I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the condition of the property during our recent seven-day stay. Unfortunately, several issues significantly detracted from our experience and were not resolved despite assurances.The hot tub was non-functional for the duration of our stay, and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes left by previous tenants and was also broken. Additionally, the bathroom fan in the upstairs bathroom detached and fell on my brother, who had to repair it himself.When I spoke with you, you mentioned that you had hoped the hot tub would be working during our stay and that you would send a handyman to fix the dishwasher. However, no one ever came to address these problems. We were left to deal with someone else's dirty dishes, which forced us to dispose of groceries and incur unplanned expenses for eating out, as the kitchen was not functional.As a result of these issues, I request a credit or partial refund to compensate for the inconvenience and disappointment we experienced.

We visited the house in January. The daytime temperature was in the low 70s while the nighttime temperature was in the high 30’s. When we woke up the first morning the temperature in the house was 58. We notified our host multiple times about the issue. The host said that they would have someone come out to look into it however it wasn’t until 8:45pm that the repair person arrived. He was unable to resolve the issue and said they would be back the next day. After much communication the issue was not resolved. Unfortunately, we had to reach out to VRBO and were able to check out early and receive a partial refund. VRBO was very helpful with the refund and rebooking another location. VRBO was great to work with. I rate this house 1 star because of the inability to resolve the issue and the perceived lack of urgency by our host.

I stayed with family for a weekend it’s a great home to stay together

This house is everything we needed for a command central for my sister's wedding! Close to stores and food! The pool was great and the kids also loved the game room! My only complaints, the trash and recycling were never taken out so the bins were completely full when we arrived. The other would be a warning about the astro turf. Several of our family and even my son ended up burning their feet almost to the point of blistering. Not blaming the property managers but a warning in the welcome booklet might be a good idea for those who haven't experienced astro turf in 100 plus degree weather. All in all though would totally stay here again! Great experience!
