Custom Log Cabin on Wild Ammonoosuc River

Other than the walk to the river, which we did not try because it was too treacherous, our stay was great. Otherwise the central location was as advertised, the cabin was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Check-in and out were a breeze.

I expected the creek to be a little more accessible from the house. The only other problem we had was the noise from across the creek where someone was running a piece of equipment eight hours a day I realize there’s not much than the landlord could do about that. Overall, we had an excellent day and we certainly enjoyed the house.

Very nice cabin overlooking a river on a well maintained lot. Covered front porch to sit and watch the water flow.

The kitchen itself was clean, organized and very well equipped with everything you needed to cook and have a nice dinner. The bedroom was wonderful and a good size and the bedding was very nice. The host was more than willing to share any information pertinent to the residence and was easy to speak to and very personable. The fireplace warmed up the whole kitchen and living area very well. It was exactly what we needed to get away from the city to enjoy the solitude and have a nice quiet place in the evening to relax for the next day. The bed was comfortable and warm. We would love to come back at a later date to enjoy this wonderful property. It was awesome.

Enjoyed the stay, the cabin was very clean, wifi was a bit slow but you are there to relax! Fire pit is a lovely touch. Would recommend bringing soap, throw blanket, your own pillow and smores kit
