They have a snack bar/breakfast area that’s accessible 24/7. When I went down for breakfast there were used plates everywhere and there was 0 food. Who knows how long the milk had been sitting out. They really need to frequently check and update. Especially in the mornings before breakfast hours. There’s an airport shuttle, but it only runs in the mornings and it DOES NOT RUN ON WEEKENDS! Thankfully the subway station was close by and not too difficult of a walk. The hotel lobby and rooms were clean. I was able to get some good sleep before returning to the airport for another flight. The food and shuttle were a main reason I booked this and for those to be a bust, I gave 3 stars.

Please note : No pickup from airport to hotel & free Airport shuttle from hotel to airport is up to 10am only and not on Saturday either. Around 13,000 KRW by taxi each way, not too expensive. Breakfast is cereal and bread with butter & jam. No eggs or sausages. Place is clean and staff is nice though.

Smoothest check in I had in a while ! First time in Seoul for a long layover. Clerk was helpful and kind. They have a 24h snack bar for guests. Bathrooms have a bidet !! Super comfortable bed. Shuttle was also very smooth - but only goes to incheon airport. Highly recommend

Great hotel close to Incheon for a night! Check in/out was easy, staff were welcoming. 24hour complimentary staff bar and shuttle to airport the next morning were a plus. Would stay again.

朝早い便だったので、24時間朝食サービスがありがたかったです。シャトルバスも5:30から出てるのでとても楽でした。部屋もデラックスからラグジュアリーに無料アップグレードしてくれました。部屋にクローゼット型の洗濯機的なもの（ホームクリーニング機？）があり、焼肉を食べたあとの服も爽やかになりました。雨の日でしたが、駅からも近くストレスはありません。フロントスタッフの笑顔も素晴らしく、前日に泊まった４つ星ホテルよりも総じて心が和みました。

空港からのシャトルバスサービスは、実際にはありません。翌日、ホテルから空港へ向かうサービスのみです。それも１時間に1本で、キャパが小さいのですぐ埋まります。朝、フロントに尋ねたくても誰もいません。自分で鉄道で行き来するほうがずっと便利です。駅からは歩いてすぐです。送迎サービスが肩透かしだった以外は普通で、特に不満はありません。

The staff was nice but, never again wi i stay at this hotel. Check in starts at 4 pm. I got to the hotel at around 6am! They would not let me check in early! I had to wait around for about 10 hours, after a long travel day, before I could finally get a room. Then when I did finally get my room I had to get another room because the bathroom sink had a bad leak. Then the new rooms toilet had a nasty looking bidet. Like it's never cleaned. I refused to let that thing spray water in my hole. The "amenities included" section is definitely misleading. The breakfast is a 24/7 snack bar with white bread, cereal, and tomato juice that sits out all day. Also the shuttle is so limited. It's not a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, only from the hotel to the airport. The shuttle doesnt run on Saturdays at all, and the last shuttle is at 10am! The only good thing was the tv. But I only watched it once.

It was clean and spacious. Close to the train station so an easy walk to the hotel. It was nice walkable area, lots of shopping if you needed anything. So many restaurants in all directions. Had a simple breakfast.

翌日の早朝便利用のためにこちらに一泊しました。雲西駅から徒歩で1〜2分でしょうか、とても近くてホテルの周りにはロッテマートやコンビニ、飲食店などがあり便利です。フロントの女性は親切で、笑顔が素敵です。無料でお部屋をアップグレードしていただきました。部屋は広くてベッドも快適です。またインテリアも素敵でした。水回りも清潔で、申し分ないです。24時間空いているカフェ、翌日の空港までもシャトルバスで送っていただき、とても快適でした。また機会があれば宿泊したいと思いました。

It was a short walk to the train to get to the airport. Breakfast was basically cereal, ramen and hot water. No bottled water in the room, had to fill own bottle from the breakfast room. Staff was friendly, rooms clean, bed firm, shower hot. It was fair value for the price.

This was a quiet spot, only one train stop away from the airport. I appreciated the downstairs snack bar and how surprisingly quiet it was. Not a fan of bathrooms with see-through walls, but we made it work.

I had a wonderful overnight stay at this hotel. The staff are very lovely and helpful. It was super easy to book the airport shuttle at check-in for transportation the following day. The room and bathroom were very clean, spacious and cozy with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The free snack bar for guests was really convenient. I would definitely stay again!

Friendly and professional staff, always there with a smile. Large comfortable rooms, with a clean bathroom, strong wifi, and a big tv. The snack bar is nice, I just wish they had a little more variety. Cereal, juice, ramen, and ham and cheese sandwiches. Everything is within walking distance. Restaurants, shopping, and the train.

The hotel is few mins walk from the metro stop and many restaurants around. Good location for overnight stay closes to the airport. The free shuttle bus is only to T1, and three stops via a short metro ride. The staff is very friendly, and the place is very clean. The only thing I didn’t like is the bathroom - it is small and wrapped with a “glass wall”, and it’s not very safe especially it is getting wet after shower.

The staff was great. Excellent service. Great that they offer free transportation to the airport. The only problem was that you couldn’t control the thermostat and the room was very hot. Had to open the window to cool the room down and outside was noisy

Got a notification on my phone that I had checked in. I had just landed in Seoul and had not yet left the airport. I found out that someone else in my group who had arrived on a earlier flight checked in under my name. When I got to the hotel and inquired, they said as they gave my name it was ok. This is very unsafe as they had zero proof that I was staying with that person as they didn't even provide the reservation number. They also did not match the name on the passport to the name on the resovation. Plus, they only gave one room key, so if I was not traveling with this person, I would not have been able to access the room. 100% will not be staying here again as they did not even try to understand my concern and it feels very unsafe.

I was robbed outside of the hotel and the front desk receptionist told me she isn't permitted to call the police without evidence. I was crying and never stayed or stepped foot in my hotel room and they refused to give me a refund. Worst experience ever. I turned around and went back to the airport and slept at the airport where I felt safe

Our flight arrived in the morning so we had to wait for the afternoon checkin time, the staff was very friendly when we arrived and helped us with local questions and allowed us to store our luggage before we headed out to the city. When we returned the room met our expectations and lower level self service dining area that is available 24 hours was clean, convenient and had basic options along with hot water station with coffee, tea and juice. Which made it convenient for that early morning or late night snack.

I arrived to check in the front desk did not give me an information about the hotel let alone the area. I was not given the password to the internet or told where to find the breakfast area or gym. The breakfast was disappointing and overall subpar. My biggest grievance is the staff. They weren't rude per se but very dismissive and standoffish. I was also charged 10,000 won for a room card and only given one when I checked in. I would not stay here again. If you're looking for a hotel there are nicer ones in the area with probably nicer and more accommodating staff.

空港からのシャトルバスサービスは、実際にはありません。翌日、ホテルから空港へ向かうサービスのみです。それも１時間に1本で、キャパが小さいのですぐ埋まります。朝、フロントに尋ねたくても誰もいません。自分で鉄道で行き来するほうがずっと便利です。駅からは歩いてすぐです。送迎サービスが肩透かしだった以外は普通で、特に不満はありません。

Good location. Shuttle to airport was easy. Staff friendly and there a very nice walk in a nearby park.... highly recommend this place.

Love this hotel! This is our second time here and love how easy it is to get to. Located within walking distance to the train station, many restaurants, and stores. Very clean and they provide free airport shuttle on check out.. Definitely recommend this for anyone stopping by or wanting to explore the Incheon area.

It was clean and spacious. Close to the train station so an easy walk to the hotel. It was nice walkable area, lots of shopping if you needed anything. So many restaurants in all directions. Had a simple breakfast.

The hotel is few mins walk from the metro stop and many restaurants around. Good location for overnight stay closes to the airport. The free shuttle bus is only to T1, and three stops via a short metro ride. The staff is very friendly, and the place is very clean. The only thing I didn’t like is the bathroom - it is small and wrapped with a “glass wall”, and it’s not very safe especially it is getting wet after shower.

The hotel is a good value, perfect for a night near the Incheon (Seoul) airport. The rooms are clean, comfy and a basic breakfast is available anytime. To get there from the airport, take the subway two stops and walk 3 blocks. The hotel offers a free morning van service back to the airport. There are excellent dining options a few steps from the hotel. We’d stay here again.

翌日の早朝便利用のためにこちらに一泊しました。雲西駅から徒歩で1〜2分でしょうか、とても近くてホテルの周りにはロッテマートやコンビニ、飲食店などがあり便利です。フロントの女性は親切で、笑顔が素敵です。無料でお部屋をアップグレードしていただきました。部屋は広くてベッドも快適です。またインテリアも素敵でした。水回りも清潔で、申し分ないです。24時間空いているカフェ、翌日の空港までもシャトルバスで送っていただき、とても快適でした。また機会があれば宿泊したいと思いました。

We stayed there the night before our flight and the receptionist was very welcoming. The room is spacious and it is ideal for someone who wants to stay near the airport as it is only a 10-15 min drive.

They have a snack bar/breakfast area that’s accessible 24/7. When I went down for breakfast there were used plates everywhere and there was 0 food. Who knows how long the milk had been sitting out. They really need to frequently check and update. Especially in the mornings before breakfast hours. There’s an airport shuttle, but it only runs in the mornings and it DOES NOT RUN ON WEEKENDS! Thankfully the subway station was close by and not too difficult of a walk. The hotel lobby and rooms were clean. I was able to get some good sleep before returning to the airport for another flight. The food and shuttle were a main reason I booked this and for those to be a bust, I gave 3 stars.

Please note : No pickup from airport to hotel & free Airport shuttle from hotel to airport is up to 10am only and not on Saturday either. Around 13,000 KRW by taxi each way, not too expensive. Breakfast is cereal and bread with butter & jam. No eggs or sausages. Place is clean and staff is nice though.

I had a wonderful overnight stay at this hotel. The staff are very lovely and helpful. It was super easy to book the airport shuttle at check-in for transportation the following day. The room and bathroom were very clean, spacious and cozy with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The free snack bar for guests was really convenient. I would definitely stay again!

Friendly and professional staff, always there with a smile. Large comfortable rooms, with a clean bathroom, strong wifi, and a big tv. The snack bar is nice, I just wish they had a little more variety. Cereal, juice, ramen, and ham and cheese sandwiches. Everything is within walking distance. Restaurants, shopping, and the train.

チェックインの時にいた女性のスタッフもとてもフレンドリーで親切に教えてくれました。泊まっていて心地の良いホテルでした。オリーブヤングロッテマートすべてが近くにあり、次回また泊まろうと思っています。朝ご飯も無料でついていました。カップラーメンやサンドイッチを自分で作る形式です。大満足です。

It was a short walk to the train to get to the airport. Breakfast was basically cereal, ramen and hot water. No bottled water in the room, had to fill own bottle from the breakfast room. Staff was friendly, rooms clean, bed firm, shower hot. It was fair value for the price.

The hotel had very polite staff and very helpful, Instead of breakfast they have a 24/7 snack bar including cereal, ramen, coffee, cheese, toast, and ham. Working Ice and hot/cold water dispensing machine as well.

Ok cheap hotel close to the airport (take the train a few stops and walk 5 mins). Unfortunately I feel the security is a bit lacking here. The key card has the room number and hotel name printed on it, indicating that it's the same card used every time and it's not re-programmed (is was worn, and the receptionist did not place it on a programmer). They just handed me the card. This means it can potentially be easy to clone, and if I loose it, the person who finds it can immediately find my room. In addition to this the additional lock on the inside was broken, making it impossible to lock the door from the inside for anyone with a key card (or a clone). The wifi also had no password meaning that anyone can connect from outside and listen to traffic. It's also possible to see all devices on the network which is also a sign of poor security practices. Not that I would assume normal hotel wifi is safe, but these security measures are common and easy to implement.

Hotel well situated in Incheon, if you want to stop for a night before (or after) your flight. Plenty of restaurants outside, it's an animated quarter. Free parking of the hotel, and free shuttle to the airport: you need to register the day before for the shuttle, but it's working fine.
