Friendly staff. We didn’t want to get the disturbed in the morning and hung up a message ok the door. When we went out of tye hotel at 14:00, by a press of the button by the door the cleaners were notified to clean our room. After coming back to our room after 1 hour, the room was already clean. Parking is easily accessable just by the hotel. There is an elevator you can use from the parking garage to the reception.

The hotel has a parking garage with a easy access. Very nice indoor playground in connection with the hotel, which our daughter enjoyed a lot. Very nice spa area with a large pool, sauna, damp, etc. Clean and spacious. Very nice breakfest buffet, but terrible service. They removed the food and coffee a minutes before the breakfest closed. And the stand were more busy talking to eachother and joking around, than servicering the customers. Furthermore, ind of the waiters were so busy removing our plates (before we were even done) that he dropped a knife in my daughters for. Not okay at all !! So the breakfest service was not Hilton standard. (The service at the reception was very good though :-))

Podgorica was a lively and friendly town and this hotel was a great way to stay. Room was clean, had a good air conditioning and was was spacy enough. Maybe it would have been even better with one chair less and more empty floor space 😊 Staff was super friendly and helped with our problems more than they would have needed! Pool area was amazing compared to price of room. Parking was easy. Overall great experience.

I do not know where to begin. Property is fine, food not good, clean 50/50 I had some mold/soap scum in the shower. The staff, All need training on customer service. Being a Hilton I would’ve expected more. No one is friendly they clearly hate tourists which is ironic due to the financial climate in Montenegro one would think they should gladly embrace tourism. We came with my family to visit family. Every question asked from staff memebers we were made to feel as a bother, all staff members receive a A in mastering eye rolling! One morning it took us 3 hours to receive 3 coffees, 6 waters, 3 orders of pancake and 1 fruit platter. Mind you the kids got their pancakes and juices adults never received coffee, fruit plate or waters. Our waiter was nice however when he went to the barista to inquire about our tables order, they started arguing and pointing towards our table the BARISTA! Was absolutely the rudest of them all! He refused to wait on us 3 hours! We seen several guests come, eat and leave while we were still waiting on just water and coffee! Topper manager was involved and he too pointed laughed and let the staff continue to get louder and argue. Imagine how uncomfortable my family was during this moment. Fast forward to a much anticipated checkout, I was waiting patiently while the two concierge representatives were engaged in what looked to be a meeting. I was patient then after waiting for about 6 mins. I was greeted with what do you want aggressively. To leave!!!

It's always a pleasure staying at a Hilton property, but Podgorica Hilton was especially lovely. We'd spent 3 weeks prior to our stay trekking around Croatia and Montenegro and we stayed at some pretty nice places. However, our last two nights before returning home were especially wonderful at the Hilton. Everything was pristine and the breakfast buffet was fantastic for 15 euros.

Very good property in terms of location and comfort however I have a very unpleasant service at the hotel lobby bar, the server was rude and treated me very unpolitely. I would definitely avoid the lobby bar if I am at this property. It is a pity that my overall good stay was totally ruined by the lobby bar service.

Would have loved to give 5 stars because the checkin service was a delight and valet parking as well, however, the rooftop bar was terrible! We waited a good 30mins for someone to wait on us - or even just acknowledge us. There was music, we were 3, so we figured we’d be patient and enjoy the atmosphere a little. We sat inside near the bar so we were VERY visible from the moment we Walked in until Exit. There were plenty of waiters. No one ever came, or even greeted, as if we weren’t there. It was a rude environment. I am familiar with the overall service in Montenegro and know how different it is from NY, to say the least, but being that all the other parts of the hotel and staff were a delight this was disappointing. We ended up just leaving, and still were not acknowledged. We instead grabbed a drink and bite downstairs at the lobby bar. We caught them right before they closed. Other than this the hotel was great, convenient, clean and modern decor.

We were two days late arriving for our business trip arriving early Monday morning instead of the Saturday due to flight cancellations. All the staff were very friendly and helpful both at reception and in the restaurant. Breakfast was included and was a very large selection. Very clean and tidy hotel with excellent service.
