Holiday Inn Pearl - Jackson Area by IHG

Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. There were no cups to drink coffee from in the room. Only had decaf coffee for kureg. No complimentary breakfast like most hotels have. Place was clean and staff were friendly.

Was great! We were in town to watch MudMonsters play at Trustmark across the street. Was awesome for location. The only thing that would have made it 5 out of 5 was if the hot water was hotter. It was warm but wish it had been hotter.

The hotel is clean and beautiful. They have a restaurant inside the hotel , so you get breakfast from the restaurant. The microwave is old , so it took a minute to heat our food up, and the tv isn’t a smart tv(in the room I stayed in). The staff were very kind, welcoming , and helpful. The staff in the restaurant as well.
