We had an amazing time at our river front retreat!! The house was perfect and the host Sandi was very responsive to any need we had! Would recommend to anyone who needs some river front R and R!!! Thank you so much for having us at your home Sandi!!

We had a great family getaway at this waterfront property! The house is fantastic, and the views alone is worth the stay. Traveling with our teenage kids, there was plenty of space to spread out. We did experience a few hiccups along the way, but the host was responsive and we had a wonderful trip.

Beautiful property. However, fridge was not working during our stay (freezer portion was), you have to ask for hot tub to be turned in when you want to use it, I had to keep filling it because of a issue with the drain of some sort. In addition, details to cleanliness could use some attention I noticed after allergies acted up (dust on vents). Also unable to use amenities that are advertised- kayaks cannot be out in water there and beach cruisers had flat tires.

We had a small group come down to Daytona for Rockville. The pool was great for during the day to cool off and the hot tub was nice for nights to relax our muscles. Sandi was an amazing host and very attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
