Clean and cozy. Loved the location— super close to everything we came to do. There’s a little pond and goats, chickens and pigs on the property. We’ll definitely be back!

The place was very nice and clean. It was very close to all the main spots that we wanted to visit, such as Ruby Falls, Rock City, and many many more. Definitely will stay again at this location.
