The hotel was clean which is always a plus. Our room was not ready at check-in at 3. We got checked in at 4:10. Our room had one bed with a very lumpy comforter. It had been washed and all the filler bunched up in it. When I asked the front desk for a new comforter, they rolled their eyes at me like I was an idiot and refused. They said that's how they come and I just need to smooth it out. The breakfast was not so great the day we were there. Burnt hard biscuits and stale bread. But I was still able to find something for breakfast. But the most disappointing was when I made the reservations I made sure to ask about the pool and hot tub and was told they had them. What they didn't tell me was that they were under renovation. Garret was the only friendly staff I came into contact with at check-out. I wish he had been there at check-in.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The breakfast was outstanding. The best I had ever had at a hotel. I would recommend this hotel highly.

The breakfast was probably the best I’ve ever had for free breakfast at a hotel. The most important thing, though was Ethan. He went above and beyond to help me and I’m so appreciative.

We checked in and left. Very outdated lobby which is fine however there seemed to be construction/police tape blocking parts of the hallway off. When we got to the second floor half of the hallway had blue tape by the bottom of the doors and something trying to dry the carpet. The smells were awful and the hotel didn’t feel safe for me and my kids. We left. Tried to get a refund but was told the manager would have to approve and never heard anything.
