Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Bathrooms were older but usable. The outside front isn’t a lawn, it’s dry tall grasses which is a detractor, especially for allergy sufferers.Overall, a great stay, and price value was really good.

The place was clean, kitchen abundantly stocked with the cookware and dishes that we needed, and plenty of linens. We brought our dog, and were very pleased with how dog-friendly it was. It's one thing to be able to bring your pup for the trip, but so much better and welcoming to find extra supplies available if needed. We had a wonderful time, and highly recommend this rental!

A quick change of scenery for us. Good pet approved option here as there is a fenced area for dogs to use. We had some drizzly weather the first couple of days before we realized what a great view there was when the weather cleared. Overall a very comfortable stay in the upstairs living and sleeping area. Second bedroom and bath are downstairs, but left them closed off as we did not need them.

The house was fine. I don't think it needs an upgrade like some reviewers did. The backyard would be so much nicer if it was cleaned up a little with somewhere for us to sit to keep your dog company while they do their business!

It's dog friendly, quiet and clean with comfortable beds, a pretty well stocked kitchen and a nice deck to relax with a glass of wine. Water pressure leaves something to be desired and fox tails in the front yard are problematic for the dog, but otherwise it's perfect!

We enjoyed the views immensely easy day looking out over the area. The kitchen was appreciated a lot as it was well equipped as we prepared most of our meals at Tree Top. We definitely would stay there again. Sleeping arrangements could be improved, however, to allow for 6 adults. We had to purchased an air mattress for one person with another sleeping on the living room sofa. Use of the garage for a vehicle was a benefit too. At our next stay we would use the table tennis set up in the garage that we overlooked.

Amazing views over the ocean and hills. A well-stocked kitchen and overall seemed well-supplied, including with dog crates etc for those with pets. The bathrooms are dated with sloppy grout. The decor isn't everyone's cup of tea, but comfortable. The beds were comfortable.

Bath towels and floor mat were in poor condition. no blankets just comforters. Hardly any dish detergent and no dishwasher detergent. Very little shampoo. Living room carpet needed to be cleaned. Beautiful view.

One of my favorite neighborhoods in Cambria - surrounded by pines, with views of the ocean and sunsets. The house is conveniently located to town and Hwy 1, but is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. My dog and I walked all over the area -- to the ocean and Fiscalini Ranch Preserve. Like the other reviews, the house needs some updating, but the beds were comfortable and the fireplace came in handy.

The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances, utensils, pots and pans and dishes that you would have in your own kitchen. The place was so spacious with a tv area and separate sitting area by the fireplace in addition to the dining and bar areas. The king size beds were one of the selling points for us but the firm mattresses were a little uncomfortable and that was our only complaint. We would definitely stay here again due to the size and location and how well the place was stocked.

We enjoyed the views immensely easy day looking out over the area. The kitchen was appreciated a lot as it was well equipped as we prepared most of our meals at Tree Top. We definitely would stay there again. Sleeping arrangements could be improved, however, to allow for 6 adults. We had to purchased an air mattress for one person with another sleeping on the living room sofa. Use of the garage for a vehicle was a benefit too. At our next stay we would use the table tennis set up in the garage that we overlooked.

It's dog friendly, quiet and clean with comfortable beds, a pretty well stocked kitchen and a nice deck to relax with a glass of wine. Water pressure leaves something to be desired and fox tails in the front yard are problematic for the dog, but otherwise it's perfect!

One of my favorite neighborhoods in Cambria - surrounded by pines, with views of the ocean and sunsets. The house is conveniently located to town and Hwy 1, but is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. My dog and I walked all over the area -- to the ocean and Fiscalini Ranch Preserve. Like the other reviews, the house needs some updating, but the beds were comfortable and the fireplace came in handy.

The place was clean, kitchen abundantly stocked with the cookware and dishes that we needed, and plenty of linens. We brought our dog, and were very pleased with how dog-friendly it was. It's one thing to be able to bring your pup for the trip, but so much better and welcoming to find extra supplies available if needed. We had a wonderful time, and highly recommend this rental!

All 3 are very outdated. The toaster actually sparks. The coffee maker is super slow and did not pause to be able to pour. The microwave makes a really loud sound while on.

We had a wonderful time at this treetop abode ❤️. Our dog Archie loved walking around the neighborhood, downtown Cambria, and the nearby Bluff Trail. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the fireplace was the perfect spot to enjoy a good meal and a view. We'd definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was perfect for us. We spent Thanksgiving here and felt like it was our home. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances, utensils, pots and pans and dishes that you would have in your own kitchen. The place was so spacious with a tv area and separate sitting area by the fireplace in addition to the dining and bar areas. The king size beds were one of the selling points for us but the firm mattresses were a little uncomfortable and that was our only complaint. We would definitely stay here again due to the size and location and how well the place was stocked.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 5 stayed at Tree Top for 3.5 weeks and a sixth member joined us for one week mid way thru our stay. We enjoyed the views immensely easy day looking out over the area. The kitchen was appreciated a lot as it was well equipped as we prepared most of our meals at Tree Top. We definitely would stay there again. Sleeping arrangements could be improved, however, to allow for 6 adults. We had to purchased an air mattress for one person with another sleeping on the living room sofa. Use of the garage for a vehicle was a benefit too. At our next stay we would use the table tennis set up in the garage that we overlooked.

Overall beautiful home, fully stocked, clean and very relaxing location. Woke up to live turkey and deer almost daily! Location to beaches and restaurants was wonderful!

The Treetop Treehouse was a wonderful place for our family to stay. The view was amazing, including seeing deer, wild turkeys, herons and blue jays from our windows and wrap-around deck. All the furniture was very comfortable, including the king size beds. There was a nice yard for our dog, and she enjoyed watching life go by from the deck. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were TVs in every room, books, games and many other things to add some fun. It was in a nice neighborhood, so we enjoyed going for walks there in addition to walks nearby at the preserve and at the coast. We'd definitely stay there again!

We watched the most beautiful sunsets over the ocean from the deck, and stayed up for the stars! Not only is the ocean view incredible, the stars shine so bright, as there is almost zero light pollution. This was the perfect place for our family to stay, cook, and relax after enjoying the area.The kitchen was perfect for several people to manage culinary projects at the same time. 10/10 would stay again.
