Having asked to stay an extra night we were told yes but we have to change you to another room,a better room with a king size bed and still a sea view. Well the bed was NOT king-size , we had booked single beds because we sleep better in single beds. We had 4 nights of interrupted sleep because the bed was too small and even though it was sea view you had to stand to see it. The en suite was really small and the door couldn't be fully open before it hit the basin.The owners were very friendly and cheerful and we had the small breakfast with tea and orange squash for £8.50 which we thought was reasonable. No toiletries were provided so I'm glad we had our own. A hairdryer was provided as was an iron and ironing board.The shower cubicle had a rubber mat in it. No housekeeping i.e. bed making and cleaning was provided in the 4 days we stayed due to 'covid' even though other hotels did provide this.we were able to ask for clean towels when we needed them. No noise from the guests next room. We had to pay cash for our stay due to unforeseen circumstances. No parking except for street parking and a back street which was for whoever got there first but not legal parking.

Okay. Lots of rules. Nobody there to greet us. Key to the room was left in an envelope outside the front door with our name on it. Bathroom could have been bigger. Beds were not very comfortable. Need some drawers in the room as nowhere to put clothes apart from hanging. Lift was dodgy, had to go up one at a time. Sea view was great.

We had the below ground floor Room 2 and was very pleasantly suprised how clean everything was with fresh towels and bedding and tea and coffee facilities. The room was small with its own shower bath and toilet, perfect for two people and the manager was around the hotel alot. We will definetly go again and hopefully book here. There is even a lift that is very easy to use for all floors so access isnt a problem for anyone. Recommended. Small tv with freeview in the room and kettle and two single beds very comfy.

Did not want card payment, did not want to provide receipt. Bathroom was internal room, no ventilation and smelt very stale, beginning of mould on ceiling and paint flaking. Only shower was over bath and very lukewarm water. Charged £75 for this. No recommended.

Very friendly. Very clean . being over critical the plumbing/fixtures in the bathroom were poorly done. A couple of loose screws on the shower head bracket etc.tile grouting poor standard. But that's me being very picky. Over all nice and pleasant and clean. Definitely value for money.

Not comfortable our room was on the ground floor just off the hallway- desperately needs improvement feels very old - property looks nice from outside but disappointing inside- seemed clean enough and bathroom seemed clean but just feels grubby because it’s so old. It was £120 for one night (a Monday!) your paying just for location! I won’t go back.

I loved that my room overlooked the sea (as I'd asked for) and that I drifted off to sleep to the sound of the waves. Unfortunately wooden floors, very creeky beds and other reside ta klunking around kept waking me up. Owners friendly and helpful but looked rather tired, bit like the decor!

Check in was quick but unpleasant, greeted by someone who did want to be there. Bed was uncomfortable, it was noisy, & the shower was ridiculous, water barely warm & positioned too high up so it didn’t work properly.

Great hostess, very friendly and efficient check in. Room was excellent, very clean, and the bed was really comfy. Great to have a fan on the wall as well. Slept like a log Highly recommend

Good, clean property that is convenient for the shops, pier and Great Orme. I was in single room which was compact, though it did have all the amenities one would expect. The hotel is not manned all the time, which meant that if you wanted a night cap or just a quiet drink in the evening, you had to go out. I was only there for three nights and the hotel suited my needs. I cannot comment on the food as I ate out with family who were attending the same function and have a static caravan nearby.

Greated with a warm welcome & a friendly smile. Asked every morning if i needed anything. Breakfast was delicious & very filling. My room was spotlessly clean & nice & warm. Nothing was too much for the lovely couple who run the Trevone. Will definitely return

Amazing location. It is right across the sea. If you are checking in within their alloted hours, you would be fine orelse inform them prior, so that they can make necessary arrangements. The reception has in-person monitoring only for a couple of hours in the day hence for anything else, you are on your own. You can contact their helpline number however one has to figure out any solution themselves (in my experience). Room was pretty much very tiny, however the good part is the bed is really cosy and gets you a good sleep. The property is absolutely neat and spotless. They have a table fan (I was so happy) and a heater. If someone is at the reception, they would always lend a hand in getting your luggage. Really appreciate that! To my surprise , they had a lift as well.

We had to book this spot urgently through Hotels.com after a different hotel cancelled on us, and it ended up being an amazing, cost-effective alternative. The Highlights: Unbeatable seafront location and great value for money.The Room: Very orderly, fresh, and properly cleaned. The Sleep: The mattresses are remarkably cozy. We enjoyed a thoroughly restful night. Exactly what we were looking for!
