EPIC Escape/Pool Access Near Malls Airport Hospita

Very clean and comfortable property. Very good location. Quiet neighborhood. Will be using in the future again

We arrived early to check what we might need from the store and were asked to come back at check in time, however the property was not ready at all and reeked of chemicals. I asked that they open the window which was not done. n fact there aren’t many screens and the one in the kitchen is broken. We were let in ? Really rude cleaning staff) an hour late. The entire property is functional but run down. Badly needs paint. Baseboards are dirty, tub enamel and furniture is chipped. Outdoor furniture has no cushions so unusable, and as for the “welcome kit” there was no laundry soap. Not even a pod. The a/c is very loud especially by the only king sized bed ( which has the worst mattress) which is in the small room in front as opposed to the back bedroom which has an en suite. The hair dryer only blows cold air and had a nozzle that doesn’t fit. The closets only have shelves with no place to hang anything but a short dress.There are posters like it’s a motel about plumbing etc. a broken fooz ball table, etc.

The house was spacious and comfortable for a family of 6. We enjoyed the community pool, and the neighborhood was quiet.
