Our oceanfront room view was amazing. We were on the 5th floor which we loved except that our elevator was broken. The first several days was ok because we were able to get to the 4th floor by elevator and only walk one flight of stairs but the last day we had to walk all 5 flights. We loved all the included excursions. We did the snorkeling, catamaran cruise and glass bottom boat. I would have loved to do the scuba diving but we didn’t this time around. The staff was very nice, welcoming and made you feel well cared for and accommodated. The coffee shop was good. We enjoyed our frappe made just the way we liked it. The restaurants were good but 2 of them closed each night leaving only 2 other options and 2 require reservations and have a formal dress code enforced. Also, the buffet was made into a partial service at night meaning you got your own soup, salad and dessert and then order from the menu for the entree and sides. Our mini bar was not stocked when we got there. We informed them and later that evening it was still not stocked. The next day they stocked it but not with the items (juices and sodas) we requested. Overall, the stay was great and we love the staff, inclusive amenities, and the quietness of the adult only resort. We would stay again if we are able to come without kids. One other thing, make sure you keep your key away from your phone because twice ours stopped working after walking and climbing all the stairs.

The resort and beach were beautiful. Staff were extra friendly and so much fun! The food and drinks were great and they had many drink options. There are activities to do daily that are included with resort fees like paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. There were beach/pool activities daily and staff were super involved and made sure to make everything fun. I’ve never returned to a resort twice, but plan to return to this one soon :)

Breakfast on the patio should start earlier. Remove the cats from the patio. Ensure hot water is available for showers. Loved that the water sports were included. Nice to be able to go to the private nude island. One of the best resorts that i have been to. Would visit this resort again. Airport transportation is great. No extra charge

Great buffets for all 3 meals and lovely restaurant on site, at the point. Make sure to book in advance as it is not open every night. Service there is excellent. Some rooms are refurbished – ours was — and it was bright, spacious, with double sinks, decent closet, sitting area, and exceedingly comfortable king bed. It also had blackout drapes, a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, and lovely big balcony facing the pool and sea. No elevator, but on the third floor, we got at least a bit of exercise. All the food was good, with excellent choice, and the desserts were a stand out. For those wishing to access the au natural beach on the little island, you can only get access weather permitting. On 4 of the 5 days we were there, it was “closed“, which was a disappointment as that was a key selling feature. On the island, it is difficult to find any shade, and the lunches they prepare there are very basic. There is a swimming pool, washrooms, and swimming in the sea down a little ladder. Watch out for rocks. The service was uneven. Some of it was excellent (loved room attendant Rochelle) however, we found the hostesses at the breakfast and lunch buffets less than welcoming. As we entered, they often offered us the first table inside the door, in a large half-empty restaurant. We would request a table deeper into the room, and on more than one occasion the response was annoyance and a chippy attitude — for no apparent reason. On balance, we probably would not return.

This was our first all inclusive vacation. It far exceeded our expectations. We loved access to all the watersports, entertainment, attention to detail and most importantly friendliness of your staff. We felt welcomed by everyone. It was an amazing experience! We will be back!

First time staying in Jamaica and Couples Tower Isle did not disappoint! From the time we arrived at the airport their team did a fantastic job making sure my wife and I were taken care of. The food was amazing! The resort is very well laid out and the room was fantastic. The team once we got on site through the week was great. We loved the water sports which is all included. Highly recommend taking advantage of that. The beach front was great. So peaceful, perfect to just relax and enjoy the great weather.

LOVE that it’s quiet, never crowded (only 226 rooms!), and the BEST thing, no harassers/ « sales people » on the beach. Really disappointed in how run down the property is. Especially common areas 😥 Pools, hot tub, grounds, corridors, elevators, stairs, buildings. Really, really run down and in desperate need of repairs. Food and staff are excellent! 👍👍

Pros: -The staff are kind and willing to help you with anything you need. The service was my favorite part of my stay at Couples Tower Isle. -The amenities they offer around the property are nice as well such as transportation, room service, the beach, spa, pools, jacuzzis, etc. -The private island is gorgeous. I went for a private island dinner for my birthday and they made sure I was taken care of. -Bartenders make good drinks! Cons: -I wasn't too pleased with the room. Although I had a great waterfront view, there were ants and a roach in my room during my stay. There also wasn't a door on the shower. It might've been the design, it just wasn't my favorite. -The food was good but not the best. I would've preferred a mix of American and Jamaican food, but there was mostly American food. The night they did have Jamaican food, it was delicious. -The shuttles are reliable, but you must book a driver through them to travel outside of the resort. Ubers aren't allowed. The same goes for the shopping center. They take you to 3 stores, but no other local places. -The demographic is mostly older couples. My partner and I are a couple in our early thirties, and we were one of the youngest couples there. This is also probably why the nightlife isn't the best on the resort.

The staff were very accommodating, dining was excellent, i saw two roaches in my room, pretty disappointed. Also, going for breakfast along the hall, i saw dog droppings on two of my days staying at the hotel.

Let me start by sharing that the staff were wonderful and this is not a reflection on them. But the carpets were gross, there was a pervasive smell of bananas everywhere, the doors were dirty, the mirrored elevators were full of fingerprints. The food was a 6 at best. The photos in the profile and website are manicured and not a true reflection of the condition of the hotel.
Let me start by sharing that the staff were wonderful and this is not a reflection on them. Good day . My wife and I stayed in room 2107 . The resort was excellent except for one major problem we had in the room . Roaches roaches and roaches . I left this critique in my guest comment pamphlet We even had a roach crawl on us in the bed while sleeping . We left the dead roaches visible for housekeeping to see snd perhaps roads on the the appropriate department to take care of extermination . Please please take care of this issue before another guest has this room Aside from this the resort gave us an excellent relaxing time in Jamaica …

Couples Tower Isle was absolutely amazing! The resort was beautiful, the staff were friendly and accommodating, our room was always clean, and the food was delicious. There was so much to do during the day, including all the free excursions. The entertainment in the evening was excellent and included shows, sing alongs at the piano bar, and dancing at the night club. We found the AC in our room not as cool as we would have liked it, but it didn’t ruin our trip. We had such a great time that we hope one day to be back!

Exceptionally clean. The grounds are beautifully kept and take you back to nature. There are beautiful green gardens surrounding the property. The rooms and the bathrooms are clean and everything smells good. The beach is also clean and there is plenty of space to spread out.

Very very dated property. The bathroom shower floods the entire bathroom, air conditioning barely worked. Room had ants. Made reservations at Bayside and they wouldn’t seat us claiming we needed a paper to sit for dinner but we weren’t given one at the front desk when reservation was made while there were more tables open than sat. The drinks were tough to get down, they would just over pour. With all the resorts to stay in Jamaica I would not recommend this one especially for the upscale cost.

I stayed on this property before and it was wonderful. This time was surprising, rooms are outdated. Our rooms had a very outdated bathroom, broken tiles on the floor, mold on the pillow (one of them) and the bed headboard was stained and dirty. I brought it to the hotel attention and nothing was done the same night, they told us we have to wait for the next morning at 9am to speak with the hotel manager. This was unacceptable. We did get another room the next day but the restroom was outdated not a comfortable stay for me. Ed

The staff was excellent; however, the rooms and property are in need of renovations. We had to request a room change due to mold smell being emitted from the AC unit. The piano bar also had the same moldy smell.

The beach was well maintained and had plenty of chairs. It was a nice resort for an older one. It is located on a busy road so you do hear traffic and engine brakes all day long at the pool. We enjoyed our stay but I would most likely find a different resort based off of the food options.

The A/C did not seem to be working at the resort. Even in our rooms it often felt cooler outside. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and my back hurts. The view was great and the food was decent.

Our oceanfront room view was amazing. We were on the 5th floor which we loved except that our elevator was broken. The first several days was ok because we were able to get to the 4th floor by elevator and only walk one flight of stairs but the last day we had to walk all 5 flights. We loved all the included excursions. We did the snorkeling, catamaran cruise and glass bottom boat. I would have loved to do the scuba diving but we didn’t this time around. The staff was very nice, welcoming and made you feel well cared for and accommodated. The coffee shop was good. We enjoyed our frappe made just the way we liked it. The restaurants were good but 2 of them closed each night leaving only 2 other options and 2 require reservations and have a formal dress code enforced. Also, the buffet was made into a partial service at night meaning you got your own soup, salad and dessert and then order from the menu for the entree and sides. Our mini bar was not stocked when we got there. We informed them and later that evening it was still not stocked. The next day they stocked it but not with the items (juices and sodas) we requested. Overall, the stay was great and we love the staff, inclusive amenities, and the quietness of the adult only resort. We would stay again if we are able to come without kids. One other thing, make sure you keep your key away from your phone because twice ours stopped working after walking and climbing all the stairs.

The entire staff was excellent and very attentive to any concerns you had. Dining was excellent, and beach was well maintained. The only two issues I have is the room furniture needs to be updated and AC unit which I had no control of to adjust fan speed and temperature so it was very cold in the room

Great buffets for all 3 meals and lovely restaurant on site, at the point. Make sure to book in advance as it is not open every night. Service there is excellent. Some rooms are refurbished – ours was — and it was bright, spacious, with double sinks, decent closet, sitting area, and exceedingly comfortable king bed. It also had blackout drapes, a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, and lovely big balcony facing the pool and sea. No elevator, but on the third floor, we got at least a bit of exercise. All the food was good, with excellent choice, and the desserts were a stand out. For those wishing to access the au natural beach on the little island, you can only get access weather permitting. On 4 of the 5 days we were there, it was “closed“, which was a disappointment as that was a key selling feature. On the island, it is difficult to find any shade, and the lunches they prepare there are very basic. There is a swimming pool, washrooms, and swimming in the sea down a little ladder. Watch out for rocks. The service was uneven. Some of it was excellent (loved room attendant Rochelle) however, we found the hostesses at the breakfast and lunch buffets less than welcoming. As we entered, they often offered us the first table inside the door, in a large half-empty restaurant. We would request a table deeper into the room, and on more than one occasion the response was annoyance and a chippy attitude — for no apparent reason. On balance, we probably would not return.

This is a nice,older, property with an outstanding staff and excellent food. The spa services were excellent as well. We stayed in the signature spa villa 6004 which included unlimited spa visits. The staff at the spa, especially Krystal, were super nice and helpful.The bed in the villa was amazing as was the pool. The bad: facilities are a bit run down and can use some paint and some TLC for sure. This place is right along the road at a busy intersection and is very loud with traffic noise 14 hrs per day. You can clearly see the intersection red light from the open air lobby, yes its that close to the main road. Not very relaxing and annoying to say the least. Thank goodness we brought a sound machine to try to drown out the noise to get some sleep, but at full volume, we were still woken up numerous times by jake brakes and airhorns. We also experienced no hot water in our villa for about a day, but was quickly corrected by staff. Our AC unit had a mind of it own and was very loud and squeaky. It worked when it it wanted to and would go from 68 to 84 degrees randomly, so you never knew what you were walking into. The food and service was excellent as were the bar tenders. If you are hard of hearing, I think this would be the perfect place for a great Jamaican vacation!

The tub in our room was broken, we went to the front desk, four days in a row and no one fix the tub. The staff at the front desk was very rude. We were supposed to get an upgrade, no one offered that at all. We will not be back.

This is our second time there and we returned for a reason. The staff is so welcoming from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, they are the friendliest and most helpful staff we have ever come across at a resort. The rooms are clean, the food is great and everything is so close by. There is not much more you could ask for in a resort. My only issue is we wish the bar opened before 10am!!

Lazy, careless attitudes abundant around the property especially during the tour. We had no idea what the property offered until the last day when we stumbled on visitors that did the catamaran ride. Very inattentive employees in the cafeteria and in all restaurants. Had to speak out at both bars when we wanted a drink...Just sat one time for over 10 minutes upon walking up and sitting down with absolutely NO greeting...Or offer for drinks. For what I paid for this 10 day stay...VERY dissatisfied! We were the ONLY ones giving tips...Especially in the beginning of the week. Then, the employees almost looked at us like...where's our tip!! The room maid service, when asked if our mini-bar would be stocked after day 3 of being empty replied" I'll restock it then asked specifically for a tip ! ! ! Won't be back

I have been to this resort three times previously, all 10/10 visits. This visit was 1/10. I wrote a letter about everything that happens to couples after the conclusion of our stay. I did not receive a response. We will not be returning a fifth time to this resort, sadly.A simple response from the hotel would have gone a long way. Them fixing the issues would have gone a long way. But we never received that courtesy. Here is what went wrong, and the manager refused to fix. 1.We were given the wrong room. After telling them we knew the room was a downgrade, they offered the difference of the two rooms in the form of a refund, $125 a night plus tax. We agreed. Four days into the trip we received not even half of what was promised as a discount. After contacting Expedia, and a lengthy conversation with their manager we were told by both places that the other person has to refund the amount. I believe expedia since we were already lied to by couples 2.They lost our rewards info, this was our 4th visit, and 17th day visiting in the last four years. We received no romance rewards. 3.We did not have air conditioning 6/8 days. Everyday we were told someone would look at it and no one did. The sixth day they offered to move rooms and so we experienced two downgrades in one visit. 4 No one informed us there would be loud construction on the bar. Others had received the option to change their trip dates. Not us I’ll say again all complaints were brought to the manager

Just finished our 4th couples trip (3rd to CTI). Staff remembered us from a year ago and we remembered them. Quality drinks and the food is fantastic. All staff are friendly and even though the resort could use some updating in the rooms, we don’t spend much time in the rooms so it doesn’t matter to us. Beds were quite comfortable (medium firmness but comfy). We are already planning a return visit. The value for the money is my biggest thing in a vacation and honestly tower isle can’t be beat. It’s a slower paced resort with options to stay as busy or lively as you’d like too. Highly recommend!

We had a great time. Loved the beach and its accessibility. It was clean and well kept. Food as good and there was a nice variety of options. The catamaran ride that was included was our favorite part. Make sure you book it in advance as we met others that didn’t and could get a reservation. Cyril from the entertainment group was great. Devon was out favorite bartender, but Conrad was great too. We wanted to go snorkeling, but it was too windy every day we tried. Overall a great time and well needed vacation.

It is a very clean resort. The food options are very limited. There is no dinner buffet or lunch buffet. You typically have about three things to choose from on the lunch menu for entrees. The beach was well maintained and had plenty of chairs. It was a nice resort for an older one. It is located on a busy road so you do hear traffic and engine brakes all day long at the pool. We enjoyed our stay but I would most likely find a different resort based off of the food options.

Got married here and had the most amazing wedding. The wedding staff via emails and on site are the absolute best! They did everything they could to help me (limited mobility), and to help make sure it was the best wedding. We had a violinist and it was truly magical. We aksobdid a private twilight cruise and it wasnt as expensive as you might think and it was worth every penny! The staff was so much fun and very informative. Again, they helped us make sure we had the best time possible. I'm in a wheelchair and have a lot of pain, so I couldn't do a lot of activities. The property is better than its sister sites, but still isnt super handicap friendly. There is no way to get down to the beach except by stairs. So I only made it down the once to get married. Everything else was able to be reached by ramp. The shuttle was 2 hours from Montego Bay. So make sure to plan accordingly. They have their own shuttle, which is great. They do have a "lounge" in the airport when you arrive... its just a room with chairs. The snacks were some trail mix granola bars and salty banana chips. But its just whwre you wait for the shuttle. Overall it was an amazing trip and if I would recommend it to anyone eloping or on their honeymoon!

Our second trip to Couples Tower Isle. Was there is 2003 and went back for our 25th wedding anniversary. Great, great entertainment. There was something different every night and winding down in the sing-a-long piano lounge capped off each night with a few chocolate martinis. There was a nice card congratulating us on our anniversary with a bottle of champagne. I did have an allergic reaction to something, but that’s on me not knowing what caused it because I was eating a lot. I didn’t try anything out of the ordinary, but all it takes is one bite. We stayed 5 nights, and only left the resort once for a bamboo raft tour. You will enjoy the entertainment, food, and people. Oh by the way couples has a lounge at the airport while you wait for your transport to the resort, so you can relax and grab a beer, water, or soda. Yea mon!

My partner and I stayed here. We had a great time at the resort. It just wasn’t a long enough stay unfortunately. I got a sun burn the day before we went to the spa. They definitely took care of it more than I ever would’ve thought to. This resort was a great place to stay. We do recommend booking a flight to Ocho rios, unless you don’t mind the two hour drive from Montego Bay international airport.

My stay at Couples Tower Isle was overall a positive experience. The resort was clean, and our housekeeper did an excellent job, performing daily cleaning and turndown service. I appreciated not needing to carry money since tips aren’t accepted, and all activities and items could be charged to our room. The free transportation from Montego Bay airport was smooth, thanks to Austin, and the Couples waiting area at the airport was very accommodating. The bellhop took great care of us at check-in, and when we left, he kindly stored my juice in the fridge while we waited for our ride. However, no one came to pick up our bags as scheduled, so we ended up bringing them down ourselves. A more thorough orientation at check-in would have helped, as we missed the Wednesday dinner on the beach due to not knowing about it. We dined at Eight Rivers for my birthday, but the food took too long and arrived lukewarm. We only learned about the QR code for room service and hotel info on our third night. As an Expedia VIP Gold member, I requested a room upgrade and late check-out but was not accommodated despite low occupancy. However, they did provide champagne and cookies the night before my birthday. The resort is beautiful and clean, but areas like the Patio restaurant can be humid when the AC is off. My stay at Couples Tower Isle was overall a positive experience. The resort was clean, and our housekeeper did an excellent job, performing daily cleaning and turndown service. I appreciated not needing to carry money since tips aren’t accepted, and all activities and items could be charged to our room. The free transportation from Montego Bay airport was smooth, thanks to Austin, and the Couples waiting area at the airport was very accommodating. The bellhop took great care of us at check-in, and when we left, he kindly stored my juice in the fridge while we waited for our ride. However, no one came to pick up our bags as scheduled, so we ended up bringing them down ourselves. A more thorough orientation at check-in would have helped, as we missed the Wednesday dinner on the beach due to not knowing about it. We dined at Eight Rivers for my birthday, but the food took too long and arrived lukewarm. We only learned about the QR code for room service and hotel info on our third night. As an Expedia VIP Gold member, I requested a room upgrade and late check-out but was not accommodated despite low occupancy. However, they did provide champagne and cookies the night before my birthday. The resort is beautiful and clean, but areas like the Patio restaurant can be humid when the AC is off. My husband and I went for a long weekend away and it was an amazing vacation! I would say perfect, but we didn't know until the weekend before our trip that the resort does not do complimentary transportation from Kingston.The resort drivers were amazing, but I did not plan on spending the extra $400. Do not fly into Kingston! Do not book a bundle through Expedia! Expedia defaults to Kingston when you bundle! Expedia says complimentary transportation from airport, but fails to tell you that it is only from Montego Bay and when you bundle it bundles flights from Kingston because it is closer. We had three red flag days so we did not get to enjoy the water sports, but we did enjoy the pool and the beach. The beach is small so don't plan on long walks on the beach. The people at this resort are amazing! It was so nice to relax and not to have to worry about anything. We had a Garden View room and I would definitely recommend upgrading. We had a view of the front entrance. The food was excellent! I would recommend booking all of your restaurant and excursion reservations when you get there or before. We did Dunn's River Falls on a Sunday morning and it was the perfect time! Not busy and before the cruise ships got there! Dunn's River is included, but bring tip money. Jermaine was our server at Eight Rivers and he was awesome! Sanjay served us drinks on the beach and was amazing! Devon and Hakeem were the best bartenders at the Piano Bar! The people make this resort amazing!

This is a nice,older, property with an outstanding staff and excellent food. The spa services were excellent as well. We stayed in the signature spa villa 6004 which included unlimited spa visits. The staff at the spa, especially Krystal, were super nice and helpful.The bed in the villa was amazing as was the pool. The bad: facilities are a bit run down and can use some paint and some TLC for sure. This place is right along the road at a busy intersection and is very loud with traffic noise 14 hrs per day. You can clearly see the intersection red light from the open air lobby, yes its that close to the main road. Not very relaxing and annoying to say the least. Thank goodness we brought a sound machine to try to drown out the noise to get some sleep, but at full volume, we were still woken up numerous times by jake brakes and airhorns. We also experienced no hot water in our villa for about a day, but was quickly corrected by staff. Our AC unit had a mind of it own and was very loud and squeaky. It worked when it it wanted to and would go from 68 to 84 degrees randomly, so you never knew what you were walking into. The food and service was excellent as were the bar tenders. If you are hard of hearing, I think this would be the perfect place for a great Jamaican vacation!

The beach was well maintained and had plenty of chairs. It was a nice resort for an older one. It is located on a busy road so you do hear traffic and engine brakes all day long at the pool. We enjoyed our stay but I would most likely find a different resort based off of the food options.

The staff was friendly but the excursion ppl told us we would go on a twilight package and they were one hour late so the 3 hour excursion turned to two hours and no buffet and drinks as promised and no shopping either it felt rushed. They charged us $600 for our group.The resort does not include unlimited massages and the excursions included are limited. The restaurant experience was not the best it took us 2 hours to get our food, reservations were at 7:45 and we didn’t get our food til 10:00. The rooms were outdated but clean and staff were friendly.

It was my first time doing an all-inclusive, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The staff and service were amazing and quite attentive; from the moment that we arrived, I was greeted with a cold washcloth and a glass of champagne. The check-in process was smooth, and quick, which is what we needed after our travel day. What I did learn about all-inclusive is that the food and drinks are average. I felt that the drinks were often watered down, and that champagne or wine was the way to go. As for the food, I did enjoy the restaurants where reservations were needed. Outside of that, the food reminded me of a college campus dining hall.

Great buffets for all 3 meals and lovely restaurant on site, at the point. Make sure to book in advance as it is not open every night. Service there is excellent. Some rooms are refurbished – ours was — and it was bright, spacious, with double sinks, decent closet, sitting area, and exceedingly comfortable king bed. It also had blackout drapes, a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, and lovely big balcony facing the pool and sea. No elevator, but on the third floor, we got at least a bit of exercise. All the food was good, with excellent choice, and the desserts were a stand out. For those wishing to access the au natural beach on the little island, you can only get access weather permitting. On 4 of the 5 days we were there, it was “closed“, which was a disappointment as that was a key selling feature. On the island, it is difficult to find any shade, and the lunches they prepare there are very basic. There is a swimming pool, washrooms, and swimming in the sea down a little ladder. Watch out for rocks. The service was uneven. Some of it was excellent (loved room attendant Rochelle) however, we found the hostesses at the breakfast and lunch buffets less than welcoming. As we entered, they often offered us the first table inside the door, in a large half-empty restaurant. We would request a table deeper into the room, and on more than one occasion the response was annoyance and a chippy attitude — for no apparent reason. On balance, we probably would not return.

The beach here was amazing. It has soft white sand and no real risk of stepping in sharp rocks in the swim area. (One side of the beach was all rock, but the main swim area was great!) Evening restaurants were fabulous. I'm not a foodie and I have a limited taste for what I like, but I didn't have a single dinner that wasn't above expectations. Breakfast and lunch options, though, left much to be desired and the quality available at those times was hit or miss.

My husband and I stayed at the Couples Tower Isle All Inclusive property from 9/17-9/20, 2026. The check in staff was extremely friendly and at first glance I was pleased with the property. However, things quickly changed. Our room was in the NEW TOWER, but there was very little new about this part of the resort. First of all, our room was on the third floor in the new building. BUT there was no elevator, no ramp, just steps, 40 steps up and 40 steps down. I couldn’t believe that this new building did not have an elevator. After climbing up three floors of stairs we finally made it to our room and all I wanted was a cold drink of water. To my surprise, in this all-inclusive hotel, there was no bottled water in the refrigerator. There were only sodas, beer and juice. No water (the most essential nutrients for human survival). When I called the front desk to request to have some water be brought to our room, I was told that the hotel does not have bottled water. And that I would need to fill up the plastic water bottle that was in our room (approximate 12 oz) at any water station. However, the only water stations were on the first floor, 3 floors down, 40 steps from my room. The room was comfortably large, but it needed much TLC, from the small single wall mounted, 1 spray pattern shower head to the chipped ceramic tile on the floor. The food was at best mediocre. And room service struggled to get even the simplest order correct. Couples Tower was a hugh disappointment.
