Literally everything was horrible the owner was steady watching me and my friends thinking were going to steal his car or something ..very nosey and unwilling to let us stay more then 2 nights. On top of the rude strange behavior...like ordering pizza was suspicious....none it the amenities worked the hot tub was down for maintenance and the morning breakfast again was just trash like the customer service.thr first morning we woke up the hotel manager banging on the door asking when we are leaving...and told us that's it only one more night the hotel was empty so.i don't understand during a slow time thier harassing and evicting customers. They didn't even offer new towels or anything instead came in the room to snoop around and. Leave....

Absolutely disgusting. Do not stay here! False advertising on their site. I wish I could share MY pictures. Moldy, dirty, water damaged, chipping paint, holes in walls and around pipes, smelly. It’s appalling that they are even allowed to rent this room out. I felt uncomfortable the entire time I was there—one sleepless night. Absolutely no effort or pride put into the property. Looks like they are just trying to get some money coming in until someone agrees to buy the property and tear the buildings down. Towels and sheets looked clean, but I was so grossed out, I brought in my own camping bedding from the car to sleep on and tub was so gross I didn’t use it. Indoor pool and hot tub not in service. Check in process was fast, I see now because they don’t really seem to care. Should have got my money back and slept in my car.

Mold on bathroom walls/joints. Shower head not functioning. Door frame fell off in night. Rules enforcing smoking not followed. Animal poops left on lawn. Pool awesome. Beautiful courtyard but not kept clean. Playground needing much repair.

This was absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Do not stay here, as simple as that. Most the amenities were closed that they said they have. They no longer have a gym or continental breakfast. The pool was closed same with the hot tub.

It would have been nice to know the outdoor pool was not working. We did however use the indoor pool and it was a decent alternative. But the front staff guys were really nice. Def would go back.

Bbq was great. Toilet seat fell off first use, difficult to use. Coffee packets were for different coffee maker, could not use. Indoor pool and hot tub closed; could have advised us ahead. Bed and TV were great.

Had a very large suite with a separate bedroom and three beds and sofa bed as well. Kitchenette as well with a table, very spacious suite. A little dated, but nice. Outside very relaxing courtyard area with own patio table and very nice place to just sit and talk. Pool table and table tennis along with a nice pool. Really enjoyed our stay. Very convenient area.

We have stayed here 4 times and really enjoy the price, grounds, pools, kitchen facilities and diverse families having fun. Unfortunately we noticed that there were a lot of maintenance issues - shower rod loose, door latch loose, toilet leaking so noisily running off and on etc. Reported the toilet with no success. Sad because could be a very enjoyable place.
We have stayed here 4 times and really enjoy the price, grounds, pools, kitchen facilities and diverse families having fun. Staff was awesome but that’s about it. The room was run down, the property was in very rough shape, the area was unpleasant. The walls are paper thin between rooms so expect to hear your neighbours conversations. While run down, the rooms WERE CLEAN and I’ll admit the bed was quite comfortable. The rest of the facility was not great. The pool and hot tub were a terrible colour and closed off with caution tape. The public bathrooms were dirty with blood in the trash can. I stuck it out for the weekend but will not be returning and can’t say I’d recommend the property to anyone.

Building should be tested, or just torn down. Room was dirty, hair on bed and weird stains on dresser as well as on the tub floor. Room says no smoking but smell dirtiness and cigarettes Would not recommend.

I hate leaving reviews like this. I have stayed with this property before. It wasn’t the nicest but it served its purpose. This time was way different. When we first arrived the front end staff member was friendly. We found out the indoor pool and hot tub were out of service which sucked because we were excited, but it happens. We checked in and went to our room. Upon walking in, we were hit with a terrible overwhelming smell of smoke. It is supposed to be a smoke free property. The smoke detector in our room was literally hanging off the wall. It had been ripped out. Next, the blinds that cover the large sliding door window were missing some blinds and there is no curtain to pull across. This leaves the room completely open and not private. Lastly, the cleanliness was appalling. There was other people’s hair all over the bathroom and floor. Someone’s shave stubble was all over the bathroom sink, and the walls had dirt and handprint stains all over them. At this point, we went back to the front and asked to switch rooms. The staff member apologized and let us check out another room. We did, it was only mildly better. This one was private at least, but still random hair and black smudges/hand prints all over the walls and bathroom door. The only reason we stayed was because we were exhausted from driving all day and needed to sleep. I’m disappointed at how awful it was. I wasn’t expecting a fancy resort but the rooms were gross this time.

The property is definitely run down. I checked in quickly dropping off my riding gear. When I returned I wanted to wash my hands - no hair or hand soap! When looking about in and around the bathroom I saw two big areas where they tried to repair holes in the plastic tub surface. One still had a 3”- 4” crack and was very soft when I touched it. Obviously, water is getting in there. Their “fix” was to put a rubber shower mat in the tub!! I mean really??!! This is not sanitary so shame on you staff for refusing to find me an alternate room. And yes, I did check online again and you most definitely had rooms available yet you told me you did not. And not to mention the burns or markings around the tub, the blackened dirty bathroom floor edges, the missing tiles around one area of the rooms perimeter, the sliding bathroom door which would not remain closed so no privacy, and one of the vertical blinds was also missing (again not the best privacy) leading out to the green area where my outside chair had three disgusting pieces of garbage left on it. Someone needs to be responsible here so when people book online through Expedia or whatever provider, that they are getting a room which meets some standard. Or is this just the way Canada is moving towards? I do not recommend this so called “Resort”!

Run down, unkept, dirty, our room smelled like cigarettes. Front desk offered a spray to mask the smell. My 11 yr. old son witnessed "resident guests" getting high. Outdoor pool was not working. Hot tub water was brown and dirty. The resort was more disappointing than pictures. Ice machine was not sanitary. It had brown sludge. Google reviews are kore accurate than expedia. The lawn space was nice to have.

We had two rooms rented. One room appeared well, but the beddings were really dirty, a lot of lint and animal hair on it. We didn't come back to the hotel until late at night so it was too late to change room. We had to put our clothing on top of the beddings to sleep on. The next day a few of us in the group were itchy and scratching. The TV and air conditioning were not working. So asked a staff to come and help us to trouble shoot. He was really nice, after a few minute of trouble shoot, he told us to wait a few minute before things working. We didn't bother with turning on the TV afterwards. In the second room there were dirty towels in the washroom. We didn't think the staffs cleaned the washroom at all. After complaint to the front counter staff, he exchanged us to another room and it was clean. We did not use the amenities there as we got back to the hotel late, could not comment on that. The staff there were friendly and tried their best to make our stay comfortable. The location is not bad, along a main road in the northern Kelowna. Overall, I think there is other options out there that can make the stay more enjoyable and is more clean.

The only thing that kept us there was the fact that the sheets were clean and didn’t have bugs and we were only staying one night. The entire property is old, run down, and literally falling apart. The beds in our room had mattresses that looked 20 years old and felt that way to. Only some of the lights in our room worked. There were only two electrical outlets and one of them had a power bar with the microwave, fridge, coffee maker and TV plugged into it. The lock on the sliding door didn’t work. The bathtubs enamel was chipping off and there was a cigarette burn on the counter. During my shower I was scalded with hot water twice and then shot with freezing cold water twice. Our coffee maker was disgustingly dirty and they gave us condiments for coffee but no coffee. When we arrived all we had was two bath towels and we had to go to the office and ask for hand towels and face cloths which we were told were still in the laundry so we got two hand towels and one face cloth and then we had to go back again for another towel and face cloths. There were empty alcohol cans and bottles strewn around the property and the indoor pool and hot tub were out of order “for an unknown period of time”. We didn’t even go in the outdoor pool due to the conditions of everything else. The pictures on the website are very deceiving as the property looks nice but it’s one of those “good from far but far from good”.
The only thing that kept us there was the fact that the sheets were clean and didn’t have bugs and we were only staying one night. The entire property is old, run down, and literally falling apart. The beds in our room had mattresses that looked 20 years old and felt that way to. Only some of the lights in our room worked. There were only two electrical outlets and one of them had a power bar with the microwave, fridge, coffee maker and TV plugged into it. The lock on the sliding door didn’t work. The bathtubs enamel was chipping off and there was a cigarette burn on the counter. During my shower I was scalded with hot water twice and then shot with freezing cold water twice. Our coffee maker was disgustingly dirty and they gave us condiments for coffee but no coffee. When we arrived all we had was two bath towels and we had to go to the office and ask for hand towels and face cloths which we were told were still in the laundry so we got two hand towels and one face cloth and then we had to go back again for another towel and face cloths. First, I have to say the customer service was awesome. When I go there the first room was not great a bit of damage and just not overall great. The door had a big gap in it. The second room also not great was very big but the bathroom shower had a big whole in the tub surround exposing the wood behind it. They moved me to a third room which was better. If it wasn’t he would have kindly cancelled the booking but I chose to stay because it was already late and I had driven 9 hours and was tired. However after getting settled and showering I walked from the shower to the bed and my feet were black. So the floor had never been washed. There were homeless lying on the sidewalk in the shade. The patio door lead out to the pool yard which would be great for anyone with kids in and out all the time but the door did not lock properly and anyone with any strength could have opened it and the bar used for security had not way of latching in place it would have been easily removed and entry would have been made. Overall I did not feel comfortable here. I had to back my car up to the concrete wall for me to feel safe that it would not be broken into. I even went to Canadian tire and purchase a steering wheel lock because I just didn’t feel to safe. The area and location however were great. The grounds were kept well and was close to Walmart and Canadian tire and many other stores. At the end of the day I probably wouldn’t stay here again only because of the cleanliness.

The room we stayed in 316 had a fan that was threatening to fall off the ceiling, a missing handle with screws exposed in the washroom, paint bubbled and cracked, despite it being a non-smoking room there was nicotine dripping from the ceiling in the washroom. But the staff were diligent about keeping the garbage bins empty and your room tidy. The staff was also very kind at the front desk. Definitely just a thing of more TLC is needed for this place. The spot is not bad in terms of you are close to multiple restaurants and bus stops so you can easily get to point A to point B. Also beware the hanging wall socket beside the bed (it needs to be reattached properly)

The room felt like a blast from the past—in a bad way. It was so noisy I practically got to know the neighbours through their conversations and plumbing. The bed had clearly seen better decades, the TV was about the size of a dinner plate, and for some reason, the bathroom vanity was right next to the bed—as if I might need to wash my hands in my sleep. To top it all off, the patio/garden light was bright enough to land a plane, and the blinds were more for decoration than function.

The walls are paper thin between rooms so expect to hear your neighbours conversations. While run down, the rooms WERE CLEAN and I’ll admit the bed was quite comfortable. The rest of the facility was not great. The pool and hot tub were a terrible colour and closed off with caution tape. The public bathrooms were dirty with blood in the trash can. I stuck it out for the weekend but will not be returning and can’t say I’d recommend the property to anyone.

There was no water in the room due to a central plumbing issue. Staff were aware of the issue prior to assigning the room and did not inform me. After inquiring and being told of the problem, I inquired about moving to another room and told none were available, however, they insisted the issue would be resolved in 20 mins. Fast forward to 2+ hours later and still no resolution. I stated it was unacceptable to have no water in a hotel room and that if there were none available, I would like a refund. The staff tried arguing against a refund and tried to have me stay in the room regardless. I insisted on a refund based on the circumstances and was eventually granted one. Other than the room itself, the only way to describe the property is a derelict dump. Most of the hotel property is in various states of disrepair and the website photos are a stark cry from the actual condition of the property. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS

Literally everything was horrible the owner was steady watching me and my friends thinking were going to steal his car or something ..very nosey and unwilling to let us stay more then 2 nights. On top of the rude strange behavior...like ordering pizza was suspicious....none it the amenities worked the hot tub was down for maintenance and the morning breakfast again was just trash like the customer service.thr first morning we woke up the hotel manager banging on the door asking when we are leaving...and told us that's it only one more night the hotel was empty so.i don't understand during a slow time thier harassing and evicting customers. They didn't even offer new towels or anything instead came in the room to snoop around and. Leave....

I really liked the staff's willingness to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. I was staying at this resort due to its proximity to the two venues we would be attending over the weekend... and I had my Service Dog with me. Front Desk staff were unaware of the laws regarding Service Dogs and pet fees... but once provided with a copy of the Act, they accommodated us completely and with a smile of apology. The buildings are old, but repairs and upgrades are happening... more so in the sections nearest to Hwy 33...and bit by bit for the back sections. The first room we were placed in had extremely old plumbing that caused a stench throughout the suite... and bugs in the sliding patio door jam that were making themselves at home in the suite. Not bed bugs! But something that goes after the trees outside. One these issues were pointed out to the front desk clerk, he moved us to a room that the bathroom had all been redone and there were no bugs... he even put down a bait for them outside our patio door so we would not have an issue. I do have to wonder though if they put all people with dogs in that back section that is not all renovated...or was this just bad luck on our part? It may have been due to my asking for a quieter area given it was the first time my Service Dog was staying in a motel with me. The maids were super friendly, asking me if I needed anything even though I didn't need the room cleaned everyday...and respecting our privacy.

This property is right on the highway so it’s very noisy but with the AC running you don’t hear the traffic. The bed was very comfortable and clean, as were the towels. The bathroom was very dirty, the walls had dirt all over and the floor and baseboards were filthy. There is a coffee maker with coffee but you can’t find anywhere to plug it in, so you have to plug it in in the bathroom.

The motel is in a great location, within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. The staff was very accomodating when I had to extend my stay because of the forest fires in Aug. 2023. There is lots of room and the grounds are quite large. every room has a patio door looking onto a grassy courtyard. However, the pool was very dirty, housekeeping was just OK. The rooms have been partially updated but the bathroom needed a paint job and the patio door was almost impossible to open.
The motel is in a great location, within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. The staff was very accomodating when I had to extend my stay because of the forest fires in Aug. 2023. There is lots of room and the grounds are quite large. every room has a patio door looking onto a grassy courtyard. However, the pool was very dirty, housekeeping was just OK. The rooms have been partially updated but the bathroom needed a paint job and the patio door was almost impossible to open.

Room and bed arecomfortable. Pretty good shower. Complete kitchen. Good tv. Outdoor pool closed for repair. Outdoor space is very good - lots if tables, chairs and bbq. Great for kids. No breakfast - only coffee. We were told they have tried yo remove this from the web description with no luck.
Room and bed arecomfortable. Pretty good shower. Complete kitchen. Good tv. Outdoor pool closed for repair. Outdoor space is very good - lots if tables, chairs and bbq. Great for kids. No breakfast - only coffee. We were told they have tried yo remove this from the web description with no luck.

This was absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Do not stay here, as simple as that. Most the amenities were closed that they said they have. They no longer have a gym or continental breakfast. The pool was closed same with the hot tub.

Not what I was expecting from ad. The air conditioner did not cool the room to a reasonable temp to sleep. 82 degrees when we arrived. Could not open patio door for ventilation as people smoking outside our room and area felt unsafe. Units are run down. Garbage under dresser. fridge froze everything we put inside. Should not be called a "resort", boarded up areas. No "private" patio off room as advertised. Didn't find breakfast bar just got out of there. Pool had lounge chair in it and looked not clean.

Didn’t use hot tub or sauna (no time) but it’s nice to know it was available. A slightly better breakfast would be good.

Never again. Very dated and Rundown and not very happy staff. Sorta tried to renovate the rooms but obviously not professionally done. A/C didn’t work in room so tried to get ahold of front desk staff to change rooms at 9pm. No answer, so had to leave motel and find another one. Super 8 up the road were 10/10 on everything, even got a free continental breakfast.

What a dump. This place is not worth staying at and definitely not worth the cost. Checked in and the guy at the front desk couldn't be bothered to tell us anything about the place or even what room we where in. Once we found the room went in and room was so run down, neglected and dirty. Stains on the walls bathroom door wouldn't close properly. Bed was broken and tv wouldn't work. Had to figure out the wifi from the router as was never told what it was. Checking out was no better as there was no one at the deck so dropped the key and left. Place is so run down and all the photos have to be 10 years old. Will never stay there again or recommend.
