Perfect place to enjoy Portland. It’s centrally located to all the venues we wanted to explore, a super easy spot to find, and the pool table on the first floor made unwinding at the end of the day a joy. I plan to stay here again next year!

Only thing i wish i would have read is rooms are on the third level. My mom is handicapped so made it hard for her to get up 2 flights of steep steps. Other than that my brother, sister, and rest of the family enjoyed playing pool and fireplace. We would love to go back with the rest of the kids

Location was great, easy to get everywhere. Had all the amenities we could need. Loved the pool table! It was a great place to hang while we visited the grandkids!

We had a lovely time staying at this townhome with our family of 6 people. The place was a nice size for the 6 of us, and was very roomy given that it encompasses 3 stories. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, which made it super easy to have our morning coffee (loved the coffee bar area), and also cook meals together. The pool table was also a lot of fun.

We had an amazing stay at this rental! The open concept layout made it perfect for larger get-togethers, and everything was so clean and well maintained. The gaming room was AWESOME , definitely a favorite hangout for our group , as well as the balcony was a great place to relax and unwind. The kitchen was super well-stocked with appliances, which made cooking and hosting easy and convenient. There was only one parking spot, but that was all we needed, so it worked out just fine. Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better. Less than 20 minutes to downtown Portland, under 2 hours to both the coast and Mt. Hood, it was the ideal home base to explore all the beauty Oregon has to offer. We’d definitely come back. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Lizzie Court. The house can fit many people, and the pull out couch was so comfy, perfect for laying out and watching movies. Lots of board games and a pool table to keep the kids busy. Shopping mall is literally down the street, so many restaurants to choose from. We ended up taking a 40 minute drive to Multnomah Falls, it was breath taking. Would definitely recommend this place, and I will be looking to book it next time we go to Oregon.

Booked this location 3 to 4 months in advance and the pictures that described the property together with the price and location of where we are going to is was the decision maker. First thing i did was read the property binder on the do's and don'ts, noticed there was a bottle of wine in front of it and upon querying the management, they told us to feel free to enjoy it. Such a nice gesture to welcome us. The inside of the property is very clean, spacious and inviting. Coffee is available, and kitchen utensils are at your disposal. We were confused at first on where the thermostat was and then my son in law figured it out lol. The billiards room was nice and clean as well. The felt on the table was a bit outdated especially the ones covering the rails but it didn't affect game play. We had fun playing as a family. Proximity to where we're going is very good, and also a close 25 to 30 min ride to PDX. From time to time we would get messages on how we're doing and if anything needs attention. Was so nice that they do that to make sure we're comfortable.

Overall stay was great. I loved the shampoo, conditioner, body wash was provided. Sheets and beds were cozy. Only minor detail is only one TV. We would have liked tvs in the bedroom but that was really no big deal.

This condo was all we had hoped for. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. We felt safe in the neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the pool table. So much fun! If we ever get to the area again, we will definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay near Portland while we were visiting my father in Tualatin who was in hospice. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and downtown. It was clean and nice and very roomy. The only downside was a broken chair and the upstairs secondary bathroom did not drain properly. Otherwise this was a great VRBO.

The Property was clean and comfortable. The boys absolutely loved the pool table which greatly enhanced our stay. It would be nice to have a couple more comfortable chairs in the living room to watch tv from as my husband and I are in our 70's and sitting was quite uncomfortable for watching movies. The kitchen was great, sign in fine, location great for what we did. There are a couple of major stains on the carpet that need to be dealt with, but it was clean just stained. Otherwise good stay.

We stayed at this property during a time of severe weather. I made an attempt to filter out issues that were out of the company’s control. So I hope this review would still be an accurate representation as if the weather was not an issue. The home was not clean: (feces on rug, not vacuumed, hair in beds, trash on counter). Many things were broken and not usable: (front door, closet door to master bedroom, chair in living room). Contact was immediately made with company (iTrip Northwest) and on duty employee asked for pictures, apologized, and said someone would contact me the next day to schedule a time to fix the issues. I did not receive a notice to schedule, instead I received a text late in the day that someone was on their way over. I canceled their response as it was not an appropriate time to come over. No issues were immediate needs, however things were not addressed or identified to us before our stay, despite paying full price and paying a cleaning fee. I was told to contact the company at a later time to discuss how they could make things right. They took one night stay and offered a discount that would be discussed for the future. I hope this review is helpful and not harmful.

There were some minor issues that we reported to the property owners. They responded right away. I would give them 5 stars if those things were caught when they were cleaning and preparing the home as they were pretty obvious. Great place though.

Our rental experience was awesome. The property was easy to get to, clean, and very accommodating for our party of eight; including grandparents and a recent graduate. iTrip Northwest provided timely support when required and were very helpful. À few buddies and myself stayed at Lizzie Ct for a disc golf trip around Portland. Place was clean, manager was really quick to get back to us when the door code didn’t work. We were 5 of us, and slept comfortably. Would go there again.

We stayed at this property during a time of severe weather. I made an attempt to filter out issues that were out of the company’s control. So I hope this review would still be an accurate representation as if the weather was not an issue. The home was not clean: (feces on rug, not vacuumed, hair in beds, trash on counter). Many things were broken and not usable: (front door, closet door to master bedroom, chair in living room). Contact was immediately made with company (iTrip Northwest) and on duty employee asked for pictures, apologized, and said someone would contact me the next day to schedule a time to fix the issues. I did not receive a notice to schedule, instead I received a text late in the day that someone was on their way over. I canceled their response as it was not an appropriate time to come over. No issues were immediate needs, however things were not addressed or identified to us before our stay, despite paying full price and paying a cleaning fee. I was told to contact the company at a later time to discuss how they could make things right. They took one night stay and offered a discount that would be discussed for the future. I hope this review is helpful and not harmful.

Our rental experience was awesome. The property was easy to get to, clean, and very accommodating for our party of eight; including grandparents and a recent graduate. iTrip Northwest provided timely support when required and were very helpful. We will definitely be using this service again, and recommend them to anyone visiting Portland.

We had a great time at Lizzie Court. The house can fit many people, and the pull out couch was so comfy, perfect for laying out and watching movies. Lots of board games and a pool table to keep the kids busy. Shopping mall is literally down the street, so many restaurants to choose from. We ended up taking a 40 minute drive to Multnomah Falls, it was breath taking. Would definitely recommend this place, and I will be looking to book it next time we go to Oregon.

Check in evidently was on line using my cell phone and went well. A couple of minor issues with the Kitchen, but nothing that affected anything that worked. Trash collection was not clear, but all in all, it was fine for what we needed.

This condo was all we had hoped for. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. We felt safe in the neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the pool table. So much fun! If we ever get to the area again, we will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful, quiet and slightly remote. The Metzger Townhome was a respite from the city that we needed. Clean, comfortable and with plenty of amenities. Will recommend and definitely will stay again.

This was a great place to stay near Portland while we were visiting my father in Tualatin who was in hospice. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and downtown. It was clean and nice and very roomy. The only downside was a broken chair and the upstairs secondary bathroom did not drain properly. Otherwise this was a great VRBO.

We had an amazing stay at this rental! The open concept layout made it perfect for larger get-togethers, and everything was so clean and well maintained. The gaming room was AWESOME , definitely a favorite hangout for our group , as well as the balcony was a great place to relax and unwind. The kitchen was super well-stocked with appliances, which made cooking and hosting easy and convenient. There was only one parking spot, but that was all we needed, so it worked out just fine. Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better. Less than 20 minutes to downtown Portland, under 2 hours to both the coast and Mt. Hood, it was the ideal home base to explore all the beauty Oregon has to offer. We’d definitely come back. Highly recommend!

We attended a family wedding and this location was great. We were close to restaurants and stores. Yes, the unit has stairs but we were aware of that from the listing. Quiet neighborhood, safe area.

Booked this location 3 to 4 months in advance and the pictures that described the property together with the price and location of where we are going to is was the decision maker. First thing i did was read the property binder on the do's and don'ts, noticed there was a bottle of wine in front of it and upon querying the management, they told us to feel free to enjoy it. Such a nice gesture to welcome us. The inside of the property is very clean, spacious and inviting. Coffee is available, and kitchen utensils are at your disposal. We were confused at first on where the thermostat was and then my son in law figured it out lol. The billiards room was nice and clean as well. The felt on the table was a bit outdated especially the ones covering the rails but it didn't affect game play. We had fun playing as a family. Proximity to where we're going is very good, and also a close 25 to 30 min ride to PDX. From time to time we would get messages on how we're doing and if anything needs attention. Was so nice that they do that to make sure we're comfortable.

The location was perfect. The kitchen is well equipped. Lots of nice little touches. However, be aware that there is no fenced backyard for Fido, so all potty breaks are leashed walks. Also, there are two sets of decently steep stairs and no baby gates. So this is not suitable for families with small children or toddlers. Finally, the bedrooms do not have blackout curtains, and the thermostat is limited to 69 for the air-conditioning, which is fine for the first and second floor, but the bedrooms upstairs still get a little too warm.

Great property. Great location. Fun for the kids to play pool. A few little maintenance odds and ends that need to be worked on, but nothing too significant. Wonderful place.

Everything was great! It’s in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to shopping, food and easy access to downtown Portland or getting out of the city if needed. The grandkids came over during the day and hung out with us, we love the pool table! Stayed here last spring also. It fits our needs exactly.
