Four Points by Sheraton Mall of America Minneapolis Airport

Our stay was for 1 night. The location is good as its located conveniently off 494 but we couldn't hear any traffic. Check in was easy and friendly. Our room was smaller but manageable. The door to the bathroom wasn't tight, would turn sideways when opened/closed and wouldn't lock. The shower pull wouldn't go from tub to shower mode when pulling it up. We fiddled with it and got it working, but needs to be looked at. We were told at check in that adults is $8 for breakfast when our booking site said contie tisl breakfast and didn't say it was for only 2/4 of us. Glad we didn't pay the money as both our high school boys came upstairs and were not impressed with breakfast at all. Sausages were hard, eggs had so much water in the bowl the eggs bits were floating." They did say the French toast was good but that was the only thing that was positive. The boys brought me a milk and it was expired from 4 days ago. Pool awas warm and hot tub was hot which was perfect. Overall it was not the worst place we stayed but I will stay elsewhere next time. Staff was really friendly.

Breakfast needed a ticket of some sort, plugged bathroom sink as someone previously had dumped noodles down the drain, vent above shower caked in dust, ceiling above bed was peeling and looked like it was going to fall down.

The room was average. The bed was lumpy.
