Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good too. The only problem during our stay occurred in the swimming pool. When I exited the pool and walked over to one of the tables I slipped and fell on the wet tile floor. I wasn’t hurt. But it made for an unpleasant experience.

The staff at this property was great! Unfortunately, the facility itself was less than favorable. The drain in the tub was disgusting and there was a hair on the toilet seat. It was not mine! The floors were pretty dirty, and I found trash between the bed and the wall. The faucet at the sink also spewed water everywhere. On the plus side the mattress was new so that was extremely comfortable! Just needs a facelift! And a good cleaning.

Outside looked dirty with soiled sidewalk. The room reserved had cockroaches running across desk are when entering room. Room had an odor. Carpet dirty and tacky when walking on it. The desk clerk pleasant Again, all carpet throughout hotel. General hygiene and appearance dirty.

Beds were nice, comfortable and clean. Air quality/scent in room was also fresh; however dated lobby, dirty carpets and old furniture in general. Washroom cleanliness needs more supervision/ maintenance. The price per night made up for previous, and breakfast was enjoyable as well the staff.

Nothing, old outdated and nothing works properly. Toilet won’t flush, and dirty on the toilet.the shower was so tiny, the bathroom sink drain wasn’t working properly, the door was cracked. Breakfast was not good, they had half and half, no creamer. This establishment going down. I don’t think i will be stay at the hotel again.

The room was booked last minute as our soldier was able to get a free day off base. Our room needed major updates. The paint in the bathroom cabinet is missing chunks, the room was infested with ants, carpet was stained so bad. We heard water running through the wall all night. We booked the hotel for 2 nights but ended leaving after one. Room definitely needs a good cleaning!!

Sketchy clientele. No one at the desk when I arrived. Didn’t have enough towels so I had to go down to the lobby to get more. Room was old and worn looking and the tub had black mold on all the caulking. Definitely not worth the $150 I spent on it for a couple hours sleep.

This hotel had to have the worst place Ive ever stayed. My family was horrified of the conditions of this place. We had booked for 3 nights but left after 1 night. This place had mushrooms growing in the bathroom walls and floors. Mold all over the bathrooms. Blood on the curtains and matresses. Rugs shouldnt be sticky either. We all wore shoes the entire time. Not to mention the noise. People were talking so loud all night from everywhere. Hallway, rooms, lobby at all hours of the night. Kids running up and down the hallway. Staff was too scary to even approach to complain. Cockroaches in the lobby. That next morning we all panic packed our stuff to leave. We didnt want to stay another night. Positive note, the one and only breakfast we had was yummy waffles. I dont not recommend this place as i would rather sleep in my car.

There were some dining options around and convenience stores, gas stations, etc. Our sheets and towels were clean and comfortable, but the interior of the building is extremely dated. Carpets were in need of an update, I did not want to be barefoot in our room. In our room we had: lamps unplugged/not working, no working AC, the TV remote did not work. Continental breakfast was decent and the front desk staff were very pleasant.

I will say, the bathtub in our room was roughly textured at the bottom so if you had to bathe kids it would NOT be comfortable for them. And the small pillows for a whole king size bed was disappointing. It was clean and well maintained though so fine for just a night or two.

Booked a suite. Very Very small! Definitely an older room. Bed clean. AC stopped working after one night. Had to switch to a 2 bed room and seemed much more current to date and a lot less flaws then first room. Would not Book again for us. :/

Upon check in we waited forever for someone to come out. Literally about 45 minutes. She was very nice but clearly the hotel was understaffed. Got to the room and there was water bugs and ants in the room. Literally killed ants off the bed and water bugs on the floor multiple. There were ants and bugs in the bathroom also. Then the carpet not only did it carry a horrible odor it had crazy dirt stains. I know this was not a top tier hotel but didn’t expect this at all.

My family of 5 stayed at this hotel for 1 night on the way back home. It was the only place around that still had room available for a big family in 1 room. It looks like they are trying to paint and update some areas. We got a non smoking room but it smelled musty with a hint of cigarettes. Carpet had rips and stains. Chair cushions had stains. The room was large and it was 2 rooms (double beds in one, and the pull out couch and another tv in the other). The bathroom fan didn’t work. Lots of hallway noise from other guests until 11pm ish. We didn’t sleep well. Breakfast was not great, but not horrible for being free. Staff were friendly. If you need a place to spend a night it’s probably not a bad option but I probably wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

The room was clean and comfortable with standard amenities. Staff was friendly. Thier was some maintenance going on during our stay, but it had little impact on our stay. Breakfast had a small selection, but was good.I would stay at this property again.

Room was clean and pretty nice. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was okay. Bar soap was hiding. Shower components were flimsy and hard to dial in. Check in desk girl was friendly and helpful. Check out desk lady was a bit snarly but did retrieve some ice for me since the ice machine was out of order. Breakfast omelette was better than expected. Coffee okay. Overall a good experience and would stay again.

It was an ok stay, nothing fancy. Hotel is going through renovation. Check in took a long time, breakfast was pitiful, parking lot was super small and tight. It was what I expected for the price I paid.

The best part of the stay was the staff. Very responsive. That brings us to the problems. The sink drained too slowly to be of use. He came right up but the problem started again. Then the toilet clogged. He came right up again. It looks like the place was recently remodeled. But you can’t make old look new. I’m surprised Radisson allowed their name on it. But the bed was clean and very comfortable.

I'm very picky , and this was a last minute stay for family so I got what I could get. The price was good and the room was clean. We got the King Suite and I loved the space . I did smell a little mildew in the bedroom , but luckily I always bring sanitizing spray. Bring your own linen just in case they run out in the am luckily I just needed a second wash cloth in the am as they only gave us three instead of four the day before. Like I said i'm very picky. the sheets are not the like new feel like you would get in a high end hotel. It felt your sheets at home worn wrinkled but clean lol . Staff were very nice and Helpful . We did use the gym or anything other amenities. Breakfast bar was standard for the brand . I would stay again.
