Benji's House

Property is in good location, however; entire property needs work. A drawer is missing in the refrigerator as well as the shelf on the door. The exterior of property needs work. The decor throughout the property is cheap. The interior door from the garage to the house door knob is broke door will not remain closed.

Nice place, as described. Was a pleasant place to start with family (kids attend UC) for Thanksgiving.

The perfect size for our group and a great location near the event we were attending. We would consider staying here again!

I stayed here with a group for about a week. The house was clean and located in a quiet area with lots of parking. We really enjoyed hanging out in the large, lovely backyard. The house isn't fancy and could maybe use some updating, but it worked well for us and was an excellent value. We brought an extra air mattress with us to sleep 8 guests, as there were really only 7 spots to sleep including the couch. Jason was extremely communicative and responded very quickly to any questions or issues, including sending someone out immediately to assist when we had an issue with the door lock. All in all, a very nice stay -- thank you!

Very clean and spacious 3 bedroom home. About 40 minutes from Miami University.
