Stayed here while attending Bourbon and Beyond in Louisville. Great value and having 2 connecting restaurants was a big plus. We were a tad disappointed in bar being closed due to no one to work the bar. Beds and pillows were ok,not as comfy as I had hoped for. All in all it is a great choice!!! Staff is wonderful and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

we had a club suite, the living room area was disgusting…carpet had multiple stains, the couch needed to be thrown away, chairs were stained. we paid for club service, only to find out that the club room was closed on the weekends. The view was fantastic, but that was it!!!

I usually stay here when visiting Louisville, KY, just because Louisville is right across the Ohio River - very convenient. Parking for this hotel is plentiful and free. They do have a shuttle as well, to & from Louisville Internation Airport, if I am not mistaken? If you are an active person like me, I do a lot of hiking/walking & cycling, and the pedestrian bridge is 3 blocks away to walk or cycle across the river to Louisville. The service by staff is awesome, and if you want to just chill along the river on the Indiana side, they have a really nice restaurant district with river views. So I highly recommend this hotel. I'll be back there again in the future.

I selected a lake view room and they gave me one with a horrible view, it had no refrigerator and the water in the jacuzzi and pool were dirty.and the jacuzzi didn't work properly.I couldn't get a bubble bath.

The room was clean, comfortable bed. Friendly staff, several restaurants on site and off property. 20 min walk to Louisville or 8 min drive. The only thing not the greatest was the price of the continental breakfast. Food was a little cold. Pool a little murky but hot tub was good.

Room was dirty. Sink was cracked. Carpet should be replaced. General lack of maintenance. Very expensive buffet breakfast. Upstairs restaurant was closed or out of business. My wife and I dined there several times a few years ago and it was delightful then.

Our room had mold on the ceiling and the shower is simply too small and dirty. The price of the room does not correspond to the cleanliness and the service. The rooms desperately need a renovation, as it may be truly unsafe for individuals with respatory issues. I would not want to come back again.

The property is way over due for a refit as there is a leak in the ceiling from the room above and the carpet was filthy dirty as well as the furniture is all scratched up and drink marks on the dresser. Tub had mold around the tub! Room 901 is a suite and had a musty smell that hits you right when you walk in. The curtains in the living room were torn at the bottom as well.I didn’t complain as the view I had was beautiful and I was only there for a couple 3 days and spent most of the time site seeing. I’m not sure what the other rooms look like but I had the most expensive room in the hotel if that is any kind of comparison to what the rest of the hotel would look like!

The front lobby is very well kept and clean. However the rooms need a serious update, deep cleaning and mold/mildew removal. Our first room had mold spot all over the ceiling over the beds. Thankfully Amiee, the nicest front desk employee did her best to find us a better room. After checking out 4 rooms we finally found that was mold/mildew free. Amiee apologized multiple time and even gave us vouchers for free breakfast. The breakfast and the wait staff were wonderful! We were able to us the shuttle van one time to get into downtown, otherwise Uber drivers were plentiful.

I can’t believe this place had such a high rating when I went to book it. I don’t write reviews but there were too many bothersome things not to share. First of all, upon entering the room I could easily tell it had not been vacuumed in a while. There was obvious dog hair in the carpet and on the sofa bed. All of the coffee packs in the room were only decaf. Strange. We used the shower the first day. It wouldn’t drain. (But also too easily could spray out and flood the rest of the bathroom.) I asked the receptionist if someone could fix it while we were out the second day. They did send someone. The shower was cleaned out and towels refreshed but, again, it would not drain the second time. It was so gross taking a showering in standing water. I felt like I was going to leave with a fungus. The most outrageous experience of the stay was having breakfast one morning. My kids and I came down late, so we were the only ones. Breakfast was laid out, it looked like any other continental breakfast at a mediocre hotel. A woman greeted us and asked our drinks. We ate and only AFTER we were all done did she ask if we had a voucher for breakfast. I had NO idea that breakfast was not free. SO STUPID. Oh! And the pool! Literal hairballs stuck to the walls. Built up dirt lying in standing water. And an overwhelming amount of chlorine in apparent attempt to give it a proper clean. The stairs into the pool were slimy. Ughhhhh

The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, which made the stay more pleasant. However, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The water in the room was brown, the floors were stained, and overall the room did not feel properly cleaned. Improvements in cleanliness would greatly enhance the experience.

Disappointed with the “cleaning” done in our room during our four day stay. The only “cleaning” done regularly was replacement of towels and trash removal and even the towel replacement was subpar bc we only got 2 new towels at a time when there were 3 of us. We never got a replacement of the bath mat. Bedding wasn’t replaced and toilet paper was never restocked. This isn’t the first Sheraton we’ve stayed at but it’ll likely be the last.

The staff was really friendly. The rooms were pretty clean. My main problem was the beds were so hard and uncomfortable I didn’t sleep my whole stay. They had to be the $100 mattress because it was terrible. The staff was great and there’s nothing they can do about the cheap beds.

The only thing we didn't like was no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. They had them available but it was for everyone. And I just don't like that. The front desk person was really extra and didn't know how to work the system.

The view was amazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The suite was carpeted. It was clean but I prefer washable floors. Carpet that been walked on by many kinda gives me the ick. I brought slippers though. Several windows were cloudy. Pictures look like there's a balcony but there's not. Oh, and no microwave in the room. You had to go down to the lobby.

The view was amazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The suite was carpeted. It was clean but I prefer washable floors. Carpet that been walked on by many kinda gives me the ick. The front lobby is very well kept and clean. However the rooms need a serious update, deep cleaning and mold/mildew removal. Our first room had mold spot all over the ceiling over the beds. Thankfully Amiee, the nicest front desk employee did her best to find us a better room. After checking out 4 rooms we finally found that was mold/mildew free. Amiee apologized multiple time and even gave us vouchers for free breakfast. The breakfast and the wait staff were wonderful! We were able to us the shuttle van one time to get into downtown, otherwise Uber drivers were plentiful.

Mattress was beyond uncomfortable and shower facet handle fell off when touched. Front staff upon checkin was not very personable and to charge $4 for a 20 oz bottle of water is ridiculous. First and last time staying g at Sheraton.

The staff was amazing and made me feel right at home. I’ve stayed across river in Louisville many times and never had staff as friendly as at the Sheraton in Jeffersonville. Such a pleasant experience, I will be back.

Great customer service! We stayed for a festival in Louisville. I went in and checked in early check-in, they confirmed the type of room I had booked and said nothing was available (completely understandable it was 9am) came back around 12:30am to check in to find out even after confirming room type they gave that room to someone else. The staff in the lobby was so helpful and booked us another room at no charge on top of just a double bed room. Would stay again!

Our first room, ont he 5th floor upon check-in had either burn your skin hot water, or blistering hot water. It took 11 attempts, 9 from the room phone, and 2 from our cellphones before the lady at the desk finally answered. Maintenance came in about 10 minutes, told us we'd have to change rooms, and he noted how red my wife's skin was from the hot water. So the hotel moved us to room in the 7th floor. When we got to that room, we called to ask about room service, no one answered after 9 attempts. So we went to the lobby on the 1st floor, we saw the clerk, Cari, sitting at the bar and told her we tried calling. She sarcastically replied "I heard it ring", as to say she didnt want to answer it. Also, before we asked her, we heard her sitting at the bar talking about my wife getting burned by the water to the bar attendant, which is unprofessional. When i asked if she had a card, she loudly, and rudley said "No"and handed me a card of the room supervisor. Also, unless you stay on the 9th or 10th floor there are no microwaves, or refrigerator. And they hold money on your card for room service, which they don't tell you is only for snacks from thier small store on the 1st floor by check in. Nice pool and hot tub, and there is EL Nopal inside the hotel and other restaurants within close walking distance, and very close to the river.

Really like how close the dining options were to the hotel. We were able to walk to several restaurants. The neighborhood was a little industrial looking, however, I did feel safe. I will definitely stay here again if I am ever in the Louisville area.

We love the location on the river. There’s a light changing walking bridge to enjoy at night. Goes from Indiana to Kentucky. Falls of the Ohio is less than a mile down the road with a nice park. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Stayed here while attending Bourbon and Beyond in Louisville. Great value and having 2 connecting restaurants was a big plus. We were a tad disappointed in bar being closed due to no one to work the bar. Beds and pillows were ok,not as comfy as I had hoped for. All in all it is a great choice!!! Staff is wonderful and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Room was dirty. Sink was cracked. Carpet should be replaced. General lack of maintenance. Very expensive buffet breakfast. Upstairs restaurant was closed or out of business. My wife and I dined there several times a few years ago and it was delightful then.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views of the Ohio river. Lots of walkable dining options and able to walk and enjoy the river. Downside you have to pay for breakfast if you want to eat at the hotel.

Was surprised there were not a microwave or mini-fridge in room. Charged $14.95 for a buffet breakfast. Breakfast items were pretty much the same thing that you would get at a continental breakfast anywhere else. Was very disappointed with breakfast.

We had to leave early due to a blizzard warning coming over the weekend. We contacted Expedia which contacted our hotel. Unfortunately they did not want to allow us to adjust our agreement. They have some decent views of Louisville though
