Last Summer Days | Hot Tub, Firepit & Waterfront

I’ve stayed here with some friends twice now in the spring when the river is high. There are so many spaces to enjoy and the property is always very well kept. Everything you need for a wonderful stay. Will definitely keep coming back! Kristie is a great host.

We had such an amazing stay at this cottage! From the moment we arrived, it felt warm, welcoming, and perfectly set up for relaxation. The location was stunning—peaceful, surrounded by nature, and just the right mix of privacy and convenience. The cottage itself was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The interior had everything we needed: a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The outdoor space was the real highlight—we loved spending evenings by the fire pit, mornings with coffee on the deck, and afternoons exploring the nearby trails and waterfront. What truly stood out was how much care clearly goes into making guests feel comfortable. Everything was easy, from check-in to check-out, and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We would come back here in a heartbeat and recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful, memorable getaway.

We had such a lovely stay at Crowe River retreat. This place ticks *all* the boxes. Waterfront access with sandy beach (great for toddlers), canoe/kayak/paddeboard, loads of lifejackets, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, high chair/booster/crib, an incredibly well-equipped kitchen (a real joy to cook in), televisions, board games, foosball, pool table - we can’t think of anything that could be missing from this cottage! Plus Kristie is a gracious host and prompt communicator. We would definitely visit again!
