Wailea Beach Resort - Marriott, Maui

El hotel esta muy bonito, las habitaciones muy cómodas, el mejor servicio, la comida deliciosa, todo me encanto fue mi primera vez en Hawai y lo disfrute mucho, no tuve la oportunidad de ir al spa, pero el gym esta muy completo y amplio, tiene muchas albercas y varios restaurantes, el room service super rico y rápido, recomiendo mucho este hotel

정원뷰를 예약했는데 오션뷰 주니어 스위트로 업그레이드 받았습니다. 리조트 전체 시설이나 직원들의 친절함 등등 매우 만족스러웠지만, 정작 업그레이드 받은 방에 생각보다 하자가 꽤나 있었어요. 체크인 했을때 TV 리모컨이 작동하지 않았고, 샤워시설에 문제가 있어서 온도 조절이 불가했고 왜 이런식으로 만들었는지 모르겠는 샤워기 버튼은 고무가 끼어서 동작하지 않았어요. 심지어 오버헤드 샤워기는 물을 틀면 파이프에서 괴성을 내며 물이 나오다 말고 제대로 동작하지 않았습니다. 연속적으로 엔지니어를 불렀어야 했고 많은 시간을 방에서 허비해야 했어요. 결국 고쳐지긴 했지만 샤워기 버튼은 곧 교체할 예정이라는 이야기는 숙박중인 저에게는 도움이 되는 얘기는 아니었습니다. 엔지니어를 부르지는 않았지만 몇 가지 더 문제가 있었던 것 중 하나는 방 문이 잠기지 않았고, 화장실 문은 한번 세게 닫았다가 다시 열리지 않아서 하마터면 화장실에 갇힐 뻔도 했어요.(이후로는 화장실 문을 끝까지 닫지 않았습니다) 여러모로 뭔가 준비되지 않았거나 오랫동안 손님을 받은 적이 없는 방을 배정해 준 것은 아닌가 생각되는 포인트가 많아서 아쉬웠습니다.

We really enjoyed staying here. All staff were friendly and the pools were clean and fresh towels were available all the time. We had a red eye flight back home and the hotel allowed us to stay on property until needed. We were provided access to showers and to dry our clothes in the guest lounge room.

Absolutely beautiful and really family friendly!

The staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful, especially the bell hop and valet. Our room was not nice, directly over the loading dock which was very noisy, we didn't pay for a view because we were only there one night but the bathroom lacked cleanliness, the soap dispenser in the shower didn't work. The bathroom in our room needed a deep cleaning or just a remodel.
