The property is located on Hyco lake. Beautiful setting and nice amenities. The house is a single story and plenty of room to spread out and have your own space. We liked that it was located very close to VIR. The host were very gracious and were always available to answer any questions or concerns.. of course we didn’t have any concerns. The property was perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend this house for people that have a large group such as families looking to spend some time on the lake.. we appreciate the owners hospitality and would stay again in the future.

Host was OK. Amenities were good. Grass was at least 8 or 10 inches tall and definitely should have been cut prior to our arrival. Dew on the grass didn’t dry until late morning or noon and was kind of a mess getting everyone’s shoes and socks and bottom of their pants soaking wet while traveling to and from the dock
