Schöne Möbel und gute Ausstattung

An sich ist das Objekt nicht schlecht. Allerdings hatten wir etwas völlig anderes erwartet, vor allem für den Preis. Der genannte Parkplatz kostete 12€ extra - pro Tag. In einem Zimmer kam ein Teil der Ecke runter und es roch nach Gips wie auf einer Baustelle. Von der Toilette konnte man auf die Toilette der Nachbarwohnung schauen. Das Bad war eine Spezialität für sich aus einer Zeit vor 1900... Mit einem Duschkopf mit 5 Wasserstrahlen in alle Richtungen. Darüber hinaus Ameisen im Küchenbereich die aus dem Boden kamen, der "Balkon" auf dem man sich nicht umdrehen konnte so klein wie er war und für 3 Schlafzimmer 2 Ventilatoren. Seife und Klopapier sollte man auch besser selbst mitbringen. Man kann zwar mit den Schlüsselboxen unabhängig voneinander in die Wohnung - allerdings kann man die Wohnung bzw. den Eingangsbereich nicht abschließen wenn der Schlüssel in der Box für den nächsten bereit liegt, was gerade nachts sehr befremdlich ist da jeder einfach reinkommen könnte. Von der Wohnung gibt es nur Detailbilder von Gegenständen - das hat auch seinen Grund... Der Besitzer ist freundlich und antwortet schnell, der Check-In war absolut unkompliziert. Auch die Lage ist absolut Top. Allerdings ist der Preis unserer Meinung nach für die Qualität einfach viel zu hoch bzw. was im Inserat versprochen wird kann teilweise bei weitem nicht eingehalten... Für ein paar Jugendliche die nur zum Schlafen die Wohnung nutzen wäre es völlig ausreichend wenn es preiswerter wäre. Für uns war es leider eine kleine Enttäuschung.

Very elegant apartment in central location - close to NYC Cafe. The host, Frank, was good communicator. We used his friend, Pulai, to come get us at the airport and to help us get into the flat. Best Vietnamese food I’ve ever had was right next to the apartment called Dong Do. We ate there every night. The shower had plenty hot water, beds were comfy. I would have liked to have paper towels in the kitchen and a full tea/coffee station with all of the Fixins. Only coffee was provided. The apartment was very bright, clean and minimalist. It had gorgeous 20 foot ceilings with huge windows and intricate cornices around the light fixtures. Loads of extra blankets, pillows, bath towels, wash cloths and tea towels were provided (although a little crunchy from being dried au naturel). There were three floor fans that came in handy for drowning out the city noise and drying our bathing suits from a day at the thermal baths. The flat was warm and incredibly cozy and made our first stay in Budapest unforgettable! I am so glad we stayed here! Highly recommend staying here.

Main entrance to the building was very dirty. If using the stairs there were no lights so pretty unsafe. The main entrance to apartment the light outside didn’t work so coming back in the evening it was very dark. The apartment was clean but the furniture was not in the best condition. Drawer handles falling off when trying to open them, chairs around the table were wobbly and unsafe.
