Cozy 2 bedroom on the canal with pool and hot tub!

Perfect house for our family! Hosts communication is fantastic too. They called within a few minutes of me reaching out trying to figure something out. Location is amazing and peaceful. Close enough to restaurants and different beaches, but also tucked away to make it so peaceful. The pool is a dream and the canal behind it is beautiful. We had a 2 year old that could play next to me on the sun shelf while I soaked in some sun. If you like to tan, the pool gets sun the ENTIRE day. I always look for this on the listing/reviews. House is well stocked with towels, dishes, beach chairs/beach umbrella etc The shower is as amazing as it looks in the pics. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off to help avoid dragging any sand around. Living room is nice for night time movies and hanging out. Loved that it had a sectional, made it more homey for us to relax on. We are usually fighting for the comfy couch on vacation. Lastly, if you’re bringing young kids..the house is tastefully decorated. Just perfect to give vacation/coastal vibes but…kid proof enough that I wasn’t having to put pretty glass things up for the week so my toddler didn’t break it. They also have pack & plays and a high chair in spare room which also helped us pack lighter.

The property was as shown in the ad , very clean and neat inside and out. Location was in a quiet neighborhood but you were not far from all that the area has to offer. The house had all you need to enjoy your stay. Beds were comfortable , the kitchen island was perfect for hanging out , the A/C worked great and the furnishings provided us with lots of comfort when we returned after a long day. The pool and hot tub area were really great and included a perfect area to grill and enjoy dining outside beneath the covered patio. The additional patio down on the canal was perfect for relaxing with a drink and watching the different species of fish jump in and out of the water. The check in process was seamless ( we have not done VRBO very often ) so we were a bit concerned if things went awry but the hosts were very responsive and quick to answer any question(s) we had. I am certain i am leaving something out but we would recommend this rental to our friends and in fact looking to rebook for next year.

Great vacation home, comfotable for our family of 4. Kids enjoyed the pool, fishing out back, and watching manatees in the canal. Close to the beach and local food options, but tucked away in a safe and friendly neighborhood.
