I was very pleased with customer service. All staff are extremely nice, kind and always enthusiastic to help with any queries. Regarding hotel entertainment, could be improved, even taking to the account that it was off season.

Gerne wieder. Der Service sehr zuvorkommend und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Anlage sehr schö mit viel Bepflanzung und Sauber. Das eine oder andere in die Jahre gekommen wird jedoch nach und nach erneuert. Das Essen egal wo in der Anlage sehr lecker! Strand etwas zu steinig nach unserem Geschmack. Wasserschuhe sind empfehlenswert. Wasser jadoch klar und sauber. Die Anlage würden wir weiterempfehlen. Der Strand ist Geschmackssache

Wonderful Family Holiday at Mitsi Cretan Village - Service Shines! We recently returned from a fantastic stay at Mitsi Cretan Village with our 3-year-old toddler, and overall, we had a truly lovely family holiday. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its staff and service, which genuinely felt like a proper 5-star experience. From the moment we arrived, the team was incredibly attentive and hospitable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The layout of the hotel is also excellent, with easy access to the beautiful beach and the various pools. As a family hotel, you should expect children and a lively atmosphere, which suited us perfectly. We wouldn't necessarily recommend this resort for couples or friends seeking a quieter getaway. We would also recommend requesting a room in the quieter parts of the hotel. We were initially allocated a room above the main bar, which was quite noisy. The best rooms are likely located on either side of the complex. However, it's worth noting that regardless of your room location, there will likely be some level of activity going on until at least 10 pm. Our little one absolutely loved the kids' areas, especially the fantastic pools. Beautifully landscaped resort with excellent food options and friendly, attentive staff. Pleasant distance from the airport for transfers. Great for kids (they loved the water slide). Only negatives; most of the pool tables in the games area are missing a full set of balls. Can be tricky securing sunloungers by the pool areas and the nighttime entertainment can be a bit noisy if staying near the amphitheatre. The beach is clean and super accessible. The sea is very rocky underfoot here but we enjoyed that because it means there’s an abundance of fish to view in shallow water close to the shore. Excellent for newbie snorkellers and/ or kids. Overall we had a wonderful, relaxed holiday in a gorgeous setting with an excellent selection of food available almost 24/7. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely property lovely location, exactly what was needed. Kids loved it, so i'd say it was geared up for children, though not so much for under 4s. Food and drink quality slightly lacking. Entertainment was a bit too samey, but overall such a great holiday.

Très bel hôtel et personnel très agréable, chaleureux !! La nourriture est excellente et il y a beaucoup de choix ! La plage est avec un accès direct et privée! Seul défaut, les piscines ne sont pas chauffées et très froides! Le ménage est fait tous les jours mais un peu bâclé au niveau des poussières par terre, mais sinon bien quand même ! Nous avions une vue sur les jardins et c’est très joli et bien entretenu . Il y a le responsable du club Coralia qui s’appelle Paul, il est super, toujours là pour vous aider! Un grand merci à toi Paul !

Très bon sejour. Hôtel propre et bien équipé. Restaurant très correct. Personnel très sympathique. Plage au pied de l'hôtel (attention aux rochers) Difficile par contre de se déplacer sans voiture. Un petit bémol avec une rembarde en peinture fraîche non indiquée (pantalon malheureusement irrécupérable).

Excellent village vey family oriented. A lot of activities with mini club, animationss, mini-disco etc... The pools are not heated but we had the chance of plenty of sunshine in October. The food is of high quality. A lot of fresh and lovely prepared dishes. The 2 restaurants a la carte offers a very good culinary experience. Thanks a lot to all the team of the village especially thankx to Elena DAMILAKI for always smiling, helping, guiding and wormly welcoming.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, direkt am Meer gelegen. Sehr sauber und ordentliches, abwechslungsreiches Essen. Das Personal war im Allgemeinen sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Allerdings wurde unser Auto auf dem Hotelparkplatz beschädigt und das Hotel hat nicht zur Aufklärung beigetragen. Auch die Übernahme der Reparaturkosten wurde nicht angeboten. Wir sind auf dem Schaden sitzen geblieben und mussten einen nicht unerheblichen Betrag aus eigener Tasche bezahlen. Das ergibt leider abschließend einen leicht negativen Eindruck unseres ansonsten schönen Urlaubs.

Comme discuté précédemment avec le personnel sur place : Les alentours des piscines sont glissants et dangereux. Les wc dans les zones communes sont rarement propres. Le lit double a 2 matelas est décevant. Pour le reste le service est de bonne qualité.

Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und kompetent. Das Essen war super (All-inklusive), abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die Anlage ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gepflegt und sauber, so dass das wenig auffällt. Das meer super sauber und toll.

The hotel was amazing and better than advertised. The rooms and surrounding areas were clean and airy, the location was beautiful. Travelling with a 2 year old, the all inclusive food, pizza corner and snacks were great. We really enjoyed the variety of food, especially as vegetarians. The bar staff, restaurant staff and lobby staff were amazing - super helpful. The best part was the animation team. An excellent job done by Marcone, Giorgia and Karol - our son loved the mini disco every night. They were fantastic and helped my son have a memorable holiday

Im Allgemeinen war es sehr schön und wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit dort verbracht!! Manche Sachen könnten besser sein, man kann aber nichts ändern, es handelt sich um ein altes Hotel, das sehr bald renoviert werden muss! Die Zimmer sind ok, die Reinigung war sehr gut, in der Taverne Frau Giouli die Bedienung, sowie die beiden Köche Lefteris und Vangelis machen ausgezeichnete Arbeit, sind sehr freundlich und bemühen sich für das Beste!! Das ganze Personal ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit, offen, will von sich erzählen und ein Teil des Urlaubs werden! Alle sind sehr froh, wenn man ihnen ein gutes Wort über ihre Arbeit sagt, sie lobt und natürlich sie machen den Aufenthalt angenehm und zum besonderen Erlebnis! Meine Familie und meine Freunde waren sehr begeistert von der Gastfreundschaft, der Qualität der Gastronomie, von der Valentina und dem Rahmenprogramm, von der Vielfalt und dem großen Angebot! Sehr bald müssen aber alle Stein-Böden frisch lackiert und die Löcher gefüllt werden, damit die Anlage überhaupt sauberer aussieht! An der Rezeption sind manche neuen Sessel nötig, die Fenster der Taverne müssen sofort gereinigt und die Lichter gewechselt werden, (sie machen einem sehr müde), die Tore mit dem Müll vom Restaurant direkt neben dem Eingang des Hotels müssen geschlossen bleiben, es sieht ja schrecklich aus, wenn man ankommt und vieles vieles mehr, damit man sich nicht so sehr unterstellt fühlt, in diesem Hotel zu wohnen und nicht in den beiden benachbarten Mitsis!!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, direkt am Meer gelegen. Sehr sauber und ordentliches, abwechslungsreiches Essen. Das Personal war im Allgemeinen sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Allerdings wurde unser Auto auf dem Hotelparkplatz beschädigt und das Hotel hat nicht zur Aufklärung beigetragen. Auch die Übernahme der Reparaturkosten wurde nicht angeboten. Un peu déçue de la chambre : Je ne vois pas de différence entre bungalow vue mer avec supplément et chambre : très bruyante, ménage quotidien léger. L'hotel en lui même est correct, notre chambre était bien située, propre et faite tous les jours. La literie extrêmement dure était un vrai problème. La plage de petits cailloux est agréable. nous n'avons pas participé aux animations (pas notre truc) donc pas de commentaire à ce niveau. Pour des Français, la nourriture n'est pas très savoureuse, ni variée. Les légumes ne sont pas murs, les plats locaux très salés (tapenade olives immangeables). Au niveau des boissons (mais c'est pareil dans toutes les chaines d'hotel) sodas trop sucrés et jus de fruits qui n'en sont pas, vins imbuvables. L'eau du robinet n'étant pas potable, la distribution de l'eau se fait par frigos remplis de bouteilles d'1/2l non recyclées car il n'y a pas de containers prévus à cet effet, hormis quelques poubelles au bord des piscines. Les pissicnes sont nombreuseseta adaptées a chaque tranche d'age, assez calmes et surveillées pour la plupart de 10h à 18h. Excellent séjour grace aux visites et trésor de cette belle ile.

Wonderful Family Holiday at Mitsi Cretan Village - Service Shines! We recently returned from a fantastic stay at Mitsi Cretan Village with our 3-year-old toddler, and overall, we had a truly lovely family holiday. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its staff and service, which genuinely felt like a proper 5-star experience. From the moment we arrived, the team was incredibly attentive and hospitable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The layout of the hotel is also excellent, with easy access to the beautiful beach and the various pools. As a family hotel, you should expect children and a lively atmosphere, which suited us perfectly. We wouldn't necessarily recommend this resort for couples or friends seeking a quieter getaway. We would also recommend requesting a room in the quieter parts of the hotel. We were initially allocated a room above the main bar, which was quite noisy. The best rooms are likely located on either side of the complex. However, it's worth noting that regardless of your room location, there will likely be some level of activity going on until at least 10 pm. Beautifully landscaped resort with excellent food options and friendly, attentive staff. Pleasant distance from the airport for transfers. Great for kids (they loved the water slide). Only negatives; most of the pool tables in the games area are missing a full set of balls. Can be tricky securing sunloungers by the pool areas and the nighttime entertainment can be a bit noisy if staying near the amphitheatre. The beach is clean and super accessible. The sea is very rocky underfoot here but we enjoyed that because it means there’s an abundance of fish to view in shallow water close to the shore. Excellent for newbie snorkellers and/ or kids. Overall we had a wonderful, relaxed holiday in a gorgeous setting with an excellent selection of food available almost 24/7. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel was amazing and better than advertised. The rooms and surrounding areas were clean and airy, the location was beautiful. Travelling with a 2 year old, the all inclusive food, pizza corner and snacks were great. We really enjoyed the variety of food, especially as vegetarians. The bar staff, restaurant staff and lobby staff were amazing - super helpful. The best part was the animation team. An excellent job done by Marcone, Giorgia and Karol - our son loved the mini disco every night. They were fantastic and helped my son have a memorable holiday

Les services proposés sont très bien. La nourriture est vraiment bonne et variée. Animations au rendez-vous. Le mobilier du salon et la reception sont à moderniser. Les chambres familiales sont très spacieuses. Il faudrait changer les rideaux sui laissent entrer le jour et isoler.

Très bel hôtel et personnel très agréable, chaleureux !! La nourriture est excellente et il y a beaucoup de choix ! La plage est avec un accès direct et privée! Seul défaut, les piscines ne sont pas chauffées et très froides! Le ménage est fait tous les jours mais un peu bâclé au niveau des poussières par terre, mais sinon bien quand même ! Nous avions une vue sur les jardins et c’est très joli et bien entretenu . Il y a le responsable du club Coralia qui s’appelle Paul, il est super, toujours là pour vous aider! Un grand merci à toi Paul !

Im Allgemeinen war es sehr schön und wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit dort verbracht!! Manche Sachen könnten besser sein, man kann aber nichts ändern, es handelt sich um ein altes Hotel, das sehr bald renoviert werden muss! Die Zimmer sind ok, die Reinigung war sehr gut, in der Taverne Frau Giouli die Bedienung, sowie die beiden Köche Lefteris und Vangelis machen ausgezeichnete Arbeit, sind sehr freundlich und bemühen sich für das Beste!! Das ganze Personal ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit, offen, will von sich erzählen und ein Teil des Urlaubs werden! Alle sind sehr froh, wenn man ihnen ein gutes Wort über ihre Arbeit sagt, sie lobt und natürlich sie machen den Aufenthalt angenehm und zum besonderen Erlebnis! Meine Familie und meine Freunde waren sehr begeistert von der Gastfreundschaft, der Qualität der Gastronomie, von der Valentina und dem Rahmenprogramm, von der Vielfalt und dem großen Angebot! Sehr bald müssen aber alle Stein-Böden frisch lackiert und die Löcher gefüllt werden, damit die Anlage überhaupt sauberer aussieht! An der Rezeption sind manche neuen Sessel nötig, die Fenster der Taverne müssen sofort gereinigt und die Lichter gewechselt werden, (sie machen einem sehr müde), die Tore mit dem Müll vom Restaurant direkt neben dem Eingang des Hotels müssen geschlossen bleiben, es sieht ja schrecklich aus, wenn man ankommt und vieles vieles mehr, damit man sich nicht so sehr unterstellt fühlt, in diesem Hotel zu wohnen und nicht in den beiden benachbarten Mitsis!!

First time visiting a Mitsis, I was dubious as it was so cheap for a family of four, all inclusive. I was pleasantly surprised!! We all had a great time and will be back, We were a family of four, young children, and the room was cozy! I imagine with older children it would be cramped. Food selection was good and tasty with different themed nights. Breakfast got a bit boring by day 6, lots of choice just the same every day. All edible and tasty, though.

Le logement était très bien et heureusement en Crête la musique s arrête à 23 heures. Par contre quel gaspillage de nourriture pour certaines personnes...l hôtel avait mis une affiche pour informer 4 kilogrammes de nourriture gâcher pour une semaine par personne. Elle a été arrachée... le club coralia ne s occupe que des français qui ont le bracelet Club Coralia...le personnel de l hôtel est très discret tout en étant aux petits soins et serviables.
Le logement était très bien et heureusement en Crête la musique s arrête à 23 heures. Really good stay, good food and very hospitable. Needed a taxi to get to places around the hotel but that was easy to organise through the hotel.

Gerne wieder. Der Service sehr zuvorkommend und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Anlage sehr schö mit viel Bepflanzung und Sauber. Das eine oder andere in die Jahre gekommen wird jedoch nach und nach erneuert. Das Essen egal wo in der Anlage sehr lecker! Strand etwas zu steinig nach unserem Geschmack. Wasserschuhe sind empfehlenswert. Wasser jadoch klar und sauber. Die Anlage würden wir weiterempfehlen. Der Strand ist Geschmackssache

Beautifully landscaped resort with excellent food options and friendly, attentive staff. Pleasant distance from the airport for transfers. Great for kids (they loved the water slide). Only negatives; most of the pool tables in the games area are missing a full set of balls. Can be tricky securing sunloungers by the pool areas and the nighttime entertainment can be a bit noisy if staying near the amphitheatre. The beach is clean and super accessible. The sea is very rocky underfoot here but we enjoyed that because it means there’s an abundance of fish to view in shallow water close to the shore. Excellent for newbie snorkellers and/ or kids. Overall we had a wonderful, relaxed holiday in a gorgeous setting with an excellent selection of food available almost 24/7. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely property lovely location, exactly what was needed. Kids loved it, so i'd say it was geared up for children, though not so much for under 4s. Food and drink quality slightly lacking. Entertainment was a bit too samey, but overall such a great holiday.

The hotel was amazing and better than advertised. The rooms and surrounding areas were clean and airy, the location was beautiful. Travelling with a 2 year old, the all inclusive food, pizza corner and snacks were great. We really enjoyed the variety of food, especially as vegetarians. The bar staff, restaurant staff and lobby staff were amazing - super helpful. The best part was the animation team. An excellent job done by Marcone, Giorgia and Karol - our son loved the mini disco every night. They were fantastic and helped my son have a memorable holiday

Très bel hôtel et personnel très agréable, chaleureux !! La nourriture est excellente et il y a beaucoup de choix ! La plage est avec un accès direct et privée! Seul défaut, les piscines ne sont pas chauffées et très froides! Le ménage est fait tous les jours mais un peu bâclé au niveau des poussières par terre, mais sinon bien quand même ! Nous avions une vue sur les jardins et c’est très joli et bien entretenu . Il y a le responsable du club Coralia qui s’appelle Paul, il est super, toujours là pour vous aider! Un grand merci à toi Paul !

Hôtel village tout en hauteur, beaucoup de marches à grimper. Plage pas terrible faite de gravillons, pas très agréable. La restauration est correcte sans être exceptionnelle mais c'est assez bon malgré tout. La chambre est grande et assez confortable.

Très bon sejour. Hôtel propre et bien équipé. Restaurant très correct. Personnel très sympathique. Plage au pied de l'hôtel (attention aux rochers) Difficile par contre de se déplacer sans voiture. Un petit bémol avec une rembarde en peinture fraîche non indiquée (pantalon malheureusement irrécupérable).

Parfait, plusieurs piscines (non chauffées malheureusement) mais ce qui permet à tous de ne pas être les uns sur les autres. Plage à 5m de la piscine. Des chambres typiques grecques. Des plats savoureux et variés. Je reviendrai !

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, direkt am Meer gelegen. Sehr sauber und ordentliches, abwechslungsreiches Essen. Das Personal war im Allgemeinen sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Allerdings wurde unser Auto auf dem Hotelparkplatz beschädigt und das Hotel hat nicht zur Aufklärung beigetragen. Auch die Übernahme der Reparaturkosten wurde nicht angeboten. Wir sind auf dem Schaden sitzen geblieben und mussten einen nicht unerheblichen Betrag aus eigener Tasche bezahlen. Das ergibt leider abschließend einen leicht negativen Eindruck unseres ansonsten schönen Urlaubs.

Un peu déçue de la chambre : Je ne vois pas de différence entre bungalow vue mer avec supplément et chambre : très bruyante, ménage quotidien léger. Restauration buffet basique, qualité relative mais beaucoup de choix. Le restaurant La Pergola est catastrophique en revanche. Équipe d’animation dynamique et motivée malgré la faible fréquentation de jeunes gens. Pour ce prix hors saison, offre correcte. Impensable en haute saison

Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und kompetent. Das Essen war super (All-inklusive), abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die Anlage ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gepflegt und sauber, so dass das wenig auffällt. Das meer super sauber und toll.

Excellent village vey family oriented. A lot of activities with mini club, animationss, mini-disco etc... The pools are not heated but we had the chance of plenty of sunshine in October. The food is of high quality. A lot of fresh and lovely prepared dishes. The 2 restaurants a la carte offers a very good culinary experience. Thanks a lot to all the team of the village especially thankx to Elena DAMILAKI for always smiling, helping, guiding and wormly welcoming.

First time visiting a Mitsis, I was dubious as it was so cheap for a family of four, all inclusive. I was pleasantly surprised!! We all had a great time and will be back, We were a family of four, young children, and the room was cozy! I imagine with older children it would be cramped. Food selection was good and tasty with different themed nights. Breakfast got a bit boring by day 6, lots of choice just the same every day. All edible and tasty, though.
