Flagler Haus 1535 - TV AC WiFi

We were unable to stay at this property due to damage from previous tenant. Owner relocated us to a nearby property - much smaller and farther away from San Marco downtown area. Promised a refund of the difference in the two, but nearly a month later, it has not arrived. Also, one week in at the smaller place we asked for a relocation to a bigger property. Eventually they were able to accommodate, but communication was poor and promised timing of replies and information was repeatedly not adhered to. They tried to recover from the unfortunate situation they got stuck with from previous tenant, but didn't do very well in the execution of that. Now having to consider legal assistance to recover my promised refund...

Loved this property. Will likely stay again. Close to many things in the Jax area.

Really enjoyed our stay. Hosts were very helpful and communicative for anything we needed. Plenty of parking. Great location too - everything you need is in walking distance. Grocery store, bank, restaurants, etc. Will definitely be booking here again!
