Stay was decent however our room was very hot and humid. even after turning the air down to 60 the room stayed between 73-75. The heater in the pool was out but that was known before entering the pool as there was a sign on the door.

This is my third time staying at the Holiday Inn in Pearl/Jackson, MS. They have a great room with comfy beds and a clean bathroom. It’s always nice to come to the room and it’s so cool and welcoming. The best thing I like about this HI is the restaurant/bar. Great drinks in the evening and a delicious breakfast in the morning! 10/10

The staff was friendly. The indoor pool was ice cold, even the temperature in the pool room was too cool to consider jumping into the frigid waters. The gym was pitiful. House keeping never came to clean our room. When I called for fresh towels, they told me I had to come down 4 floors to the reception to get them off I wanted them.

Let me begin by saying that all of the staff were very nice. However the room left a lot to be desired. The beds were good and bedding clean. Everything else - not so much. The room hadn’t been dusted in a while and the carpet hadn’t been swept. Glad I travel with slippers because I wouldn’t have put bare feet on that floor. The remote control only partially worked - couldn’t get to the guide and the back part was missing. But the worst part was the bathroom. The tub really needed to be replaced. It was chipped and patched and had a huge rust stain near the drain. And even the body wash dispenser didn’t work well. If it hadn’t been just a one night stay I would have complained and asked for a different room. Very disappointed in this Holiday Inn property. Would not recommend.

The tub was slippery, it had rusty spots, and the coating was pealing off. There was not a back on the TV remote.The ironing boardand iron was not very good, and the coating on the iron was pealing off. And minnor in bed room that a flim on it.

Room was not clean. Nasty looking something on the side of the mattress. Bathroom looked more like something you would see in a Motel-6. Carpet needs cleaning. I paid over $320 for the two night stay. The employees however were very nice and friendly. For the price, not worth it.

Front desk staff was not very welcoming or friendly. I believe she hated her job. Like last year, the rooms were not clean. This year the floor and carpet was so nasty, our shoes stuck to it with every step we took! It was disgusting! We couldn’t change the temperature in our room! We were hot all night because we couldn’t change the thermostat! Restaurant service and food was good but I will NOT stay here again!

Check in wad slow. Room potty was running. Tv difficult to turn on and off. No channel guide. Found dirty wash rag dropped out of shower cartain. No stop in sink. No glasses or drinking cups in thr bathroom. No stirrers at coffee counter in lobby. No sitting sears in the room. Had one type chair. Had lots of outlets and use ports. Breakfast paid was good. Excellant service. Fast and efficient. Check out was fast.

This was a great place to stay. We got a two room suite, and it was huge. The location is by shopping, restaurants and a movie theater. The staff were very nice. We missed our flight and had to stay an extra day. Rachelle at the front desk gave us a late checkout and put us on the free shuttle to the airport for the next day. Couldn’t have been nicer.

Excellent Stay! My stay at the Holiday Inn was exactly what I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made for a relaxing visit. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. I also appreciated that the hotel is located in a safe, convenient area, close to the outlet malls and Bass Pro Shop. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the air conditioner was very noisy - so bad we could not sleep. Shower was awesome. The staff were great but they need to hire some help. Breakfast took 1 1/2 hours to get food on the table, I honestly think the server was the cook, hostess, and everything. Great location.

The receptionist could not code our keys-we arrived after midnight very tired from driving all day. Our keys would not open our door. I took them downstairs and the receptionist tried to rekey them and came back up with me. The keys still didn’t work/ she went down again and tried to open a different room and couldn’t get it to open. She went back downstairs to get a manager- came back by herself tried the keys again-finally went to get a master key. It took us 30 min to get into our room after we checked in-we had to leave before 7:00 the next morning so it made for an even shorter night.

The trip was to visit family (in-laws), and we decided to check in a day early since my business in Louisiana was done a day earlier. The front desk agent who checked us in was decent and told my husband to come down and let them know we had a reservation for the next two days and see if we could keep the same room. So, Saturday am, I came down and was greeted with some hostility from the young lady who apparently had me mixed up with someone her age, the finger pointing as if to tell me to shush really caught me off guard, her rudeness and her tone in how she spoke to me told me that either she’s in the habit of treating people any kind of way or that she simple had no home training! I literally had to pull the manager to the side and speak with her about the way she treated me and then how she treated my husband! This is my 4th review because she would be the reason I never stay at another Holiday Inn!! And I know she disabled our key cards after she was spoken too!

So, Saturday am, I came down and was greeted with some hostility from the young lady who apparently had me mixed up with someone her age, the finger pointing as if to tell me to shush really caught me off guard, her rudeness and her tone in how she spoke to me told me that either she’s in the habit of treating people any kind of way or that she simple had no home training! I literally had to pull the manager to the side and speak with her about the way she treated me and then how she treated my husband! This is my 4th review because she would be the reason I never stay at another Holiday Inn!! And I know she disabled our key cards after she was spoken too!

Excellent Stay! My stay at the Holiday Inn was exactly what I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made for a relaxing visit. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. I also appreciated that the hotel is located in a safe, convenient area, close to the outlet malls and Bass Pro Shop. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was a great place to stay. We got a two room suite, and it was huge. The location is by shopping, restaurants and a movie theater. The staff were very nice. We missed our flight and had to stay an extra day. Rachelle at the front desk gave us a late checkout and put us on the free shuttle to the airport for the next day. Couldn’t have been nicer.

It was great. The staff, for the most part, was super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was really good. We did the included option that was a little bit of extra money. Totally worth it. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and it was clean!

This is my third time staying at the Holiday Inn in Pearl/Jackson, MS. They have a great room with comfy beds and a clean bathroom. It’s always nice to come to the room and it’s so cool and welcoming. The best thing I like about this HI is the restaurant/bar. Great drinks in the evening and a delicious breakfast in the morning! 10/10

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the air conditioner was very noisy - so bad we could not sleep. Shower was awesome. The staff were great but they need to hire some help. Breakfast took 1 1/2 hours to get food on the table, I honestly think the server was the cook, hostess, and everything. Great location.

The staff was great. Very helpful. Very friendly and welcoming. That was much appreciated. The property appeared nice from the outside but once you start looking around a bit you could tell it’s a little dated. Nothing crazy just some obvious wear and tear in the room I was in and also around the pool area. Some of the other hotels in the area are newer properties for around the same price per night with similar amenities would probably be a better option next time for me personally.

All in all. Amazing visit and will be back again next year most likely for our yearly family trip Helpful staff wonderful team. The only issue I found with the entire room was the ventilation fan for the bathroom did not work. We circumnavigated it by just leaving the bathroom door cracked and not taking a boiling shower which was perfectly fine as-well. Best advice for the boiling hot showers is to check the room and if it doesn’t let the staff know. The hot water gets HOT. Amazing stay and close to so many stores and restaurants.
