The breakfast was great, staff very friendly. Great price over all. The only downside was the pool needed skimming and our mini fridge wasn’t cold. Other than that it was wonderful.!

Everything about this hotel is wonderful. From the beautiful way that the architecture is set up, to the helpful services, there is no other Hamption Inn like this one. Noah and Monica were both amazing. The beautiful staff who make breakfast everyday do their jobs with love and care for their guests as if they were their own family. They even make little bags for those weary travelers having to leave the hotel so fast that they are not able to stop and enjoy breakfast. The housekeeping is wonderful, and the lady who cleaned my room was diligent. And Noah was probably the crown jewel of the establishment. If you need anything, he will find it or find a way for you to have it, from bobby pins to combs. I am so grateful to have stayed here.

room spotless, staff wonderful and friendly, amenities good - I loved the Halloween decor and celebration of the holidays coming, amenities. I got locked out of my room at 4:30 AM getting ice for water and staff could not be any more ready to help. Staff also accomodated my handicapped needs. All in all, our stay was terrific. 10 out of 10. PS Breakfast was very good.

They were under a complete remodel. It was very loud, dirty, couldn't get to the lobby, construction took most parking and the elevators. I should have been told that this was going on so that I had a chance to book elsewhere. We were very inconvenienced by this. The entire lobby was closed off and we had to use the back door to come in. But because of construction, no parking! Hotels.com should have notified me before I booked a non-refundable 3 night stay! Shame on you!

We loved our stay everything was amazing. The staff was so friendly. The room was so clean and the hotel was so festive decorated for Christmas and they even had little coloring area for the kids and a hot cocoa station. It was perfect thank you.

Hotel was amazing bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. Pubic hair in toilet and what appeared to be fecal matter dried up on outside of toilet seat. Other than that room was cleaned just fine. Paid too much for toilet not to be cleaned properly. I cleaned it up myself. I would stay here again just have someone else clean toilet properly. Best front desk service I’ve ever had

I appreciate that Hampton Inns are pet friendly. However, our room was not vacuumed well and I had to pick up a lot of things on the floor that I did not want our puppy to ingest. These things included candy, popcorn, strings, paper, and dust bunnies.

The room appeared clean. But discovered it had fleas. The property accepts animals so that was most likely why. We discovered this at 6:30am, and checked out immediately. That was NOT our original plan by far and threw off the rest of our day and trip, which included having to use flea bombs for our car and home when we returned...a huge inconvenience beyond just leaving the room.

Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great! The only minor complaint was the shower. There was very little water pressure and the doors were REALLY hard to slide open and closed but these were trivial. Everything else was perfect. Would def recommend and stay again on our next trip to Belmont!

Not our usual Hampton Inn experience. The hotel was not as clean as usual, the bathroom was grimy and the handheld sprayer worked poorly. We could easily hear the guests in the next room and in the hallway. Overall a mediocre experience

The bathroom need major improvements to them. There was little to no water pressure and hotwater. The shower had luke warm water coming out of it on high setting. There was no hand soap to wash your hands in the sink had to buy a bar of soap.

Dogs barked off and on all night long. Was told by front desk lady that she had no control and that we just had to deal with it. Like what?!?! Horrible. Will never stay at a Hampton Inn again. I’ll stick with the higher up brands of Hilton or Hyatt.

I had a wonderful stay at the property. Wonderful people at the reception desk. I lost my car keys in the parking lot when I returned from my work office and they called me the next morning to ask me if I misplaced my car keys. It was such a relief. And breakfast was delicious. I will be staying there again next month. Thank you!

I didnt like that they have a new system that keeps going out and glitching. When i checked in thwy had me swipe multiple cards because the system kept saying it was declined. The front desk person called a manager and they tried for 16 minutes to figure it out and couldnt.. they then charged me 75 for incidentals and let me check in. In the morning I had 2 pending charges of 566.67, a pending charge of 75 and a pending charge of 416.67. When I went to the front desk I was informed by the manager on duty that they were aware of the issue and that it happened to 3 other people yesterday and there was nothing they could do with the pending charges because the system did give her codes and i needed to wait 3-5 business days. My issue is if you knew this was a problem and happen to multiple people why did you keep having me swipe my card like the issue was on my end.. so i end up with 1600 in pending charges and i have to hope they fall off and dont clear since she had the same authorization code. This is very frustrating and should have been handled differently. Also, they created two profiles for me sonce i booked thru Expedia and thrn that causes issues with our room keys not working the whole trip and we had to keep going back to the front desk

Staff at check in was amazing. Very efficient and friendly. Hotel decor was welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was what we needed as we had traveled quite a distance that day. The breakfast the next morning was varied and plentiful as well as tasty. We were able to leave on our next leg of our journey right on time!

Customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful; they even texted to see how my stay was going. The hotel was spotless. The breakfast was convenient and tasty and Beverly was great keeping it clean and stocked and available to help. Beds were a little soft and bouncy but that’s a preference thing. Super convenient to the highway but still quiet and safe. I’ll stay again for my event next year.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable, good breakfast with a very friendly service attendant that was running the whole thing by herself (tip to management-- she needs extra help, a raise, or both, because she was doing an incredible job despite being stretched thin!) Very quiet and convenient to Belmont Abbey College and the adorable downtown area.

We stayed here because of a soccer camp at nearby Belmont Abbey. The hotel is beautiful with a friendly staff. The grounds are right next to an old Benedictine cemetery (kind of interesting). It’s just a short drive into downtown Belmont where there are many restaurants and gorgeous old homes. We felt safe and it was very close to Charlotte. The breakfast was also really good! We will definitely stay here again when we are in Belmont:)

The property was in the perfect location. Close enough to some great shopping areas and eateries but not in the hustle and bustle of downtown broadway.

Staff at check in was amazing. Very efficient and friendly. Hotel decor was welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was what we needed as we had traveled quite a distance that day. The breakfast the next morning was varied and plentiful as well as tasty. We were able to leave on our next leg of our journey right on time!

Customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful; they even texted to see how my stay was going. The hotel was spotless. The breakfast was convenient and tasty and Beverly was great keeping it clean and stocked and available to help. Beds were a little soft and bouncy but that’s a preference thing. Super convenient to the highway but still quiet and safe. I’ll stay again for my event next year.

Quick one night trip with the family. Easy and friendly checkin, room was clean, beds comfortable and nice fluffy pillows. Breakfast had a decent variety, attendant acted as if she wasn't concerned about keeping food stocked for the guests, but otherwise a great stay. Would definitely return.

The experience was absolutely awful, which was very unfortunate. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times we checked in at 4 PM Eastern standard time check-in time is 3 PM. Our rooms were not ready when we finally were putting in a room we were put in different rooms from what we had booked. I booked a room for my parents that are in their early 70s and one for my partner and myself, my parents walked into their room and it was dirty and had not been cleaned. They then moved them to another room, which was not the same configuration as what we had booked the woman working. The front desk was very rude to my mother and myself, and when I asked if there’s anything that they could do from a discount standpoint or anything to make the issue correct she laughed in her face. This is very disappointing as I’ve stayed at this hotel seven or eight times over the past three years because my sister lives in the city very disappointed. Additionally, I will note that our shower had mold in it.

Our stay was amazing. We checked in late at 11:58pm and our clerk was so friendly, energetic and helpful. The breakfast included was delicious. My husband forgot his toothbrush and the woman at the desk gave him a toothbrush, toothpaste and said she had other amenities if needed. She granted us a later checkout at 11:30, rather than 11:00.

Hotel was great! Hotel com would never use them again beware my room rateswas more than on line rates once charged and when phoned about it not willing to do anything about the increase.
