非常に満足でした物の位置がわかりやすく、コンセントも通常のホテルより多くたくさんの電気機器の充電が同時にできたことはたいへん助かりました宿泊初日はイベントがあったせいでエレベーターがなかなかこなく困りましたが、フロントで事前に説明を受けていたので仕方ないと納得しましたでもイベント後はスムーズに稼働しており問題はなかったです

足が不自由なのでシャワーチェアをお願いしていました。浴槽内にいれておいてくださり助かりました。また、外出から帰ってきた時もエレベーターを開けて待ってくださったり助かりました。ありがとうございました。また機会があれば利用させていただきます。提携駐車場の入口が、右折入庫禁止で苦労しました。

ＪＲ川崎駅の隣に位置し飲食店も豊富にあり横浜や東京にも行きやすい場所なのでとても動きやすかった。ホテルの広さは狭目ですが部屋にカプセル式コーヒーマシーン（サービス）（コーヒーと紅茶）がありました。朝食もビュッフェ方式でオムレツや目玉焼きはその場で作ってもらえてソフトクリームも食べ放題でした。ホテルにはコインランドリーがなく徒歩10分程度かかる場所にしかないので洗濯をやりたい方はホテル専用のクリーニングか徒歩で歩いて行くしかないです。私が泊まったときは8割が外国の方でお国柄なのか声が大きく廊下にまで声が響いていたのでそこは難点でしたね。

フロントスタッフも非常に親切で無理なお願いも快く受けてくださいました。本当に感謝です。ここのホテルの唯一の問題点はエレベーターが少なくエレベーターが混雑するのとボタンを押しても直ぐにエレベーターが来ない事位だと思います。また、宿泊したいホテルです。

We booked a non-smoking room, but from the first time we stepped in the room smelled like old cigarettes. The curtains especially. The halls had a really strong fragrant smell, and I think it was trying to cover up that these rooms, maybe the whole floor, were at one point smoking rooms. The shower/bath combo had a full size glass window that once looked into the room, and had been covered over with a large piece of painted wood. There was also a long angled mirror over the headboard of the bed. Like, you could watch... I'm not joking. The room gave off heavy Love-Hotel vibes. The elevators are old, the carpet is too, or at least looks old. The staff was nice, and the hotel is connected with a large mall so there's plenty of shopping and dining. I don't know that I'd ever stay here again, but it worked well enough for what we needed.

お部屋のテーブルが拭き忘れか拭き残しかベタベタしていました。こちらが拭けば問題はなかったので特に困る事はありませんでしたが星は4つです。シーツも糊でごわごわしてる感じも強くなく、枕の高さ柔らかさがちょうど良い、シャワーの水圧も良い、水を出してすぐお湯になる、フロントのお姉さんの笑顔も素敵でした。またぜひ利用したいと思います。

日航ホテルということで、安心して宿泊できますので、以前から利用していました。 JR川崎駅に隣接しており、アクセスは良好です。鉄道駅に隣接していますが、騒音などは一切気になりません。寝具のクオリティも高く、ぐっすり休めました。朝食もおいしかった。私は和食中心に焼き魚、肉じゃが、ひじき、漬物などを頂きました。玉子料理も希望に応じて焼いてもらえます。自家製プリン、ヨーグルト、それにフルーツなども楽しみました。いずれもクオリティ高かったです。さすが日航ホテルですね。次回出張時にも利用したいと思います。引き続きよろしくお願いします。

Reception service. we booked three rooms in the Kawasaki hotel, the reception could only find it one room in their records and made it so complicated. My friend who is native in Japanese also found (1) the reception attitude was defensive and not in good manner. (2) reception only speaks and understands very little English (3) no hot water one night when I took shower at 11pm. I hope the manager could take care of it and improve the service. It was better in our stay three years ago and this time was not as good at the reception.

駅に直結してるかのように近いのがとても便利でした。ショッピングエリアが沢山あり楽しめます。スタッフさんの対応が親切、かつプロフェッショナルで、とても良かったです。ダブルのお部屋もゆったりとしていてのんびり出来ました。朝食が素晴らしく豪華でした。

The breakfast place should open earlier, open at 7 am is a bit late. It’s not convenient for some guests that have to leave the hotel early morning. The foods at the breakfast place always ran out and empty. The staffs should fill up the food and should not leave them empty. I came to have breakfast at 9.15 am, many foods run out and not been filled up. I feel like I don’t have things to eat, a very limited menus left. The egg corner closed very fast. The guests who come after 9.30 am cannot have the egg menus. The staffs at the breakfast place are not that much hospitality. It was not worth to pay for a breakfast at this hotel. My son was very sick from an influenza, he cannot go to the breakfast place. I asked the restaurant staffs to allow me to pack some small foods and bring some to my son, but the staffs did not allow. So, we decided to threw away the breakfast coupon ( even we already paid for it.). This was so bad and not hospitality. No Omotenashi. ☹️

日航ホテルということで、安心して宿泊できますので、以前から利用していました。 JR川崎駅に隣接しており、アクセスは良好です。鉄道駅に隣接していますが、騒音などは一切気になりません。寝具のクオリティも高く、ぐっすり休めました。朝食もおいしかった。私は和食中心に焼き魚、肉じゃが、ひじき、漬物などを頂きました。玉子料理も希望に応じて焼いてもらえます。自家製プリン、ヨーグルト、それにフルーツなども楽しみました。いずれもクオリティ高かったです。さすが日航ホテルですね。次回出張時にも利用したいと思います。引き続きよろしくお願いします。

The location of the property and the access to it is great! The only things that would make it much better is the bathroom size, having an accessible microwave oven and a better refrigerator that also includes a freezer. The bathroom is quite small and for older customers, it is quite difficult for them to get in and out of the bathtub to take a shower, especially if you are small in stature. Having a microwave to heat up any foods you take out or buy from supermarkets would be helpful for those who just want a small bite or snack. Also having a refrigerator that has a freezer section will allow guests to purchase and keep ice cream to eat as a snack or dessert. In addition, for people who have medication that needs to be kept chilled while travelling will allow the person to place their cooler pack in the freezer to freeze it. Having an actual hotel refrigerator that also has space for big/tall drinks to make cold. This will illiminate the need to constantly get ice that won't constantly melt.

The Breakfast was excellent and very enjoyable. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. This Hotel was very closed to Shops and Restaurants. The rooms were very clean. And the train station was very close. We were very happy with the hotel and will be back next year.
