Beautiful hotel, food was good. A lot to do for families - our son loved the kids club, many fitness classes. Very friendly staff, unfortunately a lot of them didn't spesk English or very little.

Hotel buono , non eccezionale, tutto è a pagamento, €10 parcheggio, spa 90 minuti €20 per piscina interna. sauna e bagno turco. Nel ristorante no alla carte , no servizio in camera, solo buffet a pagamento....molto caro. In poche parole abbiamo speso tanti soldi e niente servizi inclusi, a parte la colazione che era inclusa. Gentilmente ci hanno offerto la spa perché ci siamo lamentati. Il personale è bravissimo. La struttura dovrebbe essere più generosa verso il cliente che paga più di € 140 euro a notte.

Room has an amazing view! Non of the pools were open. You have to pay for everything on top including the safe! Not coffee machines or kettles in room. Kids club 1 person for 15/20 kids. Food was good the stabilised program for kids in the app did not run as scheduled

Good family stay. Great pool facilities for kids and beautiful beach in front of the resort. Water facilities close way too early (around 7 -730PM). Large group of kids still playing and were asked to stop using some of the pools. Pool bar closes too early (around 6 - 7 PM) and main bar only open until midnight

I really don´t understand why they start construction works during the time before the eastern-holidays. The construction works. The construction work close to the pool caused a lot of noise and dirt. It was impossible to rest with balcony door open at lunchtime ...All construction work could have been carried out long before during the winter-time!!! But the construction work started when we arrived 7th April!! Incredible!!!

Lovely hotel great selection of food in the restaurant and location was superb. Staff on reception need to be more helpful and not so disinterested as there were a couple of issues within our group with the room where water had leaked in due to heavy rain and towels had been left on the floor. Also the balcony door in my room had a broken lock, but that was fixed immediately. Room cleaned every day. If the staff on reception could be more sympathetic and understanding then this would have improved my rating.

I arrived late by 22 hours, was attended very friendly. the room given to me was Ok, clean. no desk, so for me a limitation. I work while on the road. I could hear the loud music in my room. this stopped by 23:00 I the early ours I could hear a person from a neighboring room throwing up. This was at 4 am in the morning. and the sleep was gone. In the morning when going to the toilet a cockroach was alive under the sink. I killed it. It sends a wrong impression to the guest. I decided to leave after breakfast.

Wir hatten für Mitte Januar eine Juniorsuite mit Meerblick und Halbpension über Hotels.com gebucht. Vom Balkon sah man zunächst den Pool und in einiger Entfernung das Meer. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, besonders positiv musst die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage mit der auch geheizt werden konnte und der völlig geräuschlos arbeitende Kühlschrank erwähnt werden. In der Dusche hatte man dem Gast nur eine mickrige Handbrause gegönnt, ein vernünftiger Duschkopf fehlte leider. Die Zimmerreinigung war stets einwandfrei. Das Essen war in Ordnung und es war eine reichliche Auswahl vorhanden. Allerdings musste sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen in 2 Schichten eingenommen werden, dies war vorher nicht bekannt. Am Wochenende war das Hotel besonders mit kinderreichen Familien wesentlich stärker belegt. Dies machte sich in der Geräuschentwicklung bemerkbar, so das vor Mitternacht nicht an Schlaf zu denken war. Kostenfreier Parkraum ist in der Nähe des Hotels nicht vorhanden. Man muss entweder einen Platz in der Tiefgarage für 20€/Tag buchen oder einen längeren Fußmarsch in Kauf nehmen.

Goede en mooie familiekamer. Leuk zwembad, mooi strand en prima eten. De kamer was ruim. Helaas zeer slechte airconditioning, de kamer was dag en nacht hee erg warm. In de avond is er zeer luide animatie, ook in de kamers goed hoorbaar, kan leuk zijn maar niet handig met kleine kinderen die om tien uur willen slapen.

Als Gast habe ich mich weder respektiert noch ernst genommen gefühlt. Beim Check-in habe ich ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass ich am nächsten Tag eine lange Autofahrt vor mir habe und daher ein ruhiges Zimmer ohne direkte Zimmernachbarn benötige. Diese Bitte wurde ignoriert. Bereits um 7:00 Uhr wurde ich durch einen penetranten Wecker aus dem Nachbarzimmer geweckt. Zusätzlich war das Zimmer deutlich zu kalt. Die Heizung bzw. Klimaanlage erzeugte lediglich ein lauwarmes Lüftchen und brachte keine spürbare Wärme. Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung und für eine renommierte Hotelkette schlicht peinlich.

Booked a 1 night all inclusive stay for my partners birthday. We had a beautiful suite with stunning views of the grounds and beach. The service from staff was fabulous as was the food. We loved it so much will be returning each year for her birthday.

Schon bei Ankunft bei dem Empfang fühlten wir uns wieder "Zuhause". Es stimmte wirklich alles: Zimmer perfekt, dies gilt ebenso für den Restaurantbereich: für jeden Geschmack wurde durch hochmotivierte hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter eine täglich wechselnde Vielfalt von köstlichen Speisen offeriert. Wir waren schon häufig im Hotel und kommen bestimmt wieder.

We've stayed at Iberostar Waves Royal Andalus 3-4 times and absolultely love it. Hotel is great and beach is a short walk away and amazing. Parking can be challenging. Garage was full and we had a to park on the street about 14 min away, but saved about 100 euros.

De ligging van het hotel is in een verloren stad. Niks was open van winkels. In het hotel van het Zwembad tennisveld dicht als je dan in de spa wou gaan zwemmen was het tegen betaling voor 90’ het zwembad was erg klein en niet erg proper… voor de zomer denk ik wel dat het een tof hotel kan zijn voor golvers en gezinnen met kleine kindjes maar gezinnen die iets willen zien is het geen aanrader alles licht veel te ver, gelukkig hadden wij een auto gehuurd .

Früher war es besser! Komme seit 17 Jahren fast jedes Jahr, Essen ist immer noch gut, lässt aber jedes Jahr mehr nach. Scheint so, als ob sich das Management nicht richtig kümmert, z.B. im Restaurant gibt es 8 Kaffeemaschinen, nur 3 davon funktionierten an meinem letzten Frühstück. Keiner kümmert sich darum, weil wohl keine Zuständigkeit definiert wurde. Musste in die kostenpflichtige Kaffeebar gehen und mir einen Kaffee kaufen damit ich einen genießbaren hatte.
