Front desk was super nice. Check in was quick and easy. I also loved that it was a cooking area in the room. Most importantly the hold on my credit card was lifted the next day.

This hotel has everything it needs to be outstanding, except decent guests. No fault of the hotel, but guests with dogs let them bark for hours, and another guest made a pile of trash outside the door for some reason. Expect to be confused when finding it, as it is tucked behind a Holiday Inn and the sign is all your see from the road. Also, don't expect to get more than coffee for breakfast, so bring your own and prepare it in the well equipped kitchen. Places nearby are not recommended for food.

All was great except one thing: when the air/fan was blowing, you could smell the cigarette smoke from the unit when smoking was allowed in the room. Otherwise everything was perfect: bed slept well, bathroom was clean, kitchen had what was needed. They do not have an ice machine but the full size fridge allows you to make ice or the check in staff offered to go next door to Holiday inn and get us ice there. Other than the smell, this place was great.

I will say that what occurred wasn’t due to staff or company but due to current weather conditions as power was out next day due to the huge flood that occurred. There was a faint odor on the halls of smoke and pets. Rooms aren't the best up to date but the staff was extremely nice and helpful

I've had better, I've had worse. The facility was very clean. However, the bed was not so comfortable – would definitely benefit by a mattress rotation and/or flip. Also, the comforter was torn up and falling apart – definitely needs to be replaced and not just "covered up" by a top sheet! Overall, not worth it for the price.

Staff was very disengaged. The woman at the front desk acted as if we were inconveniencing her when we checked in. The hotel itself is very basic, which is fine, but it also seemed not very well put together and organized. There was some sort of clicking, I believe from the smoke detector, that was recurring throughout the night. The rates were not commiserate with quality of the property, although Harley Fest was going on so I'm sure that contributed to the premium rate. The room seemed clean enough though.

The bed was not that comfortable for me. The room had a weird smell to it. The staff was definitely friendly and helpful. It had a kitchenette but we did not use it. If you just want somewhere to sleep then this is for you. Nothing fancy but ok for the price.

Not sure on those question. The young lady I spoke on the phone with got my reservation wrong, and charged me for my room when it clearly showed pay at property so we might not book here again. But the young guy at the front desk was friendly and nice.

The property was great I just suggest they provide more towels instead of having to ask for them everyday and they need to straighten out the “pay at property” option with Expedia because the hotel will run your card the day before check in instead of when you get there and if it doesn’t go through your reservation is canceled.

I spoke with Stacy at the hotel via phone after booking 2 rooms. Very personable and answered all my questions. Assured me area was safe to travel on motorcycle and parking at night. Property and area very safe, clean and pleasant. Good community and we will definitely go back.

We cose thos location because our normal "go to" was full. When we arrived we were informed that this location was at capacity as well. However, we found it very quiet and clean. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again when I am on this area.

We cose thos location because our normal "go to" was full. When we arrived we were informed that this location was at capacity as well. However, we found it very quiet and clean. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again when I am on this area.

Front desk was super nice. Check in was quick and easy. I also loved that it was a cooking area in the room. Most importantly the hold on my credit card was lifted the next day.

This hotel has everything it needs to be outstanding, except decent guests. No fault of the hotel, but guests with dogs let them bark for hours, and another guest made a pile of trash outside the door for some reason. Expect to be confused when finding it, as it is tucked behind a Holiday Inn and the sign is all your see from the road. Also, don't expect to get more than coffee for breakfast, so bring your own and prepare it in the well equipped kitchen. Places nearby are not recommended for food.

All was great except one thing: when the air/fan was blowing, you could smell the cigarette smoke from the unit when smoking was allowed in the room. Otherwise everything was perfect: bed slept well, bathroom was clean, kitchen had what was needed. They do not have an ice machine but the full size fridge allows you to make ice or the check in staff offered to go next door to Holiday inn and get us ice there. Other than the smell, this place was great.

Have stayed here multiple years and enjoy the experience. Helpful staff (they even went next door to get ice for me, as they have no ice machine). Room amenities are above average.

Amazing beds and pillows. Honestly , other than the people in the to above us stomping around , the only complaint we had was that the toilet is a kids size toilet. Is older people had a problem getting off of it. Very low to the ground. Very nice area. I also wished the offered breakfast. Then it would’ve been almost perfect!

Clean room, kind staff, well stocked kitchenette (dishes) and an ice maker in the freezer and a full sized kitchen table! The only thing I saw that was weird is that the cabinet under the kitchenette sink didn’t have a bottom and extra toilet paper and dish soap were stored on the floor underneath. It was a seamless check-in and check-out with a gas station close by and not far from some restaurant options. No pool or breakfast, which was my fault for not reading but I would definitely stay again!
