How nice it was to arrive to the clean, air conditioned condo with a lovely gift basket awaiting us! The management company — with support of owner, I’m sure— had a lovely gift basket with chocolates, coffee, shortbread cookies+; there even was a corkscrew! The garage had great beach gear — chairs, body boards+. Instructions for lights, air conditioning & locks were well-placed & explained. Providing spray oil, coffee filters & laundry detergent were icing on the cake. Thank you.

Very comfortable property in a very nice complex. Easy access to the pool area and gym. Located near shopping and beach and restaurants. Felt very safe in this location. We would definitely stay here again.

New & nice condo. Garage for parking. Unfortunately master bedroom close to road. Upstairs neighbors were loud. Would be quiet depending on who is staying upstairs. Central air conditioning (but capped at 73 for a low). Kitchen is amazing and everything you need.

The property was close to everything we wanted to do. The beds were comfortable. It was clean, and was nice to have a place to cook meals. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the Daughter liked the workout room. Could use some new Pillows and some baking sheets. We had a great time. Thinking of returning next year.

This apartment was new, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed during our stay including kitchen items and beach items. Perfectly located across the pool area. Five min drive to the beach and shopping/restaurants. We felt right at home.

The air conditioning does not go below 73 degrees, so the space was quite warm. When two showers were running at the same time, the water would shut off, which was very inconvenient. Great location near the shopping center and beach.

Well equipped and updated condo—process well managed to check in. Somewhat delayed repair of screen door ( broken hinge-door removed and not repaired after 3 days). No other issues with use. Quiet neighborhood but condo is next to stree with car noise in the am noticeable. Pleasant stay with the ever present free range chickens

We were four adults on Kauai for several days and spent all four nights here. We usually get a condo when we travel, so we have quite a basis for comparison, and this property was at the top of the scale in every category. It was very quiet, immaculately clean, very generously supplied with paper goods, soap, and anything you might need to cook in the kitchen. The location right across from the pool was very convenient, furniture and beds were all comfortable, there was plenty of room for good walks, and Poipu Beach was just a short drive away. This was an excellent stay for us and if we were to travel to Kauai again, we would stay here again.

This property was comfortable and the space was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, and updated modern kitchen. The community was also nice and quiet, although we could hear the loud mechanical unit on the ceiling in the master bathroom as well as kids running on the floor above us. Other than that, our stay was peaceful.

We stayed for 3 nights (wished we stayed longer) for a family vacation with our kids aged 18 and 20. Everyone loved the condo which is spacious and beautifully decorated. The condo is incredibly well stocked from the kitchen to games to movies to beach gear. Loved the lanai for early morning coffees and leisurely afternoon lunches. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. We had one small malfunction with the keyless entry and the property manager was extremely responsive. I hardly ever write reviews but my daughter insisted I write one because we truly had a wonderful time. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff was very responsive when bringing short comings to their attention.

Well equipped and updated condo—process well managed to check in. Somewhat delayed repair of screen door ( broken hinge-door removed and not repaired after 3 days). No other issues with use. Quiet neighborhood but condo is next to stree with car noise in the am noticeable. Pleasant stay with the ever present free range chickens

My parents and I had a wonderful time in Kauai. Pili Mai Family have such beautiful properties. The condo was clean, nice size and beautiful grounds. We stayed right across from the pool which was convenient. They were easy to communicate with and provided information before I was even asked. The condo was close to shopping, restaurants and the beaches. We would highly recommend the condo complex if staying on Kauai.

Very spacious and comforable place to stay in a quiet area. Lots of shops, restaurants and activities within 10 min. Good value for what you get. Beach was a bit far away for our taste but we knew that when we booked. Easy check in and out was nice.

Very comfortable property in a very nice complex. Easy access to the pool area and gym. Located near shopping and beach and restaurants. Felt very safe in this location. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic. The Condo was in a great location and really close to the beach and my favorite place to eat. (Puka Dog). Everything was perfect. Just wish it could have been longer.

The air conditioning does not go below 73 degrees, so the space was quite warm. When two showers were running at the same time, the water would shut off, which was very inconvenient. Great location near the shopping center and beach.

This property was in a great location in Kauai. Central to lots of shops and restaurants in Poipu. The condo came with everything you could possibly need (dish soap, laundry detergent, sandwich bags, laundry detergent, beach towels, boogie boards, etc) This was important in deciding where we would stay so that we could pack lightly for our stay. We were thankful for a well stocked kitchen and all of the extras that we needed. Condo was very clean and offered so much. Our teens loved having their own bed to sleep in and even though it was busy time of year, the noise from other condos was minimal.

This apartment was new, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed during our stay including kitchen items and beach items. Perfectly located across the pool area. Five min drive to the beach and shopping/restaurants. We felt right at home.

We loved the location of this property. It was a short drive to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. We also liked that it felt like home in that it is located in a quiet, safe, and clean neighborhood.

Kitchen was perfect for eating in. Layout was great for the family. Patio furniture was nice and having use of things to take to the beach was a plus.

New & nice condo. Garage for parking. Unfortunately master bedroom close to road. Upstairs neighbors were loud. Would be quiet depending on who is staying upstairs. Central air conditioning (but capped at 73 for a low). Kitchen is amazing and everything you need.
