms too much problem as it is open and no ventilation, secondly taxi drop you very far as the road is close , so b prepare to drag your bags to the hotel.

Hotellet hade bra läge nära till allt ,restauranger, även stort plus att de fanns resturang på hotellet både nere samt rooftop där man hade fin utsikt över Istanbul. Samt god mat, trevlig och hjälpsam personal . Mycket rent.Rekommenderar starkt, vi lär komma tillbaka hit igen nästa gång vi besöker Istanbul.

J’ai passé un séjour correct dans cet hôtel. La chambre sont relativement confortable , bien que la décoration soit un peu vieillotte. Le service est globalement satisfaisant, La propreté des lieux est correcte, même si quelques détails pourraient être améliorés. Le petit-déjeuner était bon, mais sans grande variété. L’emplacement est pratique pour visiter la ville , mais il y avait trop de bruit venant de la rue. En somme, c’était un hôtel convenable, sans être exceptionnelle.”

There are multiple great things about the hotel. The location is awesome. We were walking distance to a number of key tourist spots. The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff (particularly Tolga) went above and beyond to take care of me and my wife. The room size was alright considering the central location of the hotel. The breakfast is also good although not a lot of hot food options.

Wir waren in dem Hotel für 5 Tage. Von aussen sah klasse aus, aber sobald man reinläuft, sieht komplett anders aus. - Mini Rezeption - Frühstück waren sehr schlecht - Aufzug sehr sehr alt und passen nur 2 Personen. - Waschbecken im Zimmer und sehr klein.

Ótimo hotel: bom atendimento, funcionários extremamente amáveis e prestativos. quarto bom (pequeno, mas funcional), bom café da manhã, localização excelente! O restaurante roof top do hotel é imperdível! Eu já tinha ficado hospedada no hotel anos antes e voltei, porque realmente é um excelente hotel!

Don't select this hotel just looking at the pictures. Most of the pictures are fake. Rooms are tiny , toilet and shower is literally next to your bed. This is the first time, I have seen a toilet setup like this. Also toilet and shower doors doesn't close properly. Pillows are like hard rock. I would never stay on this hotel again.
