Walk to Everything Home! Hot Tub, 8 SHARC Passes

Excellent location. Close to restaurants and village.House was clean upon arrival. Pretty much what we expected. Price was in the ballpark for Sunriver rentals.Not sure if “Kyle” is actually real. Felt like an AI generated “owner” operated by a property management firm. Did not like the deception at all.No informational binder on site. All info was relayed through emails and a hospitality app that was woefully incomplete. Received an email telling me this or that every day we were there. “Move all the cars today, checkout time has changed, hot tub yada yada, A/C blah blah.” Truly a pain.Also, the mattress in the upstairs bedroom is in dire need of replacement. Extremely uncomfortable.To summarize: location was great, price seemed to be “going rate,” and the place was clean upon arrival. BUT when choosing beds, don’t pick the king upstairs. And be prepared for a plethora of useless emails and no info on site.

We stayed for the weekend and had a great time. The house is very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was fun and the location is super close to Sunriver shops. Our kids loved the loft area and secret cubby in the bunk room. The beds were nice but more on the firm side. There was a discrepancy on the description of the rental property listing but we got in touch with the host right after check in and he responded super quick and was very helpful in sorting out the issue. Overall, this house is great for families or adults. Definitely recommend!

This property is great. Good location close to the village and easy in and out of Sunriver. Nice to have air conditioning too. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the communication was great. Highly recommended!
